FIRST RED FLAG ON DOMINATOR INDUDTRIES IS NO PHONE NUMBER to talk to a live customer service agent. Email and and your phone number don't matter they won't reply or call you back. Bought some prewired 12" bars. They came damaged and to return them is a job itself as they expect you to pay the return and re-stocking fee when then arrived to me already damaged. read their return policy. this company can go a long way if there customer service was any good and they put the customer first. But NO they rather take your money and be done with you while you eat the cost for damaged goods you work your butt off for, for me it was $531.00. The people running this company should be VERY ASHAMED of how they run this business, So sad they call themselves a company they are pathetic and have NO loyalty to the customers buying their product.. Now I'm out $531.00 dollars and they are richer by that same amount and that is just me imagine all the other customers they robbed like they did me. how sad is that for a company like Dominator Industries to rob you of your character to write this type of review and rob you of your hard earned money.

No after care support
This company does not stand behind its products. I have reached out to them for help with installation. Their plug n play is a joke. Wires still need to be pulled and cut and soldered. Options noted on their website are non existent in the final product delivered. Its the time old bait and switch tactic. Reaching out to them via email and customer chat is disregarded unless your purchasing. Once you have a problem all communication is stopped. Consider spending your money elsewhere these are too expensive for no customer support help after purchase.
Recommendation: Spend your money somewhere else.
Customer service is worse than order fulfillment
If you buy from this company, I wish you the best of luck. Think about it. What kind of company has no customer service phone number? A company that can't be bothered with customer service! If you have an issue with an order, your only option is email or "live chat" which they stop responding to once they realize you're a customer with an issue. I have had NO RESPONSE using email either. I ordered 13" ape hangers and recieved 16". When I contacted them, nothing but crickets. Don't waste your money here, buy from a reputable company.

Customer Service is horrible
If you order something from them they do not return emails or have a customer service number. Even if they send you the incorrect size that you ordered. My Mechanic even had to re-run their prewired bars. Absolute trash company! Before you order something try and call them first, you'll see. Don't use the message feature, try and call them or email them. I haven't gotten a response in four months from them!
I ordered a set of handle bars for my bike
I ordered a set of handle bars for my bike. I got a receipt and a ups tracking number that showed a label has been made. One week later tracking still showed that label was made but no further progress. I emailed to ask about the order status. Got a reply that told me the package would ship by the end of the week. This was on a Monday. Friday came and still no change in the package tracking. I sent three more emails with no response. I then call my credit card to dispute the charge. Thank goodness for a good credit card company. They return my $499 to my card. Thanks Capitol one!
Had to place my order twice for 100% plug and play bars And still did not receive what I ordered. Beyond that, they had the wrong wires on them. I had to run my old throttle wires, and worst of all, I didnt get the throttle position sensor, even though I paid for it. Live and lean. Probably a company that wont exist for long!
If I could give Dominator Industries a 0 star, I would. I ordered pre wired bars for my husbands Roadglide. You cant order by phone. Needs to be done thru email. Bars came after 2 weeks. The bars were completely wired wrong. All the colored wires were opposite of what they should be. The blue wire which operated the headlight was not connected. The bars are not symmetrical. I emailed Dominator every day for 7 days regarding this issue. I suggested that they reimburse me the difference between pre wired and bars that arent pre wired. They would not answer any emails. I called my credit card company and they stopped payment to Dominator. Dominator was given 30 days to respond to my credit card company and they didnt. We ended up getting the bars for free but the frustration was not worth it.
Absolutely trash service I have ordered bars almost a month ago now and still have not received them. Also they sent me a tracking number this is fake!

