DiversyFund I have been trying for months to contact someone to get and investment in my deceased father's name transfered to the named beneficiary

I have been trying for months to contact someone to get and investment in my deceased father's name transfered to the named beneficiary. I have gotten nonsensical replies in broken English and then NO reply at all to specific questions and now the website has been down for days. THIS IS SEEMING MORE AND MORE LIKE A MATTER FOR LAW ENFORCEMNT.

I have invested a major amount of money into diversyfund 1-2 years ago. It was all good up until a couple months ago I completely stopped receiving dividends. I have not heard from the company in a year despite my constant attempts to contact them. No updates no nothing. Extremely worried about potentially losing all my money.

DiversyFund This is a scam company in disguise!

This is a scam company in disguise! I did not sign up for their 5-year investment plan where I can't withdraw any of MY money! They did not explicitly told me about that limitation. Instead, they focused on enticing me with the revenue and the amount that I could be getting after 5 years. This was straight up scam. I want my money back and I want it no not after 5 years.

I invested 500 with the agreement I would be paid a dividend monthly. After the first couple months they stopped the dividends have havent given an explanation on why they stopped or when it will start back again. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY! They just take your money and never respond! Totally unprofessional and

Yup - I agree - total scam - I just lost $2,000. Not sure what our recourse is at this point - but I am not expecting to get anything back.

In contrast, other investments have worked for me, so I've had some success despite my small investment.

The SEC needs to look into this scam.

I havent received dividends since October *** May which makes me believe this company folded or is a scam. You also arent able to get your funds out that you invested. I would not suggest anyone to invest money with this company!

DiversyFund Great move financially

Great move financially. Didn't really have any idea on how this works but the good people at DiversyFund did a great job of walking me through the entire process. Was amazed at how much people were making and I definitely wanted a piece of the pie. What I really liked about them was they were not pushy and just gave me the facts. Made the decision and now into my second year investing.

Huge red flags to anyone considering investing with Diversyfund. This is really starting to look like a scam. They stopped paying dividends to my account in October (three months ago). No communication, no social media presence, no updates, nothing. Your funds are locked up with them until they supposedly sell the asset. Your dividends are not actually paid, they are reinvested. Where is my money? Where are the updates? Why are dividends not even posting to my account any longer?

This company is 100% scam. I invested my money and also was not made aware of limitations on withdrawals. The positive reviews are fake, which is why they only respond those review. Please invest your money elsewhere. If you invest with DiversyFund, you will regret it.

I am not a customer of DiversyFund however, I was looking to become one. I called the business line because I never received the confirmation email for online account. There is apparently no option to speak with a live person. Only options are to leave a message. I Don't Care what their complaintsboard.com rating says, any company that doesn't have an option to speak with a live person is suspect.

I had to schedule a phone call with someone who knew nothing about financial investing and or Reits. She could not answer any of my questions and told me she would refer me to a specialist. This was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a call back from the 'Manager'. It has been 3 weeks now without a word. There is no office phone number, no location of business, and both owners were, are, and still might be in litigation according to Motley Fool's webpage. This organization is not forthcoming in its objectives and intentions with investors' monies. It needs to answer pertinent questions from investors and or post a customer service number for access to common questions. I can find no phone numbers or office locations. I will continue my quest for answers and start posting updates on social media in efforts to get answers from a company that hides in the shadows. No contact information, no location, no transparency. The company lacks trust and integrity at this point and needs to step up and reassure its current investors that its vision is true and it can be trusted. At this point, I would not invest anything.

DiversyFund The people I spoke with at DiversyFund were very knowledgeable about the different opportunities available for my unique investment needs

The people I spoke with at DiversyFund were very knowledgeable about the different opportunities available for my unique investment needs. They quickly gave me a list of all of the possible products, and explained the benefits of each. I never felt like I was being pushed towards any product, I was given time to study my options and decide accordingly. Good to know that there are still some honest companies who still put clients before business.

DiversyFund The business model for this REIT is very sketchy

The business model for this REIT is very sketchy. I have tried contacting by live chat, and have tried to email the listed boss of this outfit. There was no email answer, and the chat was most unproductive. Supposed "dividends" were stopped in late 2021 with no notice or explanation. We are supposed to wait until late 2022 or 2023 to see if we made any $. Seems pretty shady to me. I would think they'd want to keep investors clearly informed, but that's surely not the case!

