I do not even want to give one star. I notice last month when I opted into a promotion I was never credit I never moved up in tiers although my points certainly did. I contacted draftkings only to be asked to then send them screen shots witch I do to them never hear anything back. A month goes by I did at one point get told my issue has been escalated I feel like that was Just to shut me up. Thats not the only problem I've have with this casino not only after they ask u to respond with screen *** still don't resolve the issues while in the middle of wagering the game will just stop with an error code to what's supposed to happen after u contact support about this *** don't respond Is the game is to resume where u left off that doesn't happen and if that's not bad enough I've had wins I still have not been paid for like how Is this even possible. I have tried to contact support about all these issues along with plenty of screen shots to just be ignored the customer service is lacking terribly I feel like and draftkings I feel is a horrible only casino

For six days now all I have been getting from Draftkings is the run around, no one can answer why I have not received my money. I have also requested a call back and of course no one ever called me back. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get someone to give me an answer to why *** were not working, I got transferred 6 times and each time was less helpful then the next. The last phone number was not a valid number. I am over this company and their horrible service where they diligently try and avoid any human interaction or common courtesy.

This weekend I tried to login but was not able to do so. I then attempted to crest a new account with the correct email. I received notice that I already had an account. I tried a change email but that did not work. I then emailed customer service with a full explanation and giving them the correct email. The service rep replied that they had closed the account because I cannot have 2 accounts, understandable, but they failed to update the email. I in my next communication I explained that the account they kept open was the incorrect email and it needed to be updated. This was also explained in the first message and the correct email was the one we had been communicating through. The new rep in the chain, each message was a new person asking me to re-explain the problem which they could have seen in the previous emails. They finally did update the info and I received an email letting me know it had been corrected. But then when so tried to login it said that account was locked. I messaged them again and explained the new issue and asked for an update and/or next steps. They have failed to reply. If I could this would be a zero! I began receiving emails from this company starting I had logged in and paid $100. Right away I was worried and sent an email to the email posted on their website. Prior to getting these emails I had never heard of this company. I asked that they double check information ( not asking to send any to me) and make sure whoever used my email was verified. The first response was asking if my name was E(I do not want to publish the name). Of course it was not. The next email asked me to send a picture of myself holding my state issued ID. I refused because I do not think that is reasonable nor do I want to give more of my information if there is in fact something happening. What is very ridiculous to me is why they do not have an email verification when someone joins! Most places ask you to register and they send an email asking you to verify BEFORE letting you do anUrging further. In this age of technology and with the numerous scams out there, every company online or not *** REQUIRE a verification email upon sign up. AND none should ever expect people to send additional information about themselves like that!

I placed a wager on super bowl Sunday 2022 which can be described as a Super Bowl special prop parlay wager with 3 legs that paid 6.5 to 1. All three legs hit, which should have paid me $150, or so I thought. *** I discovered their software somehow combined another losing parlay bet into the winning bet, which was later marked a loss by their algorithms. An obvious error which I tried to point out to their reps. *** I got a few emails from DraftKings saying that the wager was lost and there was nothing they could do for me. This is obvious fraud to which I followed up with the consumer protection department for the state of ***. I am still awaiting results from their investigation.Draftkings mobile app software appears to cheat players due to faulty software which has not been sufficiently beta tested prior to being released to the citizens of *** in my opinion. There are many other negative reviews in the DraftKings download page on the App Store. If my money is not refunded I will be investigating the possibility of a class action lawsuit, since I believe this app is a scam and ripping off other players besides myself.

Went to make a deposit with this *** and after entering everything, it said "success" and I had the $50 in my account. Logged into my bank the next day and there was a $50 DK withdraw. Emailed and emailed and emailed to find our what this was about. MY bank requires a PIN # for deposits to DK. How the h*** did this happen? I have my bank investigating this right now. There is NO way money should've been taken from my bank account with me not knowing. They put a hold on my account stating it needed to be verified so I couldn't even go in to check transaction history. They sent me canned answers that didn't even apply to what I was asking about. I got one email saying that the *** declined and so they took the money from my bank. (mind you, I had over $3K in my account - why not remove the $ from my balance?) Then I got another email saying they were sorry for the misinformation - that they cannot take money from a bank account without the customer processing that. So which is it?I never got notice that there was a problem with the . I never got notice that they took money from my bank account. And now, no one will even email me back. I had to email their customer service department, as email is the only way to contact them. No phone and no chat. I requested that they NOT transfer funds electronically from my bank account. This was on a Saturday and Draft Kings had plenty of time to stop the EFT's. Customer service emailed me saying they had closed my account, which was never officially funded. There was a $0 balance as soon as they closed my account. However, I received 2 notices from their debt collection agency, TRS Recovery Services, a week later saying that I owed Draft Kings $525 and $500 because the EFT's were rejected. That's because I went to my bank on a Monday, before any EFT's could take place. I explained the situation to them and the bank recommended that I remove all funds from my bank account I had given Draft Kings in the event they attempted to make a transfer from the account. My bank told me that Draft Kings was NOT a reliable merchant and could not be trusted because of the fact they don't provide a way way to contact them. My bank couldn't even find a good contact phone number for them. I have emailed Draft Kings several times requesting that they contact me, either by email or phone, to resolve this matter. The account was CLOSED before it was even funded. I owe Draft Kings $0 and have asked them to contact their debt collection company to let them know I do not owe them any money because I never sent them any money. The letters from TRS Recovery Services threatened to report these bogus "debts" if I didn't send $1,025 to them. I called TRS and told them I had no blemishes on my credit reports. TRS informed me to contact Draft Kings so that Draft Kings could resolve by contacting TRS. I informed Draft Kings of this in several emails, but they ignored every email I sent them. And they advertise they have 24/7 customer service? DO NOT even think about opening an account with Draft Kings! If you're going to open a legal online sportsbook account, make sure they have a phone number, online chat, and email so that you can contact them anytime.

