Subject: Urgent Request for Account Removal from Credit Files
To the Discover Card Executive Office,
I am writing to inform you about the continued presence of an account on my credit files despite previous assurances of its removal. Regrettably, due to my disability, I am unable to manage this account and the associated purchases. The account balance and ownership do not pertain to me. Could you remove this account from all credit reports as soon as possible? Enclosed are the necessary documents, including a police report, an FTC affidavit, and disability verification, accompanied by multiple dispute letters.
I would greatly appreciate your quick attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Heather Ford
Dear Discover Executive Team,
I am writing to address the issue with my account at Discover Executive Team. I have noticed that you have been deducting payments for this account, even though there is a balance on the account that does not belong to me. I have tried to bring this to your attention, but you have been unresponsive.
In addition, you had sent me a letter in January 2024, advising that this account would be removed from my credit files and that I wouldn't be responsible for it. However, you are now trying to hold me responsible for it, which is not correct. I have continuously followed up with you and have even filed a complaint, but you have yet to resolve the matter.
I would like to request that all payments deducted from my account by Discover be refunded to me. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to claim with FTC and CFPB.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Heather Ford

Subject: Re: DISCOVER CARD FRAUD COMPLAINT
I have reviewed my updated credit report and noticed that the Discover Card Bank account is still showing. Despite receiving multiple deletion letter requests from both Discover and myself, this account and balance do not belong to me.
I kindly request that you remove this account from my credit files and comply with the rules and regulations for credit card issuing.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Heather Ford

Dear Discover Card,
I have received multiple letters from you regarding an account that does not belong to me. Despite my confirmation that this account should be removed from my credit files, you continue to take payments for a balance that is not mine. Furthermore, despite my repeated requests, you have not taken any action to remove this account from my credit reports.
I request a full refund for all payments made on this account, and I ask you to remove it from my records and credit reports promptly.
Sincerely,
Heather Ford