DiversyFund After thoroughly researching I choose to invest with DiversyFund

After thoroughly researching I choose to invest with DiversyFund. I liked that they didn't charge fees and that you didn't need a large capital to start investing. I've been extremely pleased with the results of this decision. They offer great customer service and I feel valued as a client, I was given guidance through everything and I've been very happy with my returns. The advisors are experts in their field and I trust them. It's been a great a investment opportunity for me and I would highly recommend them.

DiversyFund I also invested money with DIveryFund in April

I also invested money with DIveryFund in April. I received low dividends until last October when they all of a sudden stopped. I agree that the company was not up front about their policy towards getting your money back, and outside of a random email when I inquired a few months ago, I haven't heard anything. I actually logged onto the site today and noticed that it "Down for maintenance" which leads me to believe that we've all actually been scammed and lost all of our money. It's Unfortunate, because we all more then likely we're trying to invest for our futures. Just another example of the little guy being taken advantage of. But hey, I guess thats just America...

DiversyFund I am a new real estate investor

I am a new real estate investor. I will never do it again after dealing with this company. Be for warned, You can not change your mind once you invest. You have no date of when you will receive your investment. They say approximately 5 years and they may reinvest in another property and there is nothing you can do about it. You basically wave any rights to your money once you invest with them. DF GROWTH REIT, LLC. INVESTMENT AGREEMENT "2.4. Changes to Your Elections. You may modify or cancel your Periodic Investment Plan at any time by contacting the Company in the manner specified below in section 11. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for changes to be processed by the Company. 3. No Right to Cancel. You do not have the right to cancel your subscription or change your mind. Once you sign this Investment Agreement, you are obligated to purchase the Shares, no matter what." I will never do any investment of this nature without a lawyer. This is a complete scam. I wish I could attach the full agreement.

DiversyFund Been a DiversyFund investor for 1 year

Been a DiversyFund investor for 1 year. At first, their customer service was kind and responsive. Recently they discontinued paying dividends without prior warning and sent a vague email not clearly explaining the reason why the dividends were stopped.I reached out to their support team multiple times since then and asked for clarification. The fist attempt they just sent me the original vague email and closed my support request. I reworded my questions in an attempt to understand 1. Why they stopped the dividends, and 2. When they will resume dividends and 3. When the investment will mature so that I can take my profits. *** H from their support team instantly closed my ticket without a response.Hoping I missed her response, I replied and asked for them to forward the response and again, *** H instantly closed my ticket without a reply.I'm a reasonable person. I don't think they have more than a few thousand investors in this fund so I would imagine they have the means to make a reasonable response to my request or more information about my investment. To contrast, I also ingest in ***. They always respond to my emails promptly and with professionalism. They also have never stopped paying me dividends.I don't know if DiversyFund is having financial trouble or a staffing problem (e.g. *** H), but how they are handling things from a client service perspective looks real bad.

DiversyFund DiversyFund Growth REIT

Some general information:

- Investment of $500 made into DiversyFund Growth REIT on December 10, 2020;

- Dividends paid out each month, and was 'automatically reinvested';

- Most recent dividend was paid out October 15, 2021, and nothing thereafter;

It is a concern that DiversyFund has stopped sending updates or dividends. I have attempted many times to log in and faced problems with that. Documents are not available for viewing if I managed to log in, and my emails have not been responded to.

I am having growing concerns with this investment and DiversyFund, and have requested for a return of the initial investment. There has been no response to my email request.