I LOVE the fantasy sports... the casino? Basically bankrupt me I have to now sell off some stocks where as i had enough to manage a few month's with no issues now I am doing such earlier. I was well aware of the risks of gambling, but i expected some kind of return. The first day they offered a promotion of 50$ free credits. I got very lucky and won around 500$ a few days later I won 300$. I cashed out a total of 600$ or so out of both winnings combined. I played with leftovers hoping to win more but was prepared to lose of course because that it how casinos work. Now I eventually started depositing my own money and expected some fair outcomes. It started out pretty simple, id go from 40$ to 140$ or something and back down to 40$ or so and back up to 100$+ this was a pattern for awhile. I had no issues with this as I enjoy the thrill of the experience over winning a lot. Soon enough this equal winning and losing turned into losing everything slowly. Spent about 40$ to earn 16$-25$ back if I was lucky id hit a bonus and maybe make a few dollars profit. I have tried sticking to one machine and spin it 100x times , zero bonus. I have tried other machines and zero bonus's.The rare times you get a bonus its a miniscule amount of money. The biggest issue is the constant errors at random times. Sometimes it does seem like the errors happen right before a large win or a bonus. To be honest I wish i recorded my first day to my last.The last straw for me was when every IGN slot and game was unusable by "error" which is practically 75% of the slots and 100% of the poker. DraftKings is a website that has caused me a lot of problems. There are so many issues with this site that it's hard to know where to begin. They restrict my account for no reason, and then they remove the restriction after I've had to deal with headache after headache. I recently had a pretty bad experience with DraftKings. I was doing pretty well with my bets and then all of a sudden, they accused me of being a computer and locked me out of my account. I was pretty upset because I had money locked in my account and I couldn't access it. They asked me to verify my bank account, which I didn't think would be a problem since my name is on the cards. But then they asked for my bank statements, which I thought was a bit much.
I've been trying to get in touch with them for a while now, but they don't have a phone number you can call. I requested a call back, but I haven't heard anything yet. They already have copies of my ID and my cards, so I don't see why they need more information from me. I'm not going to give them my utility bills or anything else if they can't use what they already have to verify me. I don't trust them to protect my bank information.
On top of all that, every time I start doing well with my bets, something goes wrong with the system or I need to re-login. It's really frustrating because it feels like they're trying to make it harder for me to win. I'm starting to think that DraftKings might be a scam. I've had better luck with Fanduel so far. I just deposited with DraftKings almost 8 hours ago. I was hyped up to take part in the 10k casino match promotion they had. I lost $4700 out of pocket in about 1 hour and within minutes of that, my account was locked. I was asked to submit some documents to confirm my identity which I did. I then was told in an email to reply saying I understood their policies on multi-accounting, etc. I explained I was not using anyone else's account and that I understood the policy. I was then told in a chat that my account would not be reinstated until all parties involved submitted selfies and their documents.

Well, I'll be filing a lawsuit starting today if I don't get my money back or if they don't fix my account. This is complete BS and they know it.

Update: They finally resolved the issue after about 30 emails back and forth. I didn't give up, even though it took me five days to get it sorted out. I even threatened legal action, but I had a really nice person (not with DraftKings) help me out. I don't want to say who it was because I don't want them to get flooded with emails, but I'm grateful for their help.
My suggestion to anyone who has a problem with DraftKings is to not give up. Keep emailing them, keep calling them, keep doing whatever you need to do to get it in your favor. I knew I didn't do anything wrong, so I wasn't going to let them get away with it. Don't let them get away with it either.

