I've found their customer service to be helpful and knowledgeable and their promotions pretty fair. They definitely do a better job than any of the other online sportsbooks that I've used (and I've tried out quite a few). DraftKings is the only one I'm sticking with long term.
Horrible. Nothing but error messages
Registered with them, but could never log in. No matter what you do, all you get are error messages telling you that your e-mail address or password are invalid. Resetting the password does nothing. Whether using the phone app or your computer, it will say your location can't be verified. Don't waste your effort trying to join Draftkings. It's a useless site.

I really like DraftKings. Of course how you feel about it at any given moment depends a lot on if you are having a winning or losing session. I opted in for my casino losses and they tell me I didn't where I have proof. Then tried getting my account back open because I took a break and they sent me a email saying I have a gambling problem. I bet maybe 50 a week and my Attorney is filing a lawsuit against DraftKings. You don't send a email saying someone has a gambling problem. I would advise do not use them for fantasy or sportsbook there crooked and all they care about is $$$$ not there customers. Rating is a 1 or negative 10 by me and some other people who have the same problem. They will take your money in seconds but trying to get paid is like pulling teeth. I hope my attorney the best in Michigan makes them look so bad in court the judge might fine them millions because I have proof. The person who sent this email to me should be fired because no one proof reads there email which is a mistake. See you crooks in court.

I deposited $18,000 into Draftkids Sportsbook on 7/18. I wanted to place a bet on the homerun Derby and was told I could only bet $1,000. I placed that bet. I then tried to withdrawal my balance of $17,000 because they never told me up front that I could not bet the full amount. I am on day 3 of trying to get my money, I uploaded my ID per their direction, and have called and left 2 messages. I have also tried their APP Customer Support where you type the message to them, which I did 2-3 times. There is absolutely no reason they should be keeping my money. They also said I need to withdrawal into the same account I used to deposit, which is what I tried to do. This company will not call back or answer my request. I politely asked for Management to handle. I now have $18,989 in my account because I also won the bet. Please help! Next step is for me to report to my bank so they can try to get my money back. I will be telling all I know through every means necessary to never use Draftkings if this is not resolved.
My account was compromised (hacked) on 11/21/22 and while I do not hold this against them, their response has been completely unacceptable. Almost a month later I still do not have access to my account despite doing everything they have asked of me. There is no phone number to call, no live chat, the only option is to email them and hope you will be lucky enough to get a response back. A company that is trusted with people's money should not be this difficult to get in touch with when there is an issue. They truly have the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with.

Scam operations take money and fail to distribute winnings, disregarding the days when victories were achieved. They have taken hundreds from me under false pretenses, and I have never received any response from customer service. The odds of winning are terrible, with payouts of a dollar, which is laughable.

Was a new customer and tried to bet $200 on BC/ Notre Dame game on 11/15. After taking credit card deposit, the site "Customer Locator" would not work after 11 tries (can forward emails to prove) and after trying for two hours, requested a refund as I was unable to place any bets as the screen just sits there. I am hardwired to the internet with 5 full power bars and have absolutely no internet issues so those excuses are certainly not valid. Also did they decide on their own to book the bet even though there is no record of it and would not confirm the wager? I send emails also asking for a full refund and this was well before the game even started (again, many emails to prove this) . The balance at Draftkings now reads $0, no bet was placed, no refund given - it just evaporated. No one will call or send email to explain where it went, how to get it back, nothing. Customer service a zero, and they basically stole $200 from me and now have all my personal information. I am not at all shocked to see the 1.1 / 5 customer rating.
Folks I'm here to warn you that I started using DraftKings and deposited money into the app but once I referred the app to people in my own household they blocked all our accounts claiming that we were sharing accounts and it was cheating when this was absolutely not the case. They refuse to release my original deposit unless we ALL send a copy of our photo ID's even though I explained to them multiple times that we are all in the same household and that the mistake is on their part. There is a reason why they do not list a customer service telephone number on their website, its because their plan is to SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR OWN MONEY ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAN TO REFER. They have some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Won a few bets and theyve made me verify my identity several times in order to withdraw my funds. Im still unable to withdraw my winnings. I would recommend using other betting platforms with more responsive customer support