DiversyFund Dividends fraud withdrawal from my account

Morning. I noticed a dividend of $95 withdrawn from my account in December of 2022 which I DID NOT receive. Upon further look thru of my account, there seems to be a second bank account which I DID NOT add and that’s where my dividends is going and I am unable to remove said account. Also, my log in email account says something complately different now when I go to log in. I’m not sure what’s happening here but someone needs to rectify this situation. From what I’m seeing and what I’ve heard from recent reviews and complaints about your company, y’all are scamming and/or been hacked and you have taken no action to help and refund your investors. Please close my account and refund me my $1500 deposit. I don’t the hassle of having to deal with this bull crap. If this isn’t resolved soon I will be taking legal action. There’s something not right about your company. You are completely fraudulent. I don’t know how you’ve gotten such a good rating here

DiversyFund Diversyfund investment

My account was hacked around Dec 3-4 of last year. I immediately changed my password when I realized it was hacked, but didn't realize the hacker also added their chequing account to my Diversyfund account. This year while checking why my $2000 that I put into Diversyfund only made $54 return in two years, I realized that there was a $125 divident that was paid out at the end of December of last year, and I never received that money. After corresponding with customer service, I realized that the money was indeed paid out, but not to my account, it was paid to the hacker's account. I then spent the last 1.5 months corresponding with customer service trying to chase that money down. They take FOREVER to respond (>1 week for every response, I always have to chase them down for a response), and after a month they were still asking simply questions like is this chequing account yours? NO OF COURSE NOT IT'S THE HACKER'S! When I had to do my taxes I asked them what I should do because I never received the $125 capital gain that now I have to pay taxes on, and they told me to pay the taxes. Now today they are telling me that the account was never compromised. Excuse me but WHAT?! (1) It took them over a MONTH to look at the logs of a few activities around Dec 3-4, and they couldn't even do it right, (2) they had NO SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE at all! No 2FA like every other standard company, and not even a email notification to say hey you tried to change your chequing account, do you really want to do that, click approve, or at least letting me know it was changed so I can realize that the hacker changed the payout account for dividents and change it back to my own account! (3) Now I'm paying taxes for dividents I never received, (4) The return really REALLY sucks and I can't even touch the $2000 that I deposited, that are locked in for like 5 years. It's just not worth it! This is the most incompetent company I have ever seen on the face of the planet, stay away at all cost!

Desired outcome: Give me my money back. Plus, it's only $125, you really would rather risk the reputation of your company on $125?And ideally, let me close my account and get my $2000 back as well. I'm done with this company.

DiversyFund Two investments, one for $15k and another for $4k we're transferred from my bank account to this company respectively on April 13th and April

Two investments, one for $15k and another for $4k we're transferred from my bank account to this company respectively on April 13th and April 28th 2022. The company sent an email informing that the money wasn't invested in the designated REIT due to an "internal error" and gave me the option to either reinvest in a different REIT or get refunded which I chose. Still waiting on my refund and the company keeps delaying. The two investments suddenly appears as declined, however this is not correct since the two debits we're taken from my bank account and such is shown in the bank statements. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue however the company refuses to take action and refund.

I moved from the cutodian *** to a new custodian *** FINANCIAL in the berginning of this year and *** transfreed the records to the new custodian. To be complinat with the *** rules of record keeping, I have been sending messges DiveryFund for the last 3 months on thier website/email for the following documents, but have to been getting any response to my requests.1. Buyers beware! Complete frauds! I invested $5000 in September and have only received $14 in returns. DF has not paid any returns in almost a year, even though the funds raised went over by $1m and receiving rents monthly already. I see they dont liquidate assets for 5 years. Thats not the problem. They havent paid into my fund in almost 10 months. Double digit returns they say on this particular fund is a joke. Straight up Ponzi scheme

DiversyFund I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I invested $1000 thinking I would see a good return on my investment. Ok their site I've received $75 in dividends over a 2 year span and haven't received any additional dividend since October last year. I emailed the company as that is the only way to get in contact with them, to find out when I can pull my money out. They responded that this is a 5 year investment but for some reason the 5 years count down just started recently and it been 2 years already since my initial investment. Diversyfund decieves people with false return on investment claims, provided false information on the investment length of time, and poor customer service (I understand why they don't have a contract phone number listed)!I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

It shouldn't take weeks or months to get a response back from a good company even with COVID-19. I understand a few days or maybe even a week but weeks have me concerned, and I am no longer interested in investing anything in the company's REITS. In addition, diversyfund refunded my last 500 over a week ago, and I still do not have that back in my account. What is going on? Also.I have been charged a 29 dollar fee earlier when there was money in my account, can you please refund that, and the rest of my money and see what is going on with the currently refunded money? I don't have free money to give to the company. I don't want to have to waste time to go to the news and complaintsboard.com. Thank you!Best