All three times draftkings refused to honor the payment and had a excuse as to why I'm. Not getting the payment .the first time they had a legitiment cause not to pay. As i was using a split bet .meaning I split a *** chip between two numbers and that's not eligible. Now I then hit again with only one wager exclusive to the number that I indeed won. Draftkings took the position that the bet was voided because they claim the ball never touched the rail. Idk what that even means but I excused it yet again. . then I placed a total of 67$ in *** on a spin and I hit a 10$ wager on green number 0 ,that was in the lightening multiplier window at 100 times the bet. And the number won. Draft king's paid me 300$ and again claimed that the bet was voided due to human error by their employee when again they claim the ball didn't touch the rail. But yet the paid the original wager almost in full.because the odds pay 35 to 1 in roullette,so even then they shorted my prize. They refuse to honor the sum of 35,00.0/ that they owe me. And are attempting to hide behind a rule book that they believe protects them from honoring their commitments to fair gaming. If the bet was indeed voided by their employees continuous errors,then why was *** paid at all? And furthermore if that was in fact true why didn't draftkings issue refunds to me as well as any patron playing in that game in that moment.they didn't because the automated system paid out what it's program to pay. And I believe firmly that draftkings is basically running a unfair and frankly illegal shell game of bait and switch.they take my money as a loss to myself but have tricks,deceitful tactics, and malicious intent when they have zero intent on honoring the wages customers place inmisplaced trust.

Only $50 was intended to deposit. Tapped the $50 option and it asked what method I wanted to use. I chose PayPal which has my Discover card linked and the remaining credit balance of my card was for SOME reason shown to me. I ASSUMED it was just letting me know that I had plenty of credit to cover the $50 deposit. I tapped CONTINUE and before I knew it it deposited the WHOLE REMAINING CREDIT from my card. Monies for the tournament I was depositing for were used immediately and I realized to my ASTONISHMENT my deposit amount of over $6,500?! Been trying to get my money back as my credit card is OVER LIMIT. I even had Discover try to get the funds refunded minus the intended $50 and evidently they rejected this I'm in dire straits with my credit card bill now and need resolution ASAP. My history of deposits will show my past behavior not equaling this transaction. *** emailed and requested callback and got nothing. Now my account is locked with NO withdrawal options!?!
Today I tried to log into draft kings and it stated I had to enter a code to be able to log in which it never did that before in the last two years. The phone number that the code was sent to was my old phone number. I contacted draft kings about updating my phone number and I received a response about clicking a link to upload a picture of myself holding my ID which is fine. Clicking on the link brought me to the log in page. I cant log in to upload a picture of myself holding my ID to update my phone number. I mean how dumb does this sound. DUMB! I have emailed draft kings 5 times today and no other response came back. I then went to a different area of their website and found a form and explained my situation on it and summited it with a picture of myself holding my ID. I did this twice in the last 4 hours and still no response. They have no live chat and no customer service number to speak to a real person. I have live bets and bets Ive been trying to place. Never in my life have I ever had customer service like this. Theres NONE. I want compensation for this. Anyone else would say the same. Its now been 8 hours to update a phone number ?! I need a response from these people asap. They are in business and this is BAD!

On January 8, of this year and in March I reached out to DraftKings to obtain information on Table Tennis matchups. However, they said they dont offer it in . But yet they do offer account holders Table Tennis matchups in . This didnt make sense to me at the time because our neighboring states in *** and *** offer this option to customers Why bot . What DraftKings told was the *** made decision not to approve it. This is very hard for me to swallow I dont believe *** even knew about it. I think all the major Sport books mislead the *** and they should be investigated.

I have attempted no less than 6 times with different associates at DK of my predicament and their response has been to freeze my acccount and respond as though I was wrong to cancel payment on my credit card while allowing the accurately credited checking account debit. I attempted to use an *** credit card to open my account with DK. My card had a policy against such use for gambling sites and as such I was informed the card transaction would not go through. Therefore, I used my debit card to fund my account for another $100. THAT transaction showed up on my statement and on my DK balance as $100. Then I noticed that the credit card I'd attempted to use had ALSO been charged but the credit was not acknowledged by DK. As such I disputed the credit card charge and allowed the debit card to serve as my deposit. As such I had $100 and had paid $100 rather than paying$200. THAT was the time that you chose to freeze my account. It's been at least 15 correspondences since then and I can't seem to make anyone there understand that $200 in deposits resulting in $100 in account balance is not acceptable. I'm not suggesting the double deposit was DK's fault in any way, but my recovery of the excess deposit was completely justified. Their continued FREEZE of my account most certainly IS NOT. The amount of the balance $87 makes even small claims court seem like overkill, but I WILL NOT stand for DK continuing to hide behind these tail chasing emails in an effort to wait me out. The money in my account IS MINE. That is indisputable. Their ability to freeze those funds doesn't deter that fact. I would very much to resolve this without going to the time or expense of other steps, but I can assure you this is a matter of principal for me at this point. Thank you for your consideration