Been using Draft Kings for secondary account for years. Never really won anything on there until recently I won ***. I tried to withdraw it and they froze my account for account verification . They asked me to send in verification photo and copies of bank statements which I did and they still havent unlocked my account. Theres a serious flaw (or maybe its intentional) in the deposit process while using the mobile app. I input $50 for deposit and chose to use PayPal. It only allows you to use a bank account and I already had one linked. Instead of doing the $50 I requested it completely emptied my bank account and deposited into draft kings. No remorse or apologies from support and no reversing the deposit. Terrible company and shady business tactics.

I spent an hour on the phone trying to get someone to give me an answer to why *** were not working, I got transferred 6 times and each time was less helpful then the next. The last phone number was not a valid number. I am over this company and their horrible service where they diligently try and avoid any human interaction or common courtesy.

The new rep in the chain, each message was a new person asking me to re-explain the problem which they could have seen in the previous emails. They finally did update the info and I received an email letting me know it had been corrected. But then when so tried to login it said that account was locked. I messaged them again and explained the new issue and asked for an update and/or next steps. They have failed to reply. If I could this would be a zero! I began receiving emails from this company starting I had logged in and paid $100. Right away I was worried and sent an email to the email posted on their website. Prior to getting these emails I had never heard of this company. I asked that they double check information ( not asking to send any to me) and make sure whoever used my email was verified. The first response was asking if my name was E(I do not want to publish the name). Of course it was not. The next email asked me to send a picture of myself holding my state issued ID. I refused because I do not think that is reasonable nor do I want to give more of my information if there is in fact something happening. What is very ridiculous to me is why they do not have an email verification when someone joins! Most places ask you to register and they send an email asking you to verify BEFORE letting you do anUrging further. In this age of technology and with the numerous scams out there, every company online or not *** REQUIRE a verification email upon sign up. AND none should ever expect people to send additional information about themselves like that!

Reporting my experience with DraftKings Sportsbook's recent legalization in my state
I would like to report my experience with the DraftKings Sportsbook which has recently been legalized in my state. I placed a wager on Super Bowl Sunday 2022, a special prop parlay wager with 3 legs that paid 6.5 to 1. All three legs hit, which should have paid me $150. However, I discovered their software erroneously combined a losing parlay bet with the winning one, resulting in it being marked as a loss. I attempted to resolve this with their representatives to no avail. I received emails from DraftKings stating the wager was lost and nothing could be done. I consider this fraudulent and have contacted the consumer protection department in my state. I am awaiting the outcome of their investigation. The DraftKings mobile app seems to cheat players due to untested software. Many negative reviews on the App Store support my concerns. Without a refund, I am considering a class action lawsuit, as I suspect this app is scamming players.

