The Nov. issue of HGTV was thrown into my neighbor's driveway across the street. Fortunately he brought it to my door front. Last week my Good Housekeeping was thrown into my driveway. I thought it was trash until I picked it up. My address is 125 N. 82nd St., Belleville, Il 62223. My email is [protected]@charter.net. Doorfrontdirect is clearly not working.
Desired outcome: Please deliver to correct address and to the door front.

I never requested you to deliver and now I find my magazine scattered up and down my sidewalk. And left in rain. Soaked magazines. I don't know who authorized this but it sucks

I want to switch to mailbox delivery where it started and had no problems, and refund undelivered issues or extend 3 months on subscription.

We received our first DoorFront Direct delivery today, it was nowhere near our front door, instead it was at the end of our driveway which is closer to our mailbox than the front door.
I would like to opt out of this because I can envision that our magazines will be lying in the rain during any storm.
I didn't request, or even know about this "service" and I am most unimpressed!

I received three magazines per doorfront direct. The first one did not make it to the door, but on the bottom of the porch stairs. The second delivery today, September 28th, made it to the end of the driveway. This is certainly not "On your doorstep"!

Country Living magazine
This is a horrible way to deliver magazines! Received my September 2021 issue in a wet bag on the lawn, thought it was junk mail. Never received my October issue and when I went to the Doorfront Direct website it wasn't working. I want my magazine delivered in the mailbox where it is protected from the weather and from anyone who wants to just pick it up from my lawn/driveway.

Received my Country Living Magazine and my HGTV magazine Sept and Oct issues, on the same day, at the end of my driveway, curled up in a newspaper bag. I thought it was my newspaper. The driveway is not door front, and if my magazine gets delivered this way and it is pouring down rain, there will be problems! I guarantee it. I want my magazines delivered by the Post Office, delivered to my mail box.

Country living and food network magazines
I wish I could just get my magazines in the mail box like before.
Now they are 'thrown' all over the place - in the front of the garage, at the end of the driveway, all over the driveway. They are subject to rain and snow and all weather conditions. We have to go to the mail box anyway, so why not just put them in the mail box?
I have never ever had any magazines placed on the porch near the front door.

I do not receive the magazine until I complain directly to HGTV magazine. Then I get 2 of the same month and no further next months. The last delivery was thrown in my driveway in a thunderstorm. HGTV magazine has extended my subscription an extra year because of the non delivery issues that continue. Yet I still do not receive the magazine consistently.

Why are the people who run this company hiding from everybody? Received two of the same magazine, instead of the two different magazines I was supposed to receive and when you try to "Contact them", you waste your time filling out all of your personal information to create an account, and when you press the submit button, you receive an ERROR PAGE. What a scam.

Hello Sir or Madam,
It seems that your company pitch is a bit off. I was under the impression that this service was supposed to be more "convenient" and help me "save time". Instead, upon this first day of delivery, I find my magazine less than 2 feet away from the road. That certainly is not "doorfront" nor is it "direct". In addition, due to recent mail thefts in the area, we have our new locked mail box. Now that my esteemed magazine is thrown on the ground and no longer deposited into my secure mailbox there is a high possibility that I will not receive it at all. All in all, the service you provide is found to be completely lacking in any and all attempts to provide a single service listed on your flyer. I hope in the future, you actually make an attempt to deliver on your promise, or this 350+ word review will be the least of my efforts.

Magazine Delivery Service problem
8.16.2021. Account #GHK1610946574/3. Good Housekeeping magazine dumped on my driveway where it gets wet before I can bring it inside.
Ironically, the DoorFront Direct literature accompanying my magazine states "DoorFront Direct is a convenient new way for you to receive magazines and catalogs on your doorstep!". Magazine was dumped on my driveway, several yards from my doorstep. Literature also states, " DoorFront Direct saves you time since you don't have to walk out to your mailbox". My mailbox is attached to the front of my house right next to my front door on my covered front porch. I definitely had to walk farther out to my driveway to retrieve the soggy magazine that had been tossed there instead of being placed in my mailbox or on my covered doorstep.
Desired outcome: Actually deliver the magazine to my front door covered porch instead of flinging it onto my driveway like the newspaper.

Magazine was left at the end of my driveway. Rain and torn on back cover. Contacting House Beautiful to complain. Neighbors could have taken magazine because it was unprotected. In addition, my personal information was exposed. No one should know what my subscriptions are or when I receive them. Terrible service. Left at the end of driveway.

HGTV & Country Living Sepetember 2021 magazine delivery
This past weekend (8/8/2021), my September issues of HGTV & Country Living were found IN THE ROAD in front of my house. Is this really what is considered "door front delivery"? I'm extremely disappointed! I don't want my paid subscription magazines left in the road! Unacceptable!

Food Network Magazine
I got my latest issue of Food Network Magazine today from Doorfront Direct for the first time. It was left on my driveway behind my car where I couldn't see it readily. and it got soaked from the rain because the plastic wrap wasn't sealed completely. I have a covered porch where at least it had a chance of staying dry. Since I have go to the mailbox anyway to get the mail, this is definitely NOT a convenience. I will be cancelling my subscription.

I have tried several times to use the doorfront direct website to complain about delivery but there is always an error. My magazine has never been delivered correctly. As a matter of fact it has never even made it in my yard. It is always in the street with cars driving over it. Doorfront direct is the worst delivery service! I wish the magazine company would ask if u want it delivered by them.