DraftKings suspended my account without notice claiming I had a chargeback on my deposit over 2 months ago. They demanded I pay $1500 to reinstate my account and also deducted $250 from my account balance with no explanation or authorization. *** reached out multiple times to resolve this issue with no success.
I have been on Draftkings for roughly 5 years and have won over $10k. I was locked out of my account and realized they had my old number so I needed it updated. Once they updated my phone number a restriction was placed on my account. They asked for a pic of me holding my ID. I have become very ill in that last several years and I realize my picture does not look like me as much anymore. Now they came back and said they are closing my account because of multiple infractions. I have no idea what infractions they stay talking about. When I asked I got no response. Now they will only give me back the money I spent and not any of my winnings. They are robbing people of their money. I am completely disabled now and was saving this money for when I needed it. I was just about to withdraw some of it when this happened. Why are they doing this when I have been a loyal customer. I am who I say I am and I am not trying to defraud anyone. Now I just want the money that they owe me and I will go on my way and never log into Draftkings again. This is a horrible nightmare and they are obviously ripping US citizens out of their hard earned money,! What a shame because this was something I enjoyed doing as a sports fan and a disabled American. Someone please help me get this resolved. My account has been locked with $476 still in my account due to company's claim that I had accessed the site from "too many locations in a short period of time", although I understand this was caused by my use of a VPN in my home. When I contacted Customer Support, they instructed me to upload a photo of me holding my government identification (my passport), which I did immediately. After Support told me the documentation was too blurry in the photo, I repeated this 2 more times with my passport and with my Driver's License, with no further response from Support or unlocking of my account. After 4 days of no resolution, I requested to withdraw my funds and was told that support was still working on resolving my account restrictions. It has now been 48 hours with no response from the company to my request to withdraw my funds.
Hello,I signed up for a promotion with draft kings, stating a $200 sign up bonus. Days later, I found out that draft kings and/or someone associated with draft kings withdrew $200 out of my bank account without my knowledge or permission.When I logged in to try to recoup my money, my account had been frozen! So they took away any options of me trying to retrieve what was taken from me. They even stopped or froze my PayPal withdrawal!It's been like two weeks and my account is still blocked!When, I contact them, I get a message, which seems to me that it's a generalized message response that they send to everyone. It goes on to that, "I know this process can be lengthy." Which irritates me even more! If they gave me a sign-up bonus, that should be my gifted money. They had no right to touch my bank account in any way!And, it's very odd that they don't have a 800 customer service number. This company should be investigated!Thanks!Best regards.

This complaint is in regard to Draftkings daily fantasy product. I had a lineup that I had entered 283 times into multiple different contests. I edited this lineup, like I always do, by clicking edit on the lineup page, editing the lineup, and then hitting submit, I also made sure that all the contests I was in were checked when I hit submit to make sure they'd all be edited. After the contest locks I come to find out only of my entries edited and the other 282 were stuck with a bunch of guys who weren't playing (as the edit didn't process besides that one lineup). I immediately reached out to Draftkings support and explained what happened, this is the response I received from senior player advocate "***"..." You say you submitted those edits a few seconds before lock. Our system will do what it can to make those edits across all entries, however only leaving a few seconds before lock to submit those edits does not guarantee the edits will go through before lock. In other words, it is not instantaneous. Our system was only able to edit one entry before the all contests locked." He then went on to say that Draftkings recommends editing at least 15 minutes before lock in order to avoid this, he also said, "Moving forward, please allow yourself ample time prior to contest lock to make your desired edits". NO WHERE on Draftkings site does it say anything about having to give them time before lock to make the edits or that the edits aren't instantaneous, I had no idea. In fact the rules word for word say "For late-swap contests, lineups may be edited at any time leading up to games". ANY TIME, it does not say anything about having to leave ample time or anything about the system not being instantaneous, it explicitly says you can make edits "ANY TIME" before lock, any time includes just a few seconds remaining. I followed the rules, I made my edits before lock, the rest is Draftkings responsibility and I expect to be fully reimbursed my $1,016 in entry fees for this mistake or I will have to proceed with legal action.

I attempted to put 25$ from my PayPal account to DraftKing. The next thing I noticed is 11000$ was transferred from my PayPal account(which is associated with my checking account) into DraftKing. It has been 2 weeks and DraftKing has not contacted me except for generic emails. I have asked numerous times to unlock the account so the money can be transferred back into PayPal. NO HAS CONTACTED ME TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE and now I owe 11000$ to PayPal!

