DoorFront Direct Unsolicited GARBAGE left in yard

They threw a magazine into a shared driveway, made ZERO attempt at proper mail delivery. Even if they did properly deliver it, this is 100% unsolicited, and unwanted with no options for contacting the company responsible. They are basically throwing garbage into peoples yards and leaving it there. Left around mid August 2022, “Elaine Gibson: town and country” on the trashy mailer

Desired outcome: Never ever ever leave anything at our home again. I expect a proper apology and a commitment to prevent it in the future.

DoorFront Direct I not receiving my magazines being delivered next door

Y'all are delivering my magazines next door I watch them pick them up and take them inside because you are throwing them to the wrong address my address is 2744 y'all are delivering at 2742 and 2746 East Haskell Street I've seen the people picking up magazines and taking them in I've only gotten one since y'all started delivering them and then I haven't seen no more and then I went out there this morning and one of my magazines was over next door 2742 I would like to have them put on my porch this is a fourplex make sure you get 2744 thank you I know they don't belong to the other two addresses because they just moved in I've been here 6 years

Desired outcome: My mags on my porch or back in the mail

DoorFront Direct Inconvenient & unasked for

I noticed something out on my driveway, and it turned out to be a "magazine" called House Beautiful. I've never asked for this magazine, and its pretty much advertising.

DoorFront Direct's website lauds this as a new convenient way to receive magazines, so much so that they state a frequently asked question as "why do some magazines still come in the mail?", as if people are really asking this.

1. They are littering on my property.

2. Having a magazine tossed on your lawn or driveway is much less convenient than receiving one in the mail.

3. As it sits out in the elements, the magazine (or advertising) now has to be contained in plastic, so now you also get to throw away the plastic, and destroy the earth that much faster. What great progress.

I will not be subscribing to any magazines that use this ridiculous service.

Desired outcome: * No more magazines tossed on my property like litter. * DoorFront Direct to go out of business. It's a stupid alternative no one wants.

DoorFront Direct Veranda Magazine

The magazine was not sealed and the entire magazine was soaked from the rain. I have kept the top sheet you left inside which is also ruined but I can furnish a text pic if you want. The magazine (an expensive subscription) was totally ruined and not even openable. The address was as follows

Desired outcome: I would like a new magazine due to the fact I use articles in my business and also an acknowledgement of receipt. They should be protected when left on the driveway.

DoorFront Direct Doorfromt direct.

I do NOT want this type of delivery. When it rains the magazine is in a mud puddle mess ! I will cancel my subscription if that is used again.

July 1, 2022 The date the magazine was thrown at the end of my driveway and into the rain puddles. It was covered with mud, dog etc. I am up in years and do not want to have take a bath every time it rains and I get my magazine delivered by dropping at the end of my drive way.

Hope this is enough words to explain the mess my magazine was delivered in.!

DoorFront Direct Delivery

I have only received 1 of my full year's subscription due to the placement when it's delivered. It's at the end of my driveway, by the street and I am certain all my previous issues have been stolen. Why don't you put it closer to the DOOR like your company name says "DOOR FRONT DIRECT" You should be called "END OF THE DRIVEWAY DIRECT"

I am not re newing my subscription. I would rather pay more and buy it at the check out in the grocery store.

It's a disservice & a pain!

I never choose doorfrontdirect "mis-delivery" of my HGTV!

I don't know why anyone would choose your service when I have dry, secure, off the ground, protected Large mailbox.

Why would I choose delivery that the person would block me in the garage to wait for them to deliver a magazine when need to get to work?

Why would I want to find my magazine on the ground in front of my garage where I have backed over it when leaving?

Why would I want to retrieve a sopping wet & dirty magazine off the deck of the half covered porch?

Why would I want to retrieve my magazine a month later when found in the flower bed because it was on the ground, got covered in snow and the snow shovelers unknowingly shoveled it off the steps?

Why, why, why?!

Desired outcome: please discontinue the door front direct and resume US mail delivery. If you are unable to do that then cancel it all together!

DoorFront Direct Doorfront direct - wet magazine

Elle Decor Magazine left where driveway and street meet at end of April 2022 and not at my front door or porch. I did not pick it up for 2 days since I thought it was street trash. It was bagged but wet so I threw it out. Please deliver any magazines to porch from now on or I will need to change order to kindle only.