Went to make a deposit with this *** and after entering everything, it said "success" and I had the $50 in my account. Logged into my bank the next day and there was a $50 DK withdraw. Emailed and emailed and emailed to find our what this was about. MY bank requires a PIN # for deposits to DK. How the h*** did this happen? I have my bank investigating this right now. There is NO way money should've been taken from my bank account with me not knowing. They put a hold on my account stating it needed to be verified so I couldn't even go in to check transaction history. They sent me canned answers that didn't even apply to what I was asking about. I got one email saying that the *** declined and so they took the money from my bank. (mind you, I had over $3K in my account - why not remove the $ from my balance?) Then I got another email saying they were sorry for the misinformation - that they cannot take money from a bank account without the customer processing that. So which is it?I never got notice that there was a problem with the . I never got notice that they took money from my bank account. And now, no one will even email me back. Hold is off my account - and the *** went through the 2nd time (don't understand that) and I confirmed that there was no way to even accidentally hit bank account when processing a *** deposit. So tell me... how did this happen? I'm pretty freaked out that they could do this. I opened an online account with Draft Kings in mid-Nov, 2020. But I changed my mind the very next morning when I found out they had no personal phone number. I had to email their customer service department, as email is the only way to contact them. No phone and no chat. I requested that they NOT transfer funds electronically from my bank account. This was on a Saturday and Draft Kings had plenty of time to stop the EFT's. Customer service emailed me saying they had closed my account, which was never officially funded. There was a $0 balance as soon as they closed my account. However, I received 2 notices from their debt collection agency, TRS Recovery Services, a week later saying that I owed Draft Kings $525 and $500 because the EFT's were rejected. That's because I went to my bank on a Monday, before any EFT's could take place. I explained the situation to them and the bank recommended that I remove all funds from my bank account I had given Draft Kings in the event they attempted to make a transfer from the account. My bank told me that Draft Kings was NOT a reliable merchant and could not be trusted because of the fact they don't provide a way way to contact them. My bank couldn't even find a good contact phone number for them. I have emailed Draft Kings several times requesting that they contact me, either by email or phone, to resolve this matter. The account was CLOSED before it was even funded. I owe Draft Kings $0 and have asked them to contact their debt collection company to let them know I do not owe them any money because I never sent them any money. The letters from TRS Recovery Services threatened to report these bogus "debts" if I didn't send $1,025 to them. I called TRS and told them I had no blemishes on my credit reports. TRS informed me to contact Draft Kings so that Draft Kings could resolve by contacting TRS. I informed Draft Kings of this in several emails, but they ignored every email I sent them. And they advertise they have 24/7 customer service? DO NOT even think about opening an account with Draft Kings! If you're going to open a legal online sportsbook account, make sure they have a phone number, online chat, and email so that you can contact them anytime.

Glitchy software steals from customers
I tried out Draft Kings Casino on 4/21/19. I tried out their Texas Hold'em Table game software. I had just finished streaming the Houston Rockets game without any lag or freezing; my internet is very strong. I played a couple of hands at their Texas Hold'em table game and my money was stolen. The software was for their "live dealing" game, but it was malfunctioning. It kept getting disconnected and skipping my turns to act on the flop turn and river. The buttons you would use to act would disappear once I was reconnected so I was not able to act in the way I wanted to or would have in person. I would be disconnected and come back to see that my money was gone without the casino software having to showdown a hand. It would continue my wagers without me clicking on the next hands and the same process would incur until I ended up losing about 800$. Basically, their software autopiloted my betting and disconnected me so I couldn't act, then would take my money without showing down a hand. All of these malfunctions should cause the bets to be illegal, but DraftKings not only refuses to discuss the matter with me (i contacted them approximately 20 times asking for them to call me back and they kept saying they would, but just kept ignoring all of my requests and now I am being told the matter is closed and they wont discuss it.) They said they did an investigation, but I was not consulted, and no results of the investigation were released to me. This seems highly illegal and very unethical to be able to steal money from their customers with glitchy software, ignore 20+l customer requests to discuss the matter, not release any information to me on the investigation, and have no system of checks and balances on software that is stealing money from customers.