I have been restraining from online gambling because I was not sure it was safe. Then about a week ago, I decided to register an account with draft kings so that i can *** online. I played for hours and I was actually winning. I deposited $20, draft kings matched my $20, so I started with $40. I logged out later that evening with $270. I go log in the next day, but every time I tried to log in, I would wait for my 2fa code and I would never get it. So I decide to open a ticket with their help department. They replied very quickly, they asked me for full name, full address, a picture of me holding my license next to my face, the 1st 6 digits of either bank acct/card used to make a deposit into draft kings, and my phone number used to register. I did as they asked and they replied fast telling me that now it had to be sent to their resolution team and that my account would be restricted until then. I'm still waiting for them to remove my restrictions and at this point I am so unhappy with their horrendous customer service that I just want my money. I want them to give me my $20 and my winnings, they can keep the $20 they matched. So in total I should get $250 ($270 - $20). I keep emailing them daily and they keep sending me automated reply emails. This is the next step before I call or file a complaint withthe gaming authority. I am hoping with the help of the Complaintsboard.com I can get a resolution before I have to escalate.How does this company get away with treating their customers like this? Following 4 rounds of emails and a call back request, I have been unsuccessful to obtain a refund of $350 from my account balance that was originally funded for $500 from my *** credit card on 9/26. In addition, two consecutive requests for refunds were cancelled and after the second request my account was placed on restricted status, which locked me out. I was advised that refunds are to be processed in the same method as the original deposit, which was funded by my credit card.In the withdrawal feature online, credit cards were not an option for the customer to request refunds, therefore I requested the merchant to initiate the credit back to my credit card. DraftKings support representative explained that I would need to request $250 credit from *** prepaid card (which was funded from my credit card) and the balance ($100) from a preferred method such as ACH. However, despite my request no instructions were provided on how to process credit to *** and then how would I transfer from *** card to my bank or card to obtain the refund. The support person further indicated to withdrawal using ACH,I would actually need to make a deposit to set up the link with my bank account. This is extremely onerous to simply obtain credit from an original $500 that was sourced from a credit card. Under CFPB guidelines, customers are certainly entitled this refund deposited. At this point, although a check request method is not from the original deposit source it would give DraftKings cashflow (7-14 days processing), and I presumed it may be acceptable ,however instead the request was again cancelled with now a lock out of my account, which was placed on restricted status. On several e-mail occasions, I asked nicely to please process the credit back to *** and that I would opt not to pursue a charge back through ***, which is costly and potentially can tarnish the merchant's reputation with its acquiring bank, making credit card processing more expensive and well as causing high risk exposure to fines and/or termination from major card brands.

We Have Sent Several Emails After The Fact and Draftkings Would Not Reply, I Sent Another Email and Draftkings Said My Wifes Account Is Pending, I Contacted Draftkings and Told Them To Delete My Account Based On The Treatment We Are Getting. We Want Draftkings To Either Reinstate My Wifes Account and/or Send Us A Check For The Money They Owe Us.
12/10/2022 I bought two $50 gift cards at *** for DraftKings website. It clearly says Sportsbook/casino on them . Came home and tried to deposit them and it was declined. I sent messages to support and they got back saying they needed picture front and back and receipt. Did all that and they said someone would be in touch. Waited two days and did it all again same result. Did again today and they said my state doesnt accept gift cards as payment. So now the store wont take back gift cards and neither will draftkings

I have been playing fantasy sports and doing online sports betting with DraftKings for several years now. On November 19, 2022, my DraftKings account was compromised in a site-wide hack that was since confirmed publicly by DraftKings via their *** support account (@DK_assist). Despite reporting the incident immediately upon me noticing several deposits made to my DraftKings account that were not made by me, they still have yet to resolve this after almost 4 weeks. The hacker was able to get into my account and change my phone number without any other authorization required via email or to my current phone number. They then were able to deposit $4,555 between a credit card and checking account saved to my account. They were also able to enter a fantasy contest for a $2,120 entry in the time they were in my account. These transactions *** my checking account and delayed my timely payment on bills until my bank was able to temporarily credit me for the fraud I reported to them. Despite DraftKings already being made aware of this through my emails and their own acknowledgment of the hack, they proceeded to lock me out of my account again and flagged me for committing chargebacks. While they have since removed the restrictions for logging, they have emptied my account to a balance of $0.51, even though my balance would be $240.51 with all of the fraudulent transactions removed. They essentially owe me $240 and I have emailed them many times to no avail. In addition to not remedying my account balance, they have offered no explanation for what happened or how they will ensure it will never happen again. Unfortunately, I have several season-long *** fantasy contests and bets still pending that stand to make some money yet. I fear that in addition to not getting my $240 back, they will restrict my account for withdrawing future winnings to make me pay for the hackers theft, despite this being no fault of my own. Please help me resolve this!

