money taken from bank account
Google dragonplay is constantly taking money from my husbands bank card details which started at £5.11 and have now reached the amount of £11.51 but it is being taken out more regularly, the latest withdrawals being twice in one day, leaving me in debt with my bank, what I dont understand is that I play the exact same game and no money is being taken from me. We share the same bank but my husband has used his card details previously to purchase something else but never for google dragonplay.

Don't spend your hard earned money on dragonplays slot city, I have spent almost a hundred bucks in the past couple of months on coins to play on their slot machine games. They allowed someone to hack into my account and steel over 300, 000 in coins and then did nothing about it. Either that or they took the coins to scam me to buy more! Avoid google dragonplay at all costs, they are crooks, better to find a free slot game!

Nonstop Screen Lock up Problems
I have been playing Dragonplay Texas Holdem Online Games since Dec. Of 2010. Ever since that day, I along with other players have nonstop the game screen locking up of the game while playing. I have sent in and have documentation for AT LEAST a hundred written in complaints about this.
The company Dragonplay, have been complete JERKS about their problems. At first they told me to document the game, time and to send in specific details on the problems and they would reimburse me for my losses. I did this and they than REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT INCLUDING REIMBURSING ME MY CHIPS TO PLAY. I HAVE SUBMITTED 300K TO PLAY A TOURNAMENT AT LEAST 25 TIMES AND LOST BECAUSE IT LOCKS UP AND BOOTS ME OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT. THIS IS COSTING ME ALOT IF MONEY AND IS A SCAM BECAUSE THEY WON'T DO A THING ABOUT IT.

I HAVE WON MANY HANDS AND BEFORE IT AWARDS THE WIN, MY SCREEN LOCKS UP AND BOOTS ME OUT OF THE GAME OR THE TOURNAMENT. IN ADDITION, THE TIMERS WHICH ALLOW A PLAYER 20 Seconds to bet, get booted off of the game if a player before them uses their complete 20 seconds to bet or to fold a hand. Many times, this locks up the game and than the next player will only have 3 seconds to bet. If you don't bet extremely fast, it will fold a player out of the game forfeiting their wins.
ALL OF THESE DETAILS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED BY ME TO THE COMPANY THINKING THEY WERE USING MY DETAILS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS. THINK AGAIN! THEY HAVE NOT DONE A DAMN THING. I HAVE AN ATTORNEY THAT HAS REVIEWED THIS AND BECAUSE IT IS A PAY FOR PLAY SITE, THEY NEED TO REIMBURSE US PLAYERS FOR OUR LOSSES IF SUBMITTED TO THEM. THEY JUST REFUSE TO DO THIS AND NOW BLAME THEIR PROBLEMS ON THE PLAYERS PHONES. THE OLD "BLAME THE VICTIM" GAME. THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE ADMITTED THEY ARE HAVING THESE CONNECTIVITY, SCREEN LOCK UPS AND RELOADING PROBLEMS IN THE PAST.
I AM DISABLED AND I LIKE PLAYING THE GAME BUT IT IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY (DRAGONPLAY) THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have had the same problems and think Dragonplay should be investigated for Fraud. Be sure and look at other Dragonplay complaints on this site. They all say the same thong. Who can we contact to have them investigated? Anyone know? They should not be able to rip us off like they are.
I have the same problem and the same issue I complained about regarding a rude, abusive guest that they have yet to resolve. Their application seems to me, rigged. One day you can win with anything and next day you lose lose lose until you have to purchase. Money is involved and they're getting rich while making us angry. It's true they want you to document time and room but does not reimburse, instead they tell you its your phone. Which I find ###!
Poor service
This isn’t a complant but a concern, a month or two ago I ordered dragon gold or whatever you call it to play Texas hold em well I tried once nothing happened so I tried again still nothing happened, then I noticed that I had some points which I could trade in so I did I received say 500000 gold coins. Well I was checking my bank statement and there were two withdraw for $15.00 each, I never received any coins for the thirty dollars I gave you, through paypal. Please let me know what you decide.

Lucky hand of AA this week, you will indeed be lucky to get pocket AA since this game is rigged so they don't have to pay the 10, 000 if you win with pocket AA. Have had every combo of A-whatever but no pocket AA, as soon as they switch the lucky hand to other cards I will starting getting AA again. Game s(u)cks, have never payed a dime to play and never will. Game constantly freezes up especially after winning fair sized pots, just today I have already had 3 four of a kind hands, full houses beat by better full houses (constantly), fast fold timers are completely hosed and they haven't responded to this issue. This game has it fair share of a-holes playing who will bet a 100, 000 on 2-3 off suit just because they have more chips. NOT A REAL POKER GAME, learn how the rhythms go and you can stay ahead since it is not dealt according to real poker rules even though they claim otherwise. On the fast fold tables I have been stuck in up to 8 blinds in a row and you get sh-t cards so you lose a lot without even playing a hand. GAME IS NOT ON THE UP AND UP AND DRAGON PLAY DOESN'T GIVE A RATS -SS AS LONG AS THEY GET "YOUR" MONEY.