I invested with this company, but they have gone radio silent for the past year. No email communication from them, no response to my emails. When I try to access my account to view my investment, I am unable to. I originally invested with this company back in late December. I just noticed they completely stopped paying dividends 10 with no notification. I reached out to find out why I'm not receiving or showing any dividends. When I reached out a few times before until they stopped responding, I kept seeing the first same sentence Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, once the investment is processed there is not much we can do. Even ***, co-founder and CEO, didn't respond me through his *** profile. He should be able to answer/help his clients like me. So I request my money back since whats the point of them keeping my funds if they dont pay dividends anymore. They wont give me a date of withdrawal. There are hundreds of people that have had this same issue. It needs to be looked into and addressed immediately.

DiversyFund I made 4 separate investments from Nov 2021 through April 2022

I made 4 separate investments from Nov 2021 through April 2022. They took my money out of my account at every investment deposit into their trust. In August 2022 I had 3 suspicious deposits into my checking account so I went to my bank to inquire, they told me it was dividend company but I was not expecting dividends nor was I contacted to be told I was owed. I immediately logged into diversyfund at the bank, and my account balance reflected there was no money being kicked back to me and the balance still reflected the total money I invested originally. So I changed my bank account, thought it was fraud. Weeks later, logged into diversyfund again, then it showed my investments were declined. I am unable to get my money. Multiple emails have gotten me nowhere, no customer service to speak with, I cant get a live person. Ive been told it is being checked into with no status as of today. They are holding $2,000 of mine and I cant get it! Its been months!

DiversyFund I invested $2,000 with this company 1 year ago

I invested $2,000 with this company 1 year ago. Big mistake. They do not allow you to redeem your money, they make you wait for a 5 year maturity date. Also, I have stopped receiving dividends for the past 8 months. My overall profit for the initial investment is $49.00, which is only about $8.00 in dividends per month. So not only can I not redeem my money because Im sick of this scammer of a REIT fund holding my money and only returning pennies every month, they have completely stopped paying out dividends, and you will only make less than $10 a month on dividends, if they even decide to pay them. Whenever you try to address anything with customer service, you'll receive no response. Upon not receiving a response, you cant speak with anyone by phone, via social media, via email, nor via chat. Everything seems to be a scam. How can you not even speak with a specialist about YOUR INVESTMENT? I WANT TO REDEEM MY MONEY! I NO LONGER WISH TO INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY!

DiversyFund I invested in the Growth REIT

I invested in the Growth REIT. In the offering statement filed with the SEC, October 19th, Diversyfund is allowed to raise money in this fund until 2 years after the initial offering or until $50MM has been raised. Two years has passed and they are still raising money through this fund which is in conflict with the terms set out in the offering memorandum. Additionally, when asked how much the fund has raised the number is inconsistent between different support staff and the information presented on the website. Additionally, I have some concerns about the distributions from the company. As per IRS Revenue Procedure 2017-45 at least 20% cash must be offered to shareholders as part of the distribution. There is no cash option with the fund and it is unclear if the fund is currently operating as a REIT. My concerns are compounded by the fact that there is no customer service number to speak with an employee and in general no transparency for investors in the fund.

DiversyFund *** is a total scam

is a total scam. They wont return any email. They completely stopped paying dividends 10 with no notification. They will not allow me to withdraw any cash or give me a date in which I can. They do not even have a feature to with draw funds or to not automatically re invest in the fund. There are hundreds of people that have had this same issue. It needs to be looked into and addressed. Possibly a class action lawsuit. They do not tell you that your funds are LOCKED up. Im glad I didnt put alot of cash into them. I understand the fund is not liquid, how ever I should be able to sell my shares/position to other investors. If there is any one dumb enough to put cash with them. i made the mistake. I was misled when starting with them in 2019. Its ridiculous 11% returns in 3 years. In 2020, 2021, and *** real-estate. They state that Properties in the portfolio are returning 10%+ How ever my account value would show other wise. Regardless what my account value is. Im not allowed to have MY money. The company is a joke!