You cannot make legal Sports bets as this is legal on a state to state basis without your cell phone verifying your location. DraftKings takes exceptional liberties with supposed imperfections in the technology here. They will always notice that I'm in *** illegal sports betting State when it comes time to place a bed but whenever I need to cash out my bed, in line with their terms of service agreement they always seem to fail to acknowledge that I'm in ***. They'll maybe there are some people who drive back and forth across state lines for no reason when doing sports betting. I'm not one of them I'm a casual better. So casual that I will take my money out even when there is a sound lead in my favor. But I can never do that because of the finicky the bug from nature of the draftking supposed technology or so-called technology. As a rule and refused attempts to cash out my money mid game for reasons that seem far too consistent to have to do with technology. There's no interference where I live I mean I'm close to a border but I'm not so close to a border but if that's the case that ambiguity that's to where I'm located is causing problems you should never be accepting my money in the first place. I want you to fix this technology I'm going to stop betting immediately until you do I think it's only fair that I'm read and burst $20 that I've lost because I was refused the opportunity to cash out. You'll be able to see if your technology is worth anything whatsoever that I made several attempts to cash out all of which were conveniently refused I've never had the problem when placing a bed only when cashing out. Suddenly as all games in my ticket finalized one game was paused and there was no play. The game had no play for 2+ hours and draftkings never settled my ticket. They told me the game had been suspended.(I realized because of this my option to cash out was now gone and the gameline was no longer ANYWHERE on DRAFTKINGS interface, that being said and given all of this they(DRAFTKINGS) should have settled this ticket. I contacted them about this during the period of this inconvenience and they kept giving me excuses. On February 12, I received an email from DraftKings. The email was addressed to a woman with my same last name, but different first name. The email was alerting this person (we will call her M) that she had been flagged for trying to set up a second account, which is fraudulent under the DraftKings t&C's. DraftKings is an online gambling site. There is money tied to accounts. I AM NOT A DRAFTKINGS CUSTOMER. I DO NOT WANT MY EMAIL AFFILIATED WITH ANY ACCOUNT. When I replied to the email, i tried to explain that I as not "M"--we shared last name, but somehow MY email got linked to "M"'s fraudulent attempt to create a second account. NO reply. I am now receiving multiple emails from DraftKing's marketing promo emails. I have sent no less than 12 emails to customer service--i keep getting an automated response, addressed to "M", that does not even acknowledge my complaint. This goes beyond simply unsubscribing--i do not want my email associated with ANY account, especially since this involves online gambling and someone who is trying to set up a fraudulent account using my email. I want NOTHING to do with DraftKings. There is NO phone number to call. NO way to speak with a human. I finally had someone reply to one of my MANY emails saying someone would be in touch. No one has been in touch. I sent direct messages on *** to DraftKings. No reply. I posted to DraftKings wall on ***--no reply from DraftKings, but I did have someone reply to me privately saying this also happened to them and after months of complaining, NO REPLY. Draftkings has permanently frozen my account and funds ($200) over a $16 chargeback that occurred after I filed a complaint to *** and my credit card (***) after I saw a strange charge of $68 on one of my Draftkings transactions of $16 that occurred on October 11 on my *** account. Apparently, *** had a failed transaction the week before that I had done with Draftkings on October 4th that was unknown to me, because the $52 had gone through ok on Oct 4th on Draftkings. When I saw the $68 charge, I didn't understand it and I filed a complaint with ***, who responded with an automated form letter that said nothing. So, I filed a complaint with my credit card (***). Upon further inspection, I saw where *** oddly combined the two transactions into one credit card charge ($68) and immediately withdrew my complaint with *** and ***. I notifed *** and Draftkings on November 2nd with a resolution furnished by *** acknowledging the resolution (I was properly charged the full $68) and the case was closed by ***. I provided this letter to *** and Draftkings on November 2nd and Draftkings couldn't have cared less. Since then, I have corresponded with *** five times, with *** about fifteen times, and with Draftkings no less than eight times, in a professional and friendly manner, keeping them apprised of this silly situation and asking why is my account still locked and my money can't be withdrawn? *** has repeatedly told me they closed the case and it's up to the sellers (*** and Draftkings) to check their banks for the properly received funds. *** repeatedly tells me they are waiting to hear back from ***. *** tells me that is all done electronically. Draftkings repeatedly tells me "they take chargebacks seriously" and then does absolutely nothing further to investigate the matter internally after my repeated messages and pleas with them. Also, there is no phone number to call to talk to a human being at Draftkings. How convenient. I have done nothing wrong here, communicated fully with all parties and paid all required dues. I'm in a continual holding pattern here between an incompetent *** Customer Service and an incompetent Draftkings' Customer Service, ignoring my situation now for almost two months. Now, since November 24th, Draftkings has not reponded to my last two messages entirely. They do absolutely nothing and hold onto my account funds ($200). Personally, I find this to be irresponsible, lazy, and a shady business practice.

