I've ordered a few things from here the quality of the material is amazing. I live in Canada, my orders have arrived before scheduled date, if not in a reasonable time frame! I have some store credit due to a return, the size was a little to big for me but the 2 piece Deliah set in dusty blue is so gorgeous I wish they had size 6 in stock... i have the break the bar playsuit also and i LOVE this (just need an event to wear it to) Customer service is amazing i've had a few responses with in an hour of submitting a return, following up on order status, or when another item will be restocked. I ordered from Showpo for a wedding I have coming up. I had ordered a size 16 dress which was just a little too big for me and knew the size down would fit perfect. The problem however was that the wedding was in 2 weeks. Showpo's standard procedure for exchanges is send it back wait for the store credit and re-order. I reached out to their customer service team detailing my problem that the dress would never arrive in time if I had to wait for the store credit. Bea from customer service was so helpful, i was able to begin the return process and receive the store credit before it got shipped back and order the right size dress the same day to ensure it would be there in time for the wedding. Thank you so much, will definitely be shopping here again!

Amazing Customer Service
I placed an order with ShowPo and one of the items didn't fit. I filled out the info as directed on the website and sent the item back to their US returns address. After confirming that it had been delivered I had yet to see a credit, so I contacted ShowPo's customer service. Chrissy promptly responded and kindly explained it could take up to 5 weeks once delivered for the credit to be applied. But I needed to make another purchase faster than that! Once I placed another order, Chrissy refunded the money for the item back to my account so I didn't have to wait for the credit to go through. Awesome! Shipping to and from Australia is a pain no doubt, but I love ShowPo's products and Chrissy's amazing customer service insured that I remain a customer going forward. Thank you Chrissy!
Package was stolen
There's nothing worse than finding out some low life stole your package from your front door.
It happened to me and it broke my heart and really pissed me off.
I was so worried what was going to happen when calling showpo for help and advice. I honestly thought it was going to be a $#*! fight.
BUT after talking to the most amazing lady named natasha who helped me through it and got on top of the situation really put me at ease. And I'm extremely amazed of her service and happy with the outcome.
She didn't make me feel like a bother and understood what I was going through.
She kept me up to date with aus post and how the investigation was going.
I just want to say a huge thank you to natasha and her help.
I'll definitely be back to buy again, this time I'll be sending it to work haha
One of my favorite Australian online boutiques!
They have stylish and cute clothes that you sometimes just can't find here (U.S.). Most of their clothes is inexpensive although more expensive than stores like Forever 21. However, the clothes are a lot better in terms of quality! I have fell in love with every single item I have purchased through them. Their customer service is excellent! Some of the Australian boutiques offer free shipping for purchases over $150 or so while Showpo offer free shipping for less ($75). One of the things I do like about their site is that not only do they post up different angles and poses of the models, but you're able to view some photos (from IG) of customers wearing the same item to get an idea of how it looks on different people (although not every item has photos since it depends if the customer posts it on IG and tags them).

Background of my experience:
Ordered a dress for the first time at Showpo which was a size too little for me. Policy says I can return it and exchange for another size. However, I removed the tag of the dress. I contacted customer service if I could still return it since the dress was still in brand new condition.
I got a reply within 24 hours. Since I was a new customer, they will consider my claim. I sent photos and got approved to return the dress.
However, I really needed the dress in a week's time after I posted the dress for return. I contacted customer service if I can get the credit early so I can order the dress.
Within minutes! (minutes, not hours, not days) I got an email saying I received the store credit so I can get my dress.
Thanks Showpo! I will definitely order from them again. Dress was fantastic by the way.

I purchased a few dresses for a themed event from another company (two weeks before an event) and I was guaranteed arrival the day before. These items didn't arrive. I was totally devastated. So I purchased a two piece top and skirt the night before the event. I was so impressed with the delivery, as it arrived the next day (the day of the event). I was so relieved and excited as I had something to wear. Unfortunately, when I tried it on, it didn't fit. So I was back at square one with nothing to wear. Luckily, managed to put together an outfit, with what was in my cupboard and dress up box. I needed to return the item, but I just missed the Christmas return period, so I emailed Showpo and communicated with Jo and Jai, both had exceptional customer service, they were helpful and kind and went above and beyond to assist in returning the items purchased. Thank you girls, it was very much appreciated. Showpo, will be my go to next time for ordering my outfits, however, I will order a size above. :)
Incredible Customer Service!
I do a lot of online shopping and ShowPo seriously is one of the most amazing companies I have dealt with. First of all, when I was on the site shopping, I was able to live chat with someone who was extremely friendly and answered my questions straight away. Once I placed my order, I literally received it the NEXT DAY! The material of all 4 items that I ordered were amazing, the quality was good (no loose threads or cheap feel to them), the earrings I ordered were not cheap, they were heavy metal. The sizing was right for all items of clothing but one. I returned it and emailed ShowPo the same day stating that I needed the dress for a wedding, and the staff were absolutely incredible! They replied within minutes of me sending them emails (and went back and forth for a while), I explained my situation, showed them a receipt that I had posted the return, and they were kind enough to send the store credit into my account before they even received my package to make sure I had enough time to order the right size dress!
I'm seriously blown away. Will 100% be ordering from ShowPo again! Xoxo
BEST Customer Service!
My daughters and I order from Showpo frequently but we recently had a shipping issue on two separate orders due to our profile having an insufficient address. Showpo's rep replied to my email right away with valid tracking numbers and instructions. Unfortunately, due to the address issue, USPS told me there was no way we would receive either order and both were being returned to sender. My daughter went back to college in need of clothing items for various events and, despite the address mistake probably being our own fault, Showpo's rep Eric (after confirming the order info and return tracking of course) put a store credit on my daughter's profile so we were able to reorder all of the items to be received just in time to make a difference! I was so pleased that they cared enough to answer so quickly and resolve the problem for us. Not to mention the items we have received from Showpo in the past have all met or exceeded our expectations. So I'd love to say "Well Done" to Showpo for having quality products and for training their reps well and a special shout out to Eric for going above and beyond to help us! We will continue to order from this company at every opportunity.