When I signed up years ago, I provided them with my home phone number, which is a landline and cannot receive text messages. They also have my cell phone number, and they frequently send me text messages to encourage me to place bets. I recently spent five weeks in a location where online betting is not legal. When I returned to my secondary home in *** for the holidays and tried to log in to the DraftKings app and online portal, I encountered a 2-factor authentication (2FA) issue. I never authorized this and have never used 2FA before. Since the phone number on my account is a landline, I contacted DraftKings through their online portal. Unfortunately, there is no other way to reach them, as they do not provide a phone number or local address. They provided me with links to help resolve the issue, but the links were broken and did not take me where they were supposed to. As a result, my issue remains unresolved. After several exchanges, I informed them that their solution was not working, and they offered to call me at a time of my choosing. I selected December 14, 2022, at 3 PM. However, they did not call me at the scheduled time. I reached out to them twice via email, but received no response. I would like to file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com and seek assistance in unlocking my account or retrieving my money. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. As of now, despite my continued attempts to contact them, DraftKings has chosen to ignore me, probably because I am using their money. I am extremely frustrated now! I would like to cancel my account and have my balance sent to my bank account. You keep leading me in circles! When I click on the link, it takes me to a sign-up page instead of the document upload page. When I click "log in" in the upper right-hand corner, it does not give me the option to choose the type of account I want, such as sports/casino or Daily Fantasy Sports. Instead, it sends a code to my landline. My cell phone number is ***. I don't understand why you can't simply change my number for me. Or you can call me and guide me through the process. It should not be this difficult to place a bet on an account I have had for years. I have never had an issue before and did not enable 2FA! I have attached a photo of myself with my ID. If this is not sufficient, you can FaceTime me at ***, and I will provide any additional proof required. However, this needs to be done before the Ranger game at 7 PM tonight, or you can close my account. Please do one of the following: call me, turn off 2FA, or change my number to ***. If this cannot be done by 7 PM today, please close my account and send me my money. If this cannot be done today, I will notify the appropriate authorities and the *** Attorney General's office. I’ve spent a bunch money on cards for the year and have not had any problems until now. I entered some lineups for 01/20 divisional weekend and they won’t pull up on my phone or tablet. I need to adjust my lineups before the game starts and have requested help but haven’t received any. I put tentative lineups in planning to change them prior to kick off. When I go to my contests it shows a blank screen, I tried on a friends and there’s works fine. Customer service said to go to the fantasy app and pull up upcoming events. On November 14th I requested a withdrawal. I was told it would take one day to process. After it didn’t come through in one day I told them and they said sometimes it takes two days. When it didn’t come through again they said sometimes it takes three days. On the fourth day they asked for bank statements to prove I didn’t get the money. I immediately provided them. They then provided me with transaction numbers to give to my bank. My bank did not recognize any of the transaction numbers. I have been in a cycle of generic customer service emails for the past four days with no hope in sight that I will get this money. Nobody will help me.

I betted on the cricket test match India vs West Indies and placed my bet on India to win. The test match was for 2 days. India won the first day and the score was 1-0. The next day due to the rain the match was drawn and India was declared the winner with the final score of 1-0 but draftking declared the match as a draw. DraftKings Verification Process and Customer Service Nightmare
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with DraftKings. The app is just not user-friendly at all, and the customer service is a total nightmare. I had to go through this whole verification process and it was a total mess. They kept asking me to upload the same documents over and over again, and it was always a different person I was talking to. I mean, come on, can't they keep track of their own stuff?
And then there was the issue with my address. I moved recently, so the address on my ID is different from my current address. I provided proof of my new address, but they kept telling me I needed to provide more proof. It was like they weren't even reading my emails. And then they asked me to take a picture of myself holding my ID, which just felt like a huge invasion of privacy.
Honestly, I don't even know if I want to use this app anymore. It's just not worth the hassle. And the fact that they have all my personal information now is really unsettling. I reported my experience to the BBB, but I doubt anything will come of it. It's just frustrating that a company can treat its customers so poorly.
DraftKings Review: Scamming Customers Out of Money and Terrible Customer Service
Hey there, I just wanted to share my experience with DraftKings. I decided to give it a try and deposited some money into the app. Everything was going well until I referred the app to some people in my household. That's when things went downhill.
DraftKings blocked all of our accounts, claiming that we were sharing accounts and cheating. This was not the case at all, but they refused to listen to my explanations. They even demanded that we all send copies of our photo IDs before they would release my original deposit. I tried to explain that we all live in the same household, but they didn't seem to care.
It's frustrating that DraftKings doesn't have a customer service telephone number listed on their website. It seems like their plan is to scam you out of your own money, especially if you plan to refer others. I would definitely recommend staying away from DraftKings.
In my opinion, Fanduel is a much better option, and there are plenty of other apps out there that are worth trying. DraftKings has been the worst experience I've had with a betting app, and their customer service is just plain disgusting.
So, if you're thinking about using DraftKings, I would advise you to think twice. Don't make the same mistake I did and end up losing your money to a scam.
