I gotta say, Nashbar really dropped the ball on this one. I had a gift that I wanted to return, so I asked for a gift card in return. But guess what? Instead of sending me the gift card like I asked, they went ahead and refunded the money back to my card. Can you believe it? These guys are a bunch of total idiots. And what's worse is that they couldn't even own up to their mistake.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping at Nashbar at all. You can find way better prices elsewhere, no problem.

Ordered a bike rack on sale, ya know? Got a real good deal, I gotta say. But guess what? The very next day, those sneaky folks over at Nashbar decided to jack up the price, can you believe it? And now, they're straight up refusing to fill my order. Can you imagine the nerve? Okay, fair enough, but here's the kicker: when I asked 'em how that had anything to do with me gettin' shorts instead of the shifter, they had no answer. Like, seriously? Now I gotta go through the hassle of returnin' the shorts, losin' money on the shipping, and endin' up with nothin'. It's pretty clear to me that Nashbar has zero control over their inventory. Needless to say, I won't be usin' 'em again.

I done bought me a whole bunch of them bikes from Nashbar. Let me tell ya, most of them bikes I got was in real sorry shape, like they done been through a tornado or somethin'. I took 'em to my local bike shop, thinkin' they could fix 'em up, but even them pros couldn't do nothin' 'bout it. And get this, them so-called "new" bikes had parts on 'em that was used and real cheap. Can ya believe that?

So, if you ask me, I wouldn't recommend Nashbar to nobody. They might have them low prices, but the headaches and disappointments ain't worth it. Find yerself a better bike shop, folks. Don't waste yer time and money on Nashbar.

I recently made a purchase on Nashbar's website for a couple of shifters for my bike. I decided to pay extra to rush my order and get expedited shipping, hoping to receive my items quickly. However, things didn't go as planned.

Unfortunately, the delivery kept getting delayed day after day, and it reached a point where even the delivery service couldn't provide any updates on the status of my package. To make matters worse, Nashbar hasn't been of much help either. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply pass the blame back and forth with the delivery service they partner with. It's incredibly disappointing to see a business behave in such a manner. It feels like they are just taking people's money without delivering on their promises.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Nashbar. They are not a trustworthy or legitimate company. It's disheartening to have such a negative experience, especially when you're excited about a new purchase for your bike. Save yourself the trouble and avoid dealing with these guys.

I promptly corrected them, suggesting that their response should have been that they "will not" refund the shipping fee. It's frustrating to see a company not taking responsibility for their actions and trying to brush off their mistakes.

After this experience, I realized that there are plenty of other online options available that provide better service. I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money with Nashbar. Look for alternatives that value their customers and provide transparent policies.

I'm not a loan company, and I'm definitely not getting any interest on this "loan."

When I reached out to their customer service, they had the audacity to suggest that I switch my order to a different tire. But here's the thing - that tire had terrible reviews, and it wasn't even close to what I originally ordered. They also suggested other tires that were out of stock or discontinued. Seriously, Nashbar? It's now spring, and I missed out on all the winter sales from other places because of your incompetence. I ended up canceling my order, which means I lost out on the sale price I got last fall. Now I have to pay full price and have a limited selection elsewhere, as bike component sales start to pick up for spring.

Let me tell you, Nashbar and their parent company are now at the very bottom of my list. They deserve to go bankrupt for treating their customers like this.