They make a good product but who knows if they'll ship you what you ordered. Special ordered a set of 12" chrome mx style T bars, ended up getting sent black bars. Sent them back and raised ***.. they made a product on their website for 12" chrome mx style T bars.. so I ordered those. Took almost a month to get them and they sent me 16" chrome bars which is 4" taller than I wanted. They do make a nice product but their customer service is terrible and they don't seem coordinated as far as making sure the customer gets the product they paid for. Honestly would not recommend.. not worth the headache
I just got my bars and I'm stoked on the look and feel. Super easy install, pulling the wires was way easier than expected. Great quality product, fast shipping, great experience all the way through with this company. I would suggest this company to anyone looking for new handlebars.
tried ordering some pre-wired bars for my 08 HD Electra-Glide classic - put the order in, paid in full - was told they would ship by the end of the week. After not seeing an update to the shipping that showed the items being sent, I tried finding a phone number, which is non-existent. Found them on *** which is how they told me it would ship by end of week. Then emailed them back and they then gave what appears to be a canned answer that bars are custom made and take time, so they would then ship either by Friday 6/10 or tuesday 6/14 at the latest.Come 6/14 nothing gets shipped, I sent an email asking about the order on wednesday and no response as of thursday 6/16. I post a not on *** with Dominator Industries tagged - hoping this would get them to respond...Well, their response was to cancel my order as they believe it's "Fraudulent" Simple research would show that I am a legit person as my profile is 14 years old - and I've been emailing them from my corp email address. In either case - Please be wary of placing a order with Dominator Industries and they have poor communication and customer service skills - would be surprised if they stay in business much longer after this. I placed an order on a Friday with 3-day shipping. They kept me informed each and every day on where the progress was and when they shipped out. I am very satisfied with their product their service and their communication 150% kudos to them. And I will highly recommend anybody that's looking for bars to check theirs out first thank you.

Horrible experience. To say the least I ordered handle bars for my street glide website said in stock ordered paid for 2 day shipping. And nothing almost two weeks later. Shipping still says check back tomorrow. Beyond frustrated. Cant contact me back and I had to call my back and set a dispute because I thought it was never gonna get sent out. All of a sudden they started contacting me when the realized I disputed the charges. Explained the whole built to order thing which is fine so I made my bank release the funds now *** is saying that my order is on hold until Atleast the first of august wont give me a refund neither. 10/10 DO NO RECOMMEND.
I ordered prewired 12 meat hooks for my 2008 flhtcu. They were completely wrong. I tried 2 different times to get ahold of them. No response. I had no other alternative but have my mechanic rewire them at $75 per hour. He had issues pulling the wire because dominator didnt hone out the bars and it stripped the wiring he put in. He was finally about to complete the work after several hours. Still have yet to hear back from dominator but after reading other reviews I dont expect to. Unless its a nasty message. My advise dont buy their products.

They will not return emails and the inside of these bars are absolutely sh itty with burrs and weld slag- I would not recommend these after you pay the price for prewire- you still have to run your tbw wire thru the bars and making the bend is near impossibe with the meat hook bars. Ordered their 20" rise meat hook apes. Bars showed up in 2 weeks, and the grip height is only 16". Who orders 20" bars for only 16" in height at the grips? I email to start a return, they request $99 restock fee. I inform them their product is not as advertised. I send pics of me measuring them, as well as the online definition of handlebar rise (measured from the bottom of the bars to the top of the bar where the hand rests). After sending 3 emails I finally get a reply of them simply defending their grip location (which is wrong) and insisting I pay their restock fee. I ended up selling the bars as SIXTEEN INCH apes to someone who was actually looking for 16", not 20". DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. Products not as advertised!

They sent me the prewired WITHOUT the *** which they sell for $399. I contacted them to have them send the correct ones that I purchased for $521.00. They say I can return them at MY COST? WTF? they sent the wrong stuff but I am being held accountable for their mistake. Well we exchanged about 4 emails and they have absolutely quit responding, just like all the other complaints. Now it is 19 emails no response. It is the old Bait and Switch routine, I would hope that is not how an *** would conduct themselves. Probably why we buy so much from ***. This outfit is not to be trusted. When I went to install bars the chrome had a lot of slag/shards and my grips would not fit, throttle grip completely froze up. I had to grind the ends of the bars to remove ragged edges of the chrome. I also have been forced to file a complaint with my card company. They take your money real fast and then they are ghosts. I find it very strange that you have to buy a return slip and a restock charge from them before they will tell you where to ship. I guess they block and delete you from getting satisfaction.
Purchased plug and play 12' meathook handlebars from Dominator Industries and could not be happier. Quality product as advertised . High quality product and excellent finish . For the first time in 20 years , got what I ordered. Nice job and would recommend dominator to everyone wanting upgrade.

