The phone number is non-working so I cannot cancel my order within the 10-day trial and my credit card will automatically be charged every month. This company also lists a foreign address: NUTRIMAX LABS, INC.
Calle 6ta, Casa No. B76C
El Tecal, Ciudid de Panama
I think both addresses are bogus.
I would like to know how other people have resolved this problem. Is the only way out is to cancel my credit card?

I have calling [protected] for a month, still no results. I resorted to calling Nutrigenic Life at [protected] (number printed on bottle label). They was as obnoxious as the others. They also offered me a $20.00 refund, but that is a "shut-up fee". If taken, you have no recourse to get full amount of $87.47. They are one of the same company, only using another name. They are doing business under 5-6 dba accounts. I am going to file another complaint with BBB of Florida. I want to know if there is a "CLASS ACTION" suit going on, if so I would like to be included. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. A total FRAUD, RIP-OFF, SCAM. etc.

I also fell for this ###. I thought it was a scam within minutes of being daft enough to give my credit card details, but too late. I e-mailed them at various addresses but every e-mail failed to send. I contacted the Royal Bank of Scotland and cancelled my credit card. I phoned these ### on [protected]. They told me that they would cancel my order, however I have not received any confirmation of any kind to confirm this. I only made my order last week, 18th Nov. I would welcome hearing from anyone, anything at all about this scam/fraud, especially any progress made in cancelling orders. Many Thanks, Tom.

Cancel site is a waste of time. I can't submit my details as it always says incorrect phone number. I phoned them and they said (heather was her name )that they would cancel for me. Watch this space.

Pitching clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc does not belong on this forum. It has nothing to do with Diet Max...

Try this # [protected] or [protected] 1511...the ans. machine says they r closed for the holiday? THe Banks have the information about how we can get out of this mess, but they are not helping. My bank claimed they will dispute it, but I am moving my bus. elsewhere. I have learned my lesson with all.

I also have been completely scammed. There's like 5 companies taking my money at their leisure all because I stupidly signed up for a free trial which was recommended by some American journo so it seemed legit. I've tried all their no.s but still can't raise anyone. Mastercard say I agreed to the Terms & Conditions so even cancelling my card won't help? How can we stop this robbery. I'm in Oz so has anyone here had success?
