I ordered a dress from the company. Once it arrived I knew right away the quality wasn’t good. I called the company immediately that day and asked them what I could do to return it. They said I had to send an email and get an approval to send it back. I went through that process. Then I took it to the post office to mail it and realized it was $30 to mail it back and the dress was 50. It wasn’t even worth my time. I would never do business with this company again the quality of the clothes is horrible let alone the customer service.

I recently ordered a jacket from instastyled.com and unfortunately, it took a month to arrive. Upon receiving it, I was disappointed to find that the jacket was way too small for me. What's more, the tag had been removed which made me question the quality of the product I received. I immediately tried to return it, but much to my frustration, the package came back labeled 'return to sender'.

Overall, my experience with instastyled.com was less than satisfactory. The delay in shipping, coupled with the small sizing and tag removal, were all major disappointments. I had high hopes for this website but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to my expectations.

I recently purchased a hoodie from Instastyled.com and unfortunately, it took over a month for it to arrive. But that wasn't even the worst part. There was a major flaw on the graphic design, with what looks like solvent dripped and ran down the front of the hoodie (I have included a photo for reference). Now the real issue comes with trying to get a refund for this hoodie. Instastyled's return policy requires me to pay a fee to return the item, in addition to shipping costs. This feels extremely unfair, given that the product was shipped to me with such a major defect. This was quite frustrating, especially given that the website clearly states that they respond within 24 hours. All in all, I would highly advise against making any purchases from this establishment.