I first heard of showpo on Facebook a few years ago but worried it was "another scam" so I had a friend order first so I wouldn't be caught out. She received her goods the next day! It was amazing, the quality was perfect! So I jumped online to order a formal dress for a friends wedding. It was gorgeous! I couldn't wait to try it on, but it was a little to small so I reached out a bit worried about what would happen and they swiftly emailed me a return parcel slip and said that my store credit would be back into the account ASAP to get a new dress, they also explained all the sizing to me so I didn't have anymore issues. New dress ordered and arrived only THREE DAYS LATER! And it was the dream, the lace was perfect no loose threads I was in love! And that was a year ago, still to this day that's my "oooo I need something, SHOWPO!" Ive been ace on size since my first mishap, but since Covid and to many donuts I've gotten a little more on the thicc side, so MY OWN wedding dress choices from Showpo weren't quite right. I returned straight away, as I left the post office I emailed explaining my urgency for a dress and they instantly assisted me to make sure my day would be perfect
The quality is amazing, the products are gorgeous for any occasion, and the staff are just so friendly and always happy to help!

Trouble experienced
I normally don't write reviews. But this is frustrating.
I ordered three dresses from this store all the same sizes, on 05/17. Ordered #: ***. Total of $169.40, I was qualified for free shipping (ESTIMATED DELIVERY: Estimated delivery between 7-9 Business Days). Received my package 06/1. Two of the dresses were too small.
I reached out to them for an exchange. Was told that, because they're an online store, they don't offer exchange. I was told to return and repurchase. Sure, no problem.
I started the return process o6/2. Well, it wasn't a normal return process. They charged me $14.95 for the label. I paid it, and I was told that my label would be emailed to me in 30 minutes. Put the dresses in the box and drove to the post office. I was hoping that by the time I arrived there, my label would be emailed to me. That didn't happen.
I emailed again to ask about the label. 48hrs a later a reply reached out. "Can you email us a screenshot confirming that you paid for the label?" I did, I also included a bank statement. After that, there was no reply.
I reached out again, and this time, a different rep replied to my email and asked me the same question. Requesting a screenshot. I send it again.
24 hours later, no reply. I reached out again, repetitive #3- emailed me back with the same dumb request. This has been going on for six days. I'm frustrated with the run around. I tried calling the number on your website. That's a fake number that doesn't work.
Can somebody send me my label. I don't want to exchange anybody. I just want to return these dresses and be done with it. Or I'm reaching out to my bank and dispute this transaction.
Either your return policy is a mess or y'all trying to steal.

Terrible customer service
I genuinely was so excited to receive my order. I ordered multiple dresses to take with me on a destination wedding. I ordered the pieces 3 weeks before the wedding hoping they would make it to me within the 7-10 business days, I had no idea it was even coming from Australia and had I knew I would have upgraded my shipping to arrive faster but after reading reviews, that wouldn't have even mattered. My tracking hasn't moved from Australia and I only got another shipping link to DHL by chatting them and them telling me in 48 hours it will update and be transferred to USPS. It never transferred and I've been on the phone with DHL and chatting them who told me the package has come through customs and was released but is unable to be located. They also told me if it was found, it would take another 8 days to even arrive to me?Told this to Showpo and my responses from them have been full of attitude and bad customer service. They have been so unhelpful and told me i had to wait 1 business day to put in a request to them to track down the order (this chat was at 9pm at night here and I stated that the next business day was in a few hours and all i got was attitude from the customer service agent.) once i waited, they still have yet to give me an update, and said that update would come in a few days, 2 days before I'm supposed to leave for this wedding because of when i put in the request?. I put in the request when I was told to put in the request. I've never been one to complain but the fact that I let them know my order was stuck in processing and lost, they couldn't help me because they were in Australia. If this is their excuse then maybe don't advertise that you ship to the US and that you won't be helpful when the package is lost?. Seems like this is pretty normal for them per reading reviews. I'm genuinely so disappointed in this brand and will now be out of multiple dresses for this wedding that i spent a few $100 dollars on.