There were many security issues involved with this withdrawal problem that were responded to with responses that advised me of my account being closed to protect themselves. although they owe me a public apology and although they telling me that *** is right to suspend my account with no reason by suspending my account as well and having no help for me with the *** issue who they partner with and again who has been hacked for several months I no longer wish to have a apology all I want is my voice to be heard like the many emails sent from any email addresses to supervisors requesting escalations also reporting people like *** via their chat service who say that they escalated issue but really don't also the apology should have been for maybe acting as if I legally gambled when they allowed me to use their service for over a year in *** where using DraftKings is legal also I have never received my $200.05 check that was sent from *** back to DraftKings who then made me send it to regular mail all I wish is to be able to collect it faster due to the pending election year and not wanting to visit post offices as well as dependent striking here in *** DraftKings sucks now and I have gone over to *** and they are excellent with their customer service. if there are any typos please forgive me as I am typing this on *** voice and translating as I don't have any more time to deal with proofreading or any legwork with DraftKings. So I get a confirmation letter saying "Congratulations for loading $25." However, there was a problem. *** took $100 from my account. I quickly went to *** and found other people with a similar complaint. I contacted both draftkings and *** customer service and this is what I got... *** tells me there is a glitch on the draftkings app that allows you to take more money out. And they told me there was nothing they could do about it. And draftkings deny there is a glitch. They literally accused me of loading $100 by myself to the prepaid card (and somehow forgetting this), and then manually transferring that $25 to draftkings. This is literally impossible for several reasons: 1) I didn't even have access to a physical pre-paid card at the time. I also needed to register my card on the *** website and be able to have online access to actually do what draftkings accused me of doing. 2) I used the draftkings app to load $25. There is no option on the draftkings app that even allows you to load money to the prepaid card and just let it sit there. The only option is to load money to draftkings VIA the card. So let's say I load $25 to draftkings via the card, my transaction history on *** will look like Bank Card load: $25 WithdrawCash: $25. So the money leaves my bank aacount, goes into the prepaid card, and then gets transferred to draftkings automatically. Guess what draftkings did? They showed me my transaction history and because it says "Load $100, WithdrawCash $25," they used that as a false proof that I manually loaded $100 to the card and then transfer $25 draftkings. They legit tried to scam me and acted like because the transaction shows a withdraw, then I must have done it myself. Basically I was given the runaround and lied to and accused of being too stupid to remember that physically logged on to the *** website, loaded $100, and then transferred $25 to draftkings on my volition. Of course I already mentioned that this is practically impossible since I didn't have the physical prepaid card nor online access to ***. I think they should at least stop lieing and acting as if people are dumb. *** literally told me it was a common complaint and that draftkings has a glitch. Their customer service is completely patronizing. They will accuse you of doing things you never did and act as if somehow you are not smart enough to remember. Imagine going into a store and buying a $25 sweater and having the actual receipt in hand (I still have confirmation from draftkings that I loaded $25) but end up getting charged $100 and then being told "Oh no, you spent $100 but don't remember it. You are incompetent with your money. And here is proof: See it says "$100 was withdrawn out of your account, so therefore you spent $100. Your receipt and all logic is irrelevant. The transaction says you spend $100." That's literally the logic they threw at me.

DraftKings double charged my personal bank account for a deposit that I made onto their gambling site. Specifically, on September 10, I attempted to make a $500 deposit from my bank account to my DraftKings account, but the transaction failed and the money was never deposited into my DraftKings account. Moments later, I successfully made a $200 deposit from my bank account to my DraftKings account. Despite this, my personal bank account was charged $500 and $200. DraftKings does not answer phone calls nor does it respond to emails in a timely manner. As a result, on September 16, I contacted my bank and resolved the issue. On September 29, I received a notice in the mail from a collections agency stating that DraftKings initiated a collections action to recover the failed $500 transaction. Additionally, DraftKings confiscated all of my money that was in my DraftKings account. This was clearly a mistake so I immediately disputed the collections action on September 30 and contacted DraftKings via *** direct message to resolve this obvious clerical error. On October 1, DraftKings admitted that it had mistakenly initiated the collections action. Specifically, I received an email from a DraftKings customer service representative that stated, "I will have answers for your shortly and we will make sure that your account is squared away and the chargeback/collections are dropped." In response, I asked DraftKings for confirmation that its collections action had been cancelled because I did not want DraftKing's carelessness to adversely affect my credit score. I was told that I would receive a phone call from DraftKings, but I never received one. On October 9, I received another email from a DraftKings representative which stated, "Thanks for your patience here. After further investigation, the $500 was never added to your DraftKings balance which was a mistake on our end. Since your bank returned the $500 back to your bank account, we have now reinstated your account. You can now log in and begin to place bets again. We appreciate your patience here." In response, I asked the representative to confirm (1) that the collections action was stopped and (2) that the collections action was not been reported to any credit agency. On October 10, I received another email from a DraftKings representative which instructed me to reach out to the collections agency directly to inquire about the collections action that DraftKings had mistakenly initiated. That same day, I responded to DraftKings and stated that this was unacceptable based upon DraftKings' previous representations. I also objected because the collections action had been mistakenly initiated by DraftKings. On October 14, I was again told by DraftKings via e-mail that I needed to contact the collections agency directly to inquire about the collections action that DRAFTKINGS had initiated. Again, this is the collections action that DraftKings openly admits was done by mistake and without any legal basis. Never in my life have I dealt with a company that acts in such a reckless and careless manner. Nor have I ever dealt with a company that abdicates responsibility for its carelessness.

