This website, Draper's & Damon's, has been having some issues with their discount codes for quite some time now. I've been trying to use them for months, but they just don't seem to work. I even talked to the folks at Drapers about it, and they told me that I have to call in every time I place an order with a discount code, so they can manually apply it. That's just not right, if you ask me.
I mean, come on, who has time for that? It's ridiculous customer service, and it's not fair to the customers who are trying to save a little money. I hope that everyone who uses a discount code on this website realizes that it's not going to work, and stops using it altogether.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Draper's & Damon's. They need to get their act together and fix this issue, or they're going to lose a lot of business. I went to Draper's & Damon's website to find some new clothes for myself. I found an item that I really liked, but the sales person told me that it wasn't on sale. I called customer service and spoke to a man with an accent (I think he gave me the wrong name!) who said he would cancel the order and refund my money. He also said that since the jacket was still in stock, he would process a new order for me. However, I was charged for three more jackets instead of just one! I think he didn't know what he was doing or misunderstood my request.
I called again on March 1st at 4:54 pm and asked for a supervisor, but a woman with a very heavy accent told me that one was not available. She said she could help me, but she didn't tell me what she was going to do after hearing my problem. I have no reason to believe that she did anything to resolve the issue. It's frustrating because the quality of their items has gone downhill, and now everything else there is screwed up. There is NO customer service! It's such a disappointment. I think there must have been changes in ownership and/or management.