Return issue
I submitted my dress for a return and the website page popped up that I would received an email for the return label.
When I went to the local post office with the dress to return and went to bring up the return label from my email, I realized I never received one.
Later that week I reached out to Showpo and spoke with someone via their online chat, and explained the situation, however they told me it was too late to return the dress as the date had passed.
I explained that I submitted the return, however I never received the label and of course therefore had no proof that I submitted the return.
They repeatedly asked me for screenshots of the email and charge, however my entire issue was that I never received one.
Now, I am stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and I can't return or anything because they refuse to listen to my issue and insist on me providing proof that I told them was the entire problem to begin with.
Then, I attempted to write a review on their site, however there is no option to, but there are reviews listed. This leads me to believe as customers we are completely mislead and the reviews are not real, because as a customer, you can't actually leave a review.
Overall extremely poor customer service and deceptive business tactics.
So disappointed and stuck with an item I paid for that doesn't fit.

This company is a scam, I never order from them again. They charge you $20 for return label fee & when they send you a return label which is wrong so your items get lost in the mail. Customer service is rude & irresponsible. Their website doesn't work properly. I had to contact them 10 times to get a return label since their website return page wasn't working. Duplicate an order and left me with import fees debt
I ordered some dresses 13th May, the payment gateway wasn't working as it billed me twice. I contacted them and they apologised and refunded me for the second order. I then paid for the taxes/import fees for the correct order. I then recieved letters from DHL telling me that I owed fees for the delivery that Showpo incorrectly sent out. Showpo told me they were sorting this but the debt has now gone to a debt recovery centre sending me harassing letters. I've had contact with Chelsea in complaints for months and her response is only that she's waiting on DHL. However the debt recovery company say Showpo has never contacted DHL.
Desired outcome: For showpo to pay the fee to DHL that is owed so that my name is not on a debt
Ordering in the wrong currency such as US when I live in Australia
Hi. I have an online account on Showpo and I always buy items on it. For some reason my currency had being changed to US instead of Australian currency as I live in Australia. I didn't think anything of it when I had bought a dress and a few other items with it. I had then realised that I had paid more and also got the wrong size dress as it's in US sizes as well. I had then messaged and called up Showpo not even an hour after I had made the purchase. I had addressed that I wanted a refund to two different people as I didn't want it to come and then have to send it back. I had an email hours later saying my order has been dispatched already and I have to go out of my way to send back the items when I don't think this is fair. Thankyou

I'm complaining that showpo doesn't offer money back? (Refund) It's sad really especially when people mostly only shop online, it's now scared me from ever going through this process again of buying my usual sized dress and now having to go to the post office and return it and pay for that for only instore credit and as a mum of two toddlers and only being 22 I can't get out to the shops so online shopping is the only way for me to do it, and now I have to be stressed about having to go through this process again to send the dresses back just to have to buy more ? That's why the store credit doesn't work for me and a lot of people, because I won't be shopping there again due to not being able to get my money back, and because I don't have time as a young mum to be ducking to the post office I do everything online, so this is devastating and something that needs to be fixed immediately.

I am not happy with my service already and I haven't even had my items arrival yet. I have just had to pay another 16 pounds for delivery when I have already spent 19 for delivery, I was not aware of this until I have already paid for my product which meant I didn't have a choice whether I wanted to pay that extra amount. You need to make it more clear about any extra fees even if it's not your company as it's against the law to give false advertisement.

I have tried to contact you all regarding a customer service inquiry literally 100 times. No one has ever answered the phone, all I get is a [censored] automated message saying "we're experiencing delays." a robot once replied to one of my 15 emails with a generic message and then nothing following that... I have submitted service inquiries on your website that have gone completely unresponded to as well. Your customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen in my life. Wtf are you all even doing? Not to mention you have the world's [censored] return policy. Flipping respond to your customers. I have purchased a dress and when it arrived I was pretty satisfied with its quality but after the first wash it faded.
I contacted Showpo and asked for a refund but they refused and only said that they were very sorry. They never offered me any help and every time I contacted them they kept replying with the same automated message that they were sorry.
I will not buy from them again. Their prices are pretty expensive but quality is low.

Return process is a joke!
Ordered from Showpo only once and I'm not sure if I'll ever do that again. I have purchased two items from www.showpo.com website and one item was too small and did not fit at all. I contacted Showpo support service and asked for a replacement and they agreed very fast but when I asked for a return label they refused! They said that I was supposed to ship it back at my own expense, but that was way too expensive! There was no point in doing that, I would only lose money. Return process is a joke!
My package said delivered yet I have not received it and I'm not happy about that.