After measuring multiple times, then looking on their website, they sent me the 16" bars. The bars are too tall and via their website, they have a picture of 16" bars with a tape measure beside them. I emailed them a picture of the bars they sent with a tape measure beside them and my packing slip showing I ordered the 14" and they responded back telling me "Listen, they are the right bars. If you don't like them, send them back. Enough with the emails." I told them I want to send them back and exchange them for the bars I ordered and if not just to refund my money. Still no word back.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered handlebars March 5 and a friend at work ordered some two weeks later. Was told week after week they would ship next week. Friend at work received his and I continued to email the company with no response. Finally a month later emailed to cancel my order and receive a refund, with a response that my bars had been taken off the truck and a refund has been done. Never received a refund and emailed three more times with no response. *** messaged them last night and told them I had reported them to the federal trade commission for no product or refund. Received many many messages being insulted and cursed out. Was told today after some more insults from the company that my handlebars had shipped. No refund just handlebars that were supposed to have been taken off the truck a month ago and a refund issued. Never ever buy from these people.

Emailed them to see how to exchange and got the runaround for a week. They never responded until I threatened to send them back for a refund which costs 100 to ship on the buyers dime. Worst customer service ever, I can attest to all of the previous reviews that they are a sham and would never do business with them again. Its a *** shame to because the craftsmanship is actually top notch they are just too incompetent to deliver product to market efficiently and correctly. After 2 weeks of not shipping an "In stock" item and several emails, they shipped a fake label that even though it had a pick up scan, *** said it never left ***. *** could not locate the package and Dominator would not respond to at least a dozen emails, *** messages and post on their *** page. I had no choice to open a CC dispute which they never responded to so I received a decision in my favor and they were charged back. Anyway this is the message they sent the Complaintsboard.com which is a complete crock of #@&*. I challenged them to show me the "Proof of Delivery" which they don't have since it was never delivered. *** tracking had 1 manual scan that was it and it never left the "Mailbox" place that is the address of their business. My thoughts are this Mailbox business is in cahoots with them. Here is their response 7 months later to the original complaint.Hi ***You were sent the correct item June 24 per the *** proof of delivery and tracking number. After you received the correct item you opened a chargeback with your bank claiming you did not receive the product. You were issued a full refund back to the original payment source on July 12. We would be happy to receive our product back since you were fully refunded but still kept the bars. If you would like to send the bars back please reach out to us via email and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. I ordered handlebars based off of what their website search results filtered for my bike and the false name title that the handlebars had for name-description PRE-WIRED 12" ROAD GLIDE MEATHOOK MONKEY BARS GLOSS BLACK [protected]. These bars are missing the throttle sensor/wire. I missed that in the description when I ordered, so that is my mistake because the title was absolutely the selling point for me. I never purchased from someone so misleading before. Anyways, I contacted them and asked if I could please exchange the brand new, unopened, uninstalled handlebars for the correct ones. Oddly, the name of the correct handlebars are very similar PRE-WIRED 12" ROAD GLIDE MEATHOOK MONKEY BARS GLOSS BLACK [protected], so naturally one could see how this mistake is made. The handlebars I purchased were listed at $399 and the correct bars I want to exchange for are $699, so I told Dominator Cycles that I am fully aware of the price difference and would happily pay the cost difference of the handlebars its only fair, I feel, even though I was mislead on the initial purchase. I will pay whats owed Well, Dominator responded with saying they cannot accept any returns after 30 days, yet there was and still is not any Return Policy posted on the Dominator Cycles website at https://www.dominatorcycles.com/pages/terms-of-service ( via www.dominatorcycles.com ) . There wasnt any Return Policy posted on any of my receipts either, so I dont understand why they arent being more helpful? This all feels like a *** will not stand for it, nor should any other American! Do not buy from Dominator Cycles or Dominator Industries whatever they want to be called. They are not in the business of having repeated customers because this shows they show lack of care to their customers which is not a company I stand to support.

I ordered a set of handlebars. From this company on 06MAR2024, what I got was a part I did not order. I paid the return fee and never got refunded for the parts. I've reached out several times over the past few months with no response. I don't expect you'll get on either. I am not the only.person this has happened to as you can tell from reviews anywhere other than their own websites. The return was recieved by them on 28MAR2024 10:22 at their front desk/reception/mailroom according to the tracking information. I can not add the screenshot of the return to photos.

And he says that only 9 of the 12 wires were coming out from the left side, And some wires were shaved all the way to the bare wire. So they basically spent three hours rewiring the bars that I paid to be prewired. I would like to get this resolved please. My order number is

I would like at least a refund of the cost difference between prewired and not prewired. I paid for the pre-wire to be correct and undamaged and now I've had to pay and extra 3hr labor to correct your bad quality.