In the past two weeks I have deposited thousands of dollars into the casino side of DraftKings and have played a game called Finn and the Swirly Spin. While I understand a casino is volatile in no way, shape, or form should a consumer lose constantly and never break even more or less be in the positive. I had issues prior to the past two weeks as well and did receive a call back being this was considered a "streak of bad luck." So after losing more money I figured I would try and hopefully collect some back on a "hot streak" if one was ever possible. I deposited more money and proceeded to play this game 396 times varying my bet between 50 cents and $10. Not once during this period of playing did I receive a bonus. So I emailed them again expressing my frustration asking for a call back or resolution. Replies came and went but no answer or call back and this is from a period lasting more than two weeks to this date. (Reasoning being they are short-staffed and have a lot of calls to make. i.e. They have a lot of complaints to address. Shocker I know!) Magically $50 appeared in my account without an email or explanation. So I played the $50 that evening or the following day thinking that if anything I'd have better luck on the game assuming it was bugged if you know what I mean. I played 36 spins again between the dollar amounts of 50 cents and $5 and not only was there no bonus but there was no minor feature either which often pops up randomly during normal play. (Again my account balance was $0.) At this point not only the question is how is this not fair (and regulated) but how many other people are in the same boat without response or compensation? I've made mentions of contacting the Complaintsboard.com and on the phone call today I received the number for the AG's office in *** along with the consumer affairs phone number since I'm tired of playing games with these "online" companies. Why offer a contact form if no one reaches out? Why offer customer service if there's no respect or communication more or less resolution? Why offer promotions if the consumer will in fact lose? And this neglects to mention the fact that while playing numerous times on my *** the app has logged me out midway through games and bonuses ,and on top of that has told me I've reached a random play limit that was never implemented to yet again boot me from the current game to restart and lose any current progress? My only explanation is that the site does this to reboot its algorithm to ensure the numbers are reset to demand more money and less payout. Simply stated I am not happy with the on goings of this aspect of DraftKings and the customer service has been nothing but a joke. I've had no issues with the SportsBook side or daily fantasy side up to this date. In emails asking for a review of my account there's been acknowledgement that it's been bad but if luck is random when will it ever end? I have enough play time with the account to know better than to expect a change! I sent in an email that at what point would the luck be on the upswing -5k, 10k, 50k deep in deposits and losses? Come on! My experience has been nothing short of poor to put it kindly and this company has not only taken money but time away from me when this shouldn't have been the case. Casinos (in real life) have swings but there's never a downswing with no answer from management or constant losing with no hope. At the very least with a bad day they comp you with either food or money or reservations. Give me a break, DraftKings Casino. There's something wrong and it needs to be addressed and fast.

Been using Draft Kings for secondary account for years. Never really won anything on there until recently I won ***. I tried to withdraw it and they froze my account for account verification . They asked me to send in verification photo and copies of bank statements which I did and they still havent unlocked my account. They are holding my $ hostage now because I won but had no issues with it when I was losing! O yea , worst customer service in world. They dont even deserve 1 star
Theres a serious flaw (or maybe its intentional) in the deposit process while using the mobile app. I input $50 for deposit and chose to use PayPal. It only allows you to use a bank account and I already had one linked. Instead of doing the $50 I requested it completely emptied my bank account and deposited into draft kings. No remorse or apologies from support and no reversing the deposit. Terrible company and shady business tactics.
They locked me out my account because I typed in wrong password. They let me reset it and then locked my account. They kept my money.
Was totally ripped off by them! I had opted in for a 20 percent pay back on all casino games spent 1k in 2 days and they provided several exuses not to pay etc.. go fanduel trust if u wanna legit company