DiversyFund I invested $1000 with Diversyfund into REIT II

I invested $1000 with Diversyfund into REIT II. I understood it was a long term investment and was excited about it. on 6/10/2022, I received and email stating the the funds I invested into REIT II were never actually invested, due to internal error and still in escrow. I was on vacation while I was reading this email and glanced over it very quickly, the email did not lay out the specifics, I thought it just meant it was a delay and if I wanted to I could accept the terms they would place me back in to REIT II. Nope. That's not what it meant at all. REIT II had closed. It meant my funds were now going into REIT III which I Never wanted. Once I realized this, I emailed Diversyfund on 6/16/2022 about the mistake and asked for a refund instead. That same day, *** with DiversyFund emailed me back and apologized that I would not be continuing on the Diversyfund and that my refund would be processed and I should expect it back within 4 weeks. It is now 9/8/22 and no refund. I have not received a response back from DiversyFund on any of my emails on 8/2/22, 8/8/2022, 8/10/22. Now, it just feels like they have ghosted me and are not being an honest company.

DiversyFund I open this account for my son, to explain to him how a REIT and dividends work

I open this account for my son, to explain to him how a REIT and dividends work. Four months into the possession of the account, dividends stopped. They claimed it was because they were revamping their system, and I would get a notification as to my dividends in approximately 10 to 12 months. That shouldve been a red flag for me at the time, having worked for the SEC for a number of years, you cant just arbitrarily decide to not bother telling anyone how much money theyre going to make on a REIT. After a year, And not receiving any notification of dividends, or communication of any kind, I decided that this obviously wasnt working as a training aid and attempted to close my account and get my money back. I have made 17 message attempts, 31 emails, and 11 unanswered phone call messages, and Ive heard nothing back. Its like the company has vanished, or simply has stolen the money with no intention of either paying any dividends, or releasing the funds, even though according to my account information it is still there. (Although there has been no increase in dividend in over 12 months). On their website, there is virtually no access to contact information other than leaving messages. This is not the sort of company I would recommend doing business with, and I said seriously consider reporting them to the SEC.

I invested $500 in 2021 expecting transparent and consistent data showing any gains/losses pertaining to my investment such as has been provided to me by other REIT companies I have invested in. At the very beginning, Diversyfund was forthcoming with providing information readily available via their website, where it was possible for me to track my investment's performance. However, that all ended subsequent to the 3rd Quarter of 2021. That is when all gains activities froze, only to reflect to-date, the unchanged 2nd Quarter 2021 gain of $13. This is unfathomable given the performance and my experience with other *non-DiversyfundREIT companies. Upon contacting the company in order to close my account and request a refund of my original investment (they can keep the measly $13 for all I care), they instead proceeded to *** me with lengthy company literature, thereby declining my request. As far as I am concerned, Diversyfund is running a scam, and of course, it is to their benefit to keep their investors in the dark as they pocket their gains, instead of rightfully distributing them, accordingly. They have recently revamped their website, and when I log into my account, instead of showing any current gains, it instead displays a bogus, unrealistic growth chart. I don't expect to ever see this money again, so, INVESTOR BEWARE!

DiversyFund I originally invested with this company back in December

I originally invested with this company back in December. I noticed when I went into my account my initial investment stated to invest it was my understanding once those funds come out of my account and the funds are held in escrow for the number of days needed that they would automatically invested as these isn't away to invest in individual REIT funds. I noticed in 2020 I didn't receive any dividends; however, due to Covid-19 I just figured that was the reason. Here we are almost two years later and although we are still in the pandemic *** is one of the sectors that is thriving. I reached out to find out why I'm not receiving or showing any dividends. Only to find out *** is no longer with the company. I reached out to the general box and a young lady stated my funds were never invested, and that she didn't know what happened. I request my money back, and I asked for confirmation as to if the funds would be deposited into my account or if a check would be sent to me. I can't seem to be an answer. I made two different investments from different accounts one of the accounts I no longer have the other account I still have. I have been checking this account and I still don't see anything. I've tried to call and it's just a generic voicemail box. I tried email to find out how my funds would be returns and again no response. This was a really horrible experience. I would say they need to pay me the dividend funds I should have been receiving plus my initial investment; however, at this point I just want my money back.