Lack of Response for returning product
I ordered handlebars. Incorrect measurement on my part. Not their fault. Sent emails requesting to exchange the bars for a bigger size. Items are still encased in plastic wrap, taped closed. Only thing opened was the shipping box.
Dominator industries never got back to me. I sent them questions and direct messages via Instagram. They ignored those. I left a comment under 3 separate posts they made on Instagram to get their attention. On the third attempt, after telling them that their customer service was “dog s**t”, they blocked me from their page. They see the comments, most likely see the emails too. Yasmin just doesn’t enjoy responding to them or settling issues.
Desired outcome: Respond back to my email and tell me how I can exchange the bars within your 30 day return policy. Y’all can stop ignoring simple questions also. Especially after someone is going to give you more money to return and exchange items.

I received my package with 1 handlebar in it and they charge me for 2 and did pay the import charge of 2 handlebar which was 300$ and that handle bar cost me 1400$ i pay twice and got one i did order 2 by mistake and did send a message to only send one and no answer and they send me one and they charge for 2...not so happy lost 700$

Dominator advertises and sells handlebars stating "100% Plug and Play *** twist grip sensor fully installed and PreWired! This is exactly what I ordered and paid for - $499 for my *** Glide. This was model specific so there was no confusion with it being mis-ordered. My handlebars did not come with the Harley *** twist grip sensor. What they sent me were the $399 versions of the same bars that did not come with the sensor. That particular set of bars are the "Plug and play Pre-wired" version. I contacted Dominator via email as that's the only way other than web based inquiry (no phone numbers to contact). Multiple emails from different people telling me I got what I ordered and the *** sensor was not included. I repeatedly sent them copies and screenshots of what I ordered and even screenshots of their own website descriptions showing what I ordered and paid for matched their website but the sensor was NOT included. Ordered May 19th. Received May 26th. Noticed issue May 31st and contacted them that day of the problem.

They sent dominator industries the claim information well over a month ago. I cant get dominator to respond to a single email Ive sent them. Ive sent 20 emails. I just want this resolved, if it costs me money then so be it. They dont need to be in business if theyre going to fraud their customers. I work for a large motorcycle dealership in ***, . I place 2 orders with Dominator Industries the first order being on 4/19/22. There website stated it was a 114-day turnaround and a couple of days after I ordered I received an email with *** tracking information. When I tracked and as I continue to rack the number provided it simply states that a label was created but *** has not picked up the product yet. I have very limited success in getting Dominator Industries to respond to any inquiries about this order #*** or order# *** their help desk email address. I can also try and track through the Shop Network app on my phone and it states my first order was to be delivered on 4/22/22. On 4/28/22 I sent a screen shot of the page that told me my first set of customer bars were to be here on 4/22/22 to the help desk email and as of 4/30/22 I have received no response. Both orders were paid for by my company and both orders are being shipped to my place of business. I should have known better to use Dominator Industries after reading on the Complaintsboard.com website about the number of complaints and their then B+ rating now a B rating. It is simple, I have customers waiting on the products I ordered for them. Tell me when they are going to be here and as long as they arrived as advertised. Once I do receive the products, I will be sure never to use Dominator Industries again and I will share this with the National Dealer Network I work for.

An email was sent from the company email provided with an update request with no follow up from the company. No phone number can be called and upon looking up the business address it is found to be a shipping company identified as starbox and shipping

I ordered a $500 set of motorcycle handlebars for my son as a surprise birthday/Christmas gift. I ordered the incorrect item and when I first contacted them about an exchange they said it would be ok to return them and exchange. *** confirmed they were delivered back to the business, however they refuse to answer my emails about the exchange etc. there is no phone number to call them at. I have emailed 6 times and no response. So now they have both my money and my handlebars I paid for.

They have already charged me $447 for the product I ordered but have not received. Also the tracking information they supplied gives no information or update other the stating a shipping label was supplied. I think this company is a scam and just take your money but never respond or supply the product you order.

