I love this game and I am a loyal player. I’ve played well over12 years. I’ve even purchased multiple times. I do not complain, however, I have on a few occasions been locked out of the high limit room. I finally got in today and lost my 97% progress. I faithfully play daily it is my fix as I’m not able to go out often. I missed Saturday as I was in the emergency room. It’s just the principle of it all. I can’t afford to buy at this due, due to food etc is more important. I know these games are preset to lose, especially daily challenges that I do daily and lose millions to win 50k. You know what, it’s all good, I get it. Just frustrating to be kicked out and denied all my progress. Thank you for listening! God Bless.

Wife's 82nd birthday May 5, 2022, I purchased 400,000,000 credits for $99.99 at about 7:11 am on her computer. The credits showed in her account and I immediately X'ed out of the program by 7:13 am and shut her computer down. She got up at 8:15 and logged in a bit later and the credits were gone. I do not play the casino games, I only play Texas HoldEm. I did not push one button to play the credits. I sent a message to Doubledown and they responded that the coins were played using our IP address on a Cats game between 7:28 and 7:33. They were not going to refund our money or correct the situation. Her computer was absolutely shut down 7:15 am and not started up until after she got up at 8:15 am.

Jon: What you written is absolutely, unequivocally wrong. Today is my wife Joyce's birthday. I got up and made coffee Knowing she wanted chips in double down, I logged in at about 7:15- 7:30 and bought 400,000,000 for $99.99 plus tax. I saw the counter register the 400,000,000 chips and X'ed out of the program. I DID NOT PLAY ANY GAME! Joyce is 82 and does not get up until around 8:00 or later. I asked her to log into Double Down.. She logged in and all of the chips were gone. SHE DID NOT GET UP UNTIL 8:00 am.! WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I AM PLACING A HOLD ON OUR CREDIT CARD. Hello Jim,

I do understand your frustration. I did some additional digging and the IP address from the session is the same IP address from every other session that has been played. If you share your computer and/or mobile devices with others, we recommend consistently logging out of any accounts where you have sensitive information, stored payment methods, and/or accumulated items that could be used or lost, such as virtual currency.

If you are logged in automatically via browser cookies, anyone using your computer can access your accounts. If your login is active, we have no way of identifying whether it is you or someone else using your chips.

We cannot replace chips that were played down through wagers and normal gameplay. We can only recommend increased security awareness and apologize for the inconvenience.

Her computer is not shared. We are 82 and both have our own. We shut our computers down every night. Neither of us use cell phones for internet.

And he is now using my facebook to try to hack other accounts this has been reported and trying to resolve with facebook.

Just purchased 350,000,000 for $99.99 ten minutes ago. Transaction date 4/16/22 at approximately 11:20 AM. Took the offer to purchase another 350,000,000 points for an additional $99.99 but only received 100,000,000 points! Please respond asap in order to correct this issue

As I was playing my first of 6 bonus spins ( my first spin got me $ 4,500,000 The game switched back to the home screen without any winnings, however they DID take the credits I had bet. Customer service was awful. Was offered a tiny fraction of what was lost.

I recently went through my Google play account and noticed that my account there had quite alot of points in it. Curious to what these points are for and what to use them on I start looking into how I got points. Well through the records of Google it shows what I've purchased to get these points. And it has 2 purchases from Double Down casino in my points that I never made from a year ago. I know I wouldnt spend money on a game like this because I have spent money on game but only a 2 or 3 dollars that the most is all I will spend on a game. And that is shown in my points receipts. I dont know how this came about and I know I wouldnt spend $21.99 on a damn game and then the other is $9.99 for some [censored] I didnt even buy. How I never seen this on my card I will never know. March 16th, 2022, at 3:07 AM Double Down Casino kicked me off at the beginning of free spins of ^rolling in the gold^ game. When I got back in the casino and on the game, they would NOT allow me to finish and had increased the denom minimum from $15,000 to 250,000 coins. If this had happened only once or twice, I wouldn't be complaining. But it has happened over and over again. I've only played on due to loving their games. I have been playing on DoubleDown for many years. I played daily and made many purchases. I used to get 100,000,000 daily credits free to play as well. I don't know if you have changed owners or what but DoubleDown has the WORST payout of any of the sites I play online. It's not worth playing!

I am disputing the $44.16 charged to my bank account at Regions bank on February 22, 2022.

When I purchase a chip package, I also keep a record so I know which charges are accurate. I did not buy a package or receive chips that had not already been accounted for in prior weeks. This was an extra charge for something that I did NOT request or receive. I did NOT make a purchase at this time.

I’ve logged into double down casino every day for the past two weeks three weeks I get my bonuses every morning I get up to the 250,000 mark I did it yesterday and when I logged get into the game this morning it had me back down to the $10,000 mark and I have to start all over for another 25 days this is the third time this is happened after I’ve logged into it I want my credits back!
