At approximately 12:45 on Sunday September 12th on fast fold advanced I, once again, was in an all in hand that I won and, like normal the game froze afterwards. I was able to play one more hand after that but then the game kicked me off. I have excellent signal here. My table balance at the time was just over 15 million chips. This same thing happened to me last week for slightly less chips. If you look back and see my previous complaint you will see the amount. This is very troublesome considering I have paid to put chips in my account. I have not received any response to that previous complaint and surely hope to hear back on this one considering if you can go back and see if someone said something vulgar then I know for a fact you can see my balance is not correct.
Desired outcome: I just want the chips I rightfully earned, nothing extra.

My profile is mdvet11c, approximately 10:40 am Monday Sept 6th I won an all in vs profile Izzy with a hand of AA and had a chip count of 7.9 million and a bank of 53 million. Then there was ANOTHER glitch and suddenly all of those 7.9 million chips were gone. I would like my chips back please, they are expensive. I have had this problem before and seems to happen more frequently now. Everytime I win an all in hand the game freezes for at least 2 minutes.

I emailed to support@dragonplay.com and no one's responded within 2 working days as specified. I have emailed numerous times now but still no response.
I still wanted the amount of chips I purchased for or a refund.
Please can you look into this. I'm not sure what details you need from me in order to check the history.

I have complained over and over and over again you never to get a response from y'all it's now 3.5 million that y'all owe me because your tournaments keep crashing I have screenshot after screenshot as a screenshot of y'all's game freezing up an error message popping up saying the app must restart or send feedback. I have sent you all the screenshots or for more than 10 minutes my screen set Frozen with myself and one other player appearing on the table yet there are four of us on the table the other two people I can see their card placement but I cannot see their Avatar or their dollar amount below their name. It won't load it boots you out in the middle of the game. You lose your chips and never recover them. When you prachase chips you win a hand or two only to get you to buy more. Fill it's just a ripe off and also think it's been hacked to steal personal information and there's no way to contact them. There are lots, of complaints on the site and nothg still h been done.
connection issue
It wont load past 8%. It keeps saying connection issues. Iv used three different internets. All othet games seem to work just fine on all internets. I even unistalled and reinstalled a few times. I have spent money on this game and i hope that i dont loose everthing i have played for. It might sound silly, but its alot of time and effort. I have also contacted you guys multiple times in the past about other issues and i get no response at all. I hope i do this time and its resolved quickly. Thanks for your time and help.
I love this game and have been playing for years. But once again my connection was closed. Why? A few years ago I was at level 1200 and then lost all. I started from 0 again. Takes money multiple times without authorization

This has been an ongoing issue and I have been sending emails that have ALL gone unanswered. This company does really needs to be brought up on charges for scamming consumers. When you make a purchase just once they continue to charge over and over and over and they don;t stop. They have taken hundreds and thousands from consumers. I have contacted my bank and have changed my cards but because they are connected to my iTunes they get my new card numbers. Unauthorized debts must stop!

Won a hand, table froze up and moved me and my winnings to another table with winnings from previous game going back into pot and making a new table. No sense in saying anything to the technical dept. as they don't respond back. Horrible game and App. Bad beats all the time, dealt same numeric value cards 2-3 hands in arow, never seen so many 4 of a kind, had 3 one time in about 45 minutes, you'll never see that in a real game...

Why am I only refunded 10% of what I lost due to server connectivity issues? I have spent a lot of REAL money, in exchange for FAKE chips! All I am asking is to be compensation what I lost in two tournaments that were never even played! I sincerely hope that you understand my frustration here and will do what's right to compensate your customers.

2022/08/05: After playing for over seven years and accumulating over 2.2Billion in chips, Dragonplay now longer recognizes my Gmail address as being a valid one. I cannot regain my account after many futile attempts. I am unable to login/logon the game nor contact Support to send a link to update my password. Really disappointed with this activity by Dragonplay.