I ordered the 16 chrome evil t bars. I did not know that the company did not have a phone number, I emailed them and I told them that some people may look at them as being a scam for not having a phone number, I dont hear from them after that. Last night I emailed them asking for the shipping date and they responded by saying that I told them to cancel my order so they pulled it off of production and its in the process of being canceled. They didnt say anything about a refund and now they will not answer my emails. I have been robbed of $250. This is not a joke, how is something that is right there for everyone to see, allowed to continue? These people are running a straight up scam and no one is doing anything about it! We all need to bring our forces together to take these guys down. I work very hard for my money,Im not just going to let them keep my money .. no way

Dominator advertises handlebars as '100% Plug and Play, twist grip sensor installed and PreWired!' This is what I ordered and paid $499 for my Glide. The model-specific nature meant no mis-ordering. My handlebars arrived without the Harley twist grip sensor, instead, I received the $399 version without the sensor. These bars are just 'Plug and play Pre-wired'. I reached out to Dominator by email, the only contact method available. I got multiple responses insisting I received what I ordered, despite the sensor's absence. I sent them order confirmations and website descriptions proving my purchase matched the advertised product, yet the sensor was missing. Ordered on May 19th, received on May 26th, and reported the issue on May 31st.

I ordered a set of handlebars from this company on dec 3rd. I paid for 2 day shipping and received the bars damaged. I contacted them to speak to someone and they stated they DO NOT EVER TALK ON THE *** So I emailed back and forth and got a return label. The return label was for *** standard mail even though I paid for quick shipping and I was upset because nationwide the *** company is backed up. I sent them updated information about tracking along the way and they explained they have NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THESE THINGS LIKE THEY HAVE WITH ME so I figured the issue directly with the post office and finally the package arrived to them on Christmas Eve. I have not heard from them since and I have proof the package arrived. I have emailed them every day once or twice to get my new, not damaged bars sent via overnight or 2 day shipping as I had already paid for and no response. The customer service has been horrible and I cannot believe they havent had more complaints then they already have. The product they have would be worth it if they took better care of the customer.I have never been spiked to via email the way that they have spoken to me! I would NEVER suggest them to anyone else in the future and I would spend the extra $100 for the same product elsewhere just to make sure I do not give them my business in the future!

Shortly after ordering, I received an email with tracking information. However, the tracking status indicates that the carrier has not yet picked up the product. My attempts to get a response from Dominator Industries regarding these orders have been mostly unsuccessful. The Shop Network app on my phone showed an expected delivery date of 4/22/22 for my first order. I emailed a screenshot of this to their help desk on 4/28/22 and have yet to receive a reply. Both orders were paid for by my company and are to be shipped to our business address. After seeing numerous complaints and a decline in their rating on Complaintsboard.com, I regret choosing Dominator Industries. My customers are waiting for these products, and I need to know when they will arrive and if they will be as advertised. Once I receive the orders, I intend to avoid Dominator Industries in the future and will inform the National Dealer Network of my experience.

I purchased a set of prewired 16" handlebars from Dominator Industries on March 18th 2022 for over $400 after taxes and shipping. After waiting weeks to arrive, I discovered that the bars are not actually prewired and require the user to install the twist grip sensor and wiring, which is the most difficult of all the wiring to install. While attempting to install the sensor, the wiring became firmly stuck in the handlebars due to poor quality control of the weld joints and a design flaw of the steel cable provided to pull the wiring through. I contacted Dominator Industries and expressed my frustration, (in an albeit explitive-heavy email but I was extremely frustrated at the lack of customer service, ridiculously slow shipping, and misleading description of the product), and recieved no reply. I waited more than 24 hours before emailing again asking for some kind of solution and again, no reply. I assumed from their silence that I would receive no assistance from Dominator Industries and would have to solve the issue myself. I ended up using a propane torch to cook the stuck wiring and managed to remove it, destroying the part and stone of the finish on the handlebars in the process and necessitating my buying a $130 replacement twist grip sensor from Harley *** I sent another email expressing my frustration and spent the next several hours attempting to undo the damage caused by their poor QC and false advertising. As of *** on April 7th, I still have recieved no response from Dominator Industries on this issue.

On my second set of Bars from Dominator. Absolutely ZERO Problems! First set was Pre-wired 10" Meat Hooks and they wear flawless. My second set are 12" 1 1/2 inch diameter Meat Hooks all in one and the install was easy. PLUG N Play. Not questioning anyone's reviews but, my experience with the company and product has been nothing but positive.

Order the pre-wired 14 Apes. On the website it list twist sensor installed. That is a flat out lie because I ordered them before and they were include. Don't do business with shady companies.
I ordered the bars from them on august 8/14 /2023 i have tried to contact them to cancel the order by email several times before I received an email stating that the order was shipped . Now I have the unwanted motorcycle handlebars in the original box unopened . I have tried to contact them about returning their product and have gotten no response .