Desired outcome: Replace magazine. All deliveries left on porch

DoorFront Direct Magazine delivery

My Food Network May/June 2022 magazine was laying in the street at my mailbox when I got home today (April 25 at 4:30pm). Not on my doorstep as your website and letter stated. This is the first time to receive my magazine using your service and I am not happy and that should not happen again. I will file a complaint with the magazine company next. Unacceptable.

DoorFront Direct Not A Great Service...

Just received service with this company for my Elle Decor. This service was not to my door. It was throw on the sidewalk... Bad service.. Ad was too the door step... not on the sidewalk.

DoorFront Direct womens day mag.

womens day mag was found in the wet snow almost under my car. It was no where near the door. Im lucky my daughter found it before we got the next snow fall

DoorFront Direct My magazine was delivered on my driveway in front of my garage door not my porch! Im disabled so a neighbor had to retrieve it, im lucky I got it.

I am disabled and unable to go further than my porch, so having my magazine delivered on the my porch is ideal, I have food crates there food items I get delivered also. I had a neighbor bring me my magazine that was found in my driveway near the garage door. My garage is not attached and I currently don't have a means of walking out to retrieve my magazine which I hope in the future will be delivered on my front porch please.

You say you deliver to my doorstep. Why is it that you throw my magazine on my driveway where it gets run over by my car? So don’t lie when you know you don’t put it on my doorstep! Today is Monday 4/11/22, date of delivery.

DoorFront Direct Good Housekeeping magazine delivery.

The magazine is just thrown anywhere! It is either at the bottom of my driveway or the middle of my property. I thought the purpose was direct to your door! Like the name says! It's quite a bit further than my mailbox. I tried emailing doorfrontdirect.com in my area but never received any responses to my emails. I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription! That's how frustrating this is!

DoorFront Direct Missing issues

For doorfrontdirect. I am missing issues of elle and harper's bazaar are 10/21, 11/21,12/21, 01/22,02/22, and 03/22. For both magazines. And if do ok! Magazine all of jan., 2022 and feb., 2022. DoorFront Direct Magazine delivery

Magazine always delivered into the puddle at the end of my driveway. There is a magazine and newspaper area on the mailbox but they love the puddle. I reached out to the local carrier and they don't respond. Canceling my subscriptions since I only ever get ruined magazines.

I have tried several times to complain on the doorfront direct website but there is always an error. My magazines are not delivered on my doorstep instead they are thrown in the street with cars driving over them. This is the worst delivery service there is. I wish the magazine companies can come up with a service.

DoorFront Direct Food Network magazine (Volume 14, #7 - September 2021 issue)

The above referenced issue was placed in my driveway (not on my covered porch) on a rainy day. Even though we tried to dry it out, the magazine was pretty well ruined. At that point in time, I was not aware of the fact that there was a site where I could report what had happened. I just became aware of this recently. I receive several magazines through “DoorFront Direct” and the one problem that I have is that the magazines are always placed in my driveway! Never even once have they been put on my front porch! In the future, I would really appreciate it, if the magazines were actually put on my front porch. Otherwise, there is a risk of another magazine getting ruined by inclement weather. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Desired outcome: I am hoping that I can get another copy of the magazine that was ruined. Also I hope that any and all future magazines are actually placed on my front porch, instead of in my driveway!!! Thank you for any help you can provide me with!

DoorFront Direct Elle Magazine

Yesterday I went to get my mail and found the Elle magazine half way on my driveway, which is not visible unless I out to the front of my garage. I thought someone had gotten into my my mail, but that was not the case as I see the notice inside the plastic holder.

I have to go to my mailbox, so you are not saving me time. I appreciate the thought but it won't work for us. Will discontinue subscription.

DoorFront Direct Magazine delivery

This is the second time that DOORFRONT direct has left my delivery not on my doorstep. I found my magazine in my flowerbed smashing my pansies out in the rain by my mailbox. Although the magazine is in a plastic bag, the magazine was soaked from being in the rain. Please deliver on my doorstep as you advertise on your flyer. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