So I invested $2500 in 2021 (Growth Reit I) and then the company stopped paying dividends 11, without notice (they claimed it was in email but I never saw it). Since I was on auto pay they took it upon themselves to just assume that since Growth REIT I was now closed (5 year timer start) they would just start putting my monthly investment in a new plan without a signed contract. I complained stating I would not invest anymore money until I see return on my investment and got the Growth Reit II money (which I never signed up for) returned so I was happy about that. Well since it been almost a year since they stopped paying dividends and claimed at the end of 2022 or first part of 23 whatever that mystery date actually is. So checking in after almost a year on the $2500 + $11 in dividends I see the balance is $2510.83, So if all my money is 100% invested and all dividends are 100% re-invested, please tell me why my balance is lower (I know only .17 cents but dont say all earnings are reinvested if in fact they are not). If they are reinvested then my bal. Would show $2511.00 with 100% being reinvested. Also I see that you have my projected date 7 years not 5 years from close of REIT I. I know the date Growth REIT I closed and I will see you in 5 years. Please reinvest my .17 (skimmed) cents back into your property and return my balance to it true invested balance. If you are honest, your company with thrive but skimming cents on dollar hoping no one notices is fraudulent. Do the right thing, reinvest 100% as you boast/claim. I will see you again mid 2023 see if your claims on dividend are true too. Oh those quarterly statements on investments, still dont see those when I asked last year and you said it was coming. Now I know why you dont like statements because you can actually lose money apparently, even if 100% is reinvested.

DiversyFund I started a reit account in January with diversy fund and I initiated a one time deposit of $1500 into my reit on Sept

I started a reit account in January with diversy fund and I initiated a one time deposit of $1500 into my reit on Sept. 22nd a couple hours later I logged back in and a notification shows up saying a deposit of $1500 and a recurring deposit of $500 is scheduled to fund your reit2. I never opened a reit2, I didnt even know there was an option to have a reit2 so I immediately emailed them and explained this and asked that they put the money in my reit and that I never opened a reit2 or have knowledge it even exists, I get a response that the reit1 is closed to new investors thats why it went into a reit2. I responded im not a new investor, my account is established, i only have 1 reit and to please put the money where i directed it to go and nothing was done and no response. About a week later still nothing had been done to fix it so I chatted online with an individual named Alaba and explained what happened he asked me to please give him a chance to straighten it out and he would get back to me that day, he never did and my account is still messed up a month later and since then i can't get anyone to respond to a live chat or my emails, they enter the chat, don't say anything, and then leave the chat, I've emailed several times no response and every time I call it's always a voice mail never a person i have left 2 voice mails and no return calls. What's also concerning is that there are online documents with my digital signature for a reit 2 that I never ever signed for like I said I have 1 reit and I initiated a one time deposit into my reit and without my knowledge a second reit was opened and the money was deposited there without my permission. All I want is my money put in the right place and the second reit to be closed and better communication between customers and staff instead of ignoring a legitimate customer complaint that's not even my mistake in the first place. -Thanks

DiversyFund There seems to be a considerable issue regarding support ticket resolution

There seems to be a considerable issue regarding support ticket resolution. Correspondence with this company does begin, but after a few replies, chats are disconnected without warning and emails are not returned. Due to this coinciding with some technical issues I have experienced on their website, and a mild mistake on my part regarding failure to update account information after a move which unfortunately led to a failed deposit. I believe it is not solely the fault of support representatives. I am utilizing this form due to the fact tickets go unresolved and unanswered due to this issue. This issue results in me not being able to preform basic account actions, and fulfill proof of identification requests made by the company utilizing this ticket system during initial correspondence. Additionally, i have yet to receive an email i was told i would be getting regarding identity verification.Identification, and supporting documents for the basis of this issue will be happily provided on request. However, i actually need to have someone respond more than once or twice before going silent. I've never had so much problems trying to invest my money in a fund before and this company needs to examine its site for what causes this extensive issue with support requests and basic site functionality.I would like to have reliable correspondence, preferably not utilizing the seemingly automated ticket system that continues to fail to maintain communication with support personnel. Filing multiple tickets to try to resolve one issue and being dropped early in the discussion is not acceptable or reasonable in my opinion. This should have been resolved in the first ticket had communication been maintained.Any required supporting documents or identification (as requested by this company during an account information change) will be made available once i actually get told where to send those documents too instead of getting a run around.
