I kept one item, which was an over size blazer. I returned three items. One being wide leg blk crepe pants, one all blk jumpsuit, another oversized blazer in 1x. I only receive credit for two. The crepe wide legs pants and the over size blazer. The jumpsuit and the oversized blazer were returned in the same box. Credited for the blazer and not the jumpsuit. How is that possible?

Underwears
I am writing to express my disappointment with a purchase I made from Macy's of two of your underwear from your company. I made that purchase based on your promotion about the quality and reliability of your products. However, this particular experience has left me feeling dissatisfied.
I recently purchased 3 pair of underwear from your tUnfortunately, the underwears have not lived up to that quality and reliability and to my expectations. They exhibited several issues. The first one is rolling down my waist and around the butt line, its very loose.
The second one is not true to size. It is so uncomfortable to the point where it's extremely tight in the legs and rolls up on the legs also, stabbing in the groin.
I kindly request that you address these issues by providing a suitable solution. It would greatly alleviate my inconvenience if you could offer a replacement for the faulty pairs of underwear or any other compensation that you deem appropriate.

Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays: My Experience with Spanx
I put my order in for some Spanx gear a whole 6 days ago and I paid for the one business day delivery. But guess what? I still don't have my order! Can you believe it? It hasn't even been filled yet at their distribution center. I was so mad that I called them up to complain and try to cancel my order. But they refused to cancel it even though it wasn't shipped yet. Can you believe that? I told them that I am moving in just 2 days and I need to cancel or redirect the order to my new address. But they refused to help me out. They said that I will have to deal with Fedex myself even though it is completely Spanx's fault. Can you believe that? I said it won't help as Fedex has horrible customer service, as bad as Spanx, plus why must I fix their mess up and how would dealing with Fedex after it maybe ships one day help. Meanwhile, maybe one day this year it will get shipped and sit in the lobby of the building I will no longer be living in. They only refunded the shipping charge, which is just not good enough. They are just plain awful.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Spanx right now. I ordered me some faux leather pants on January 14th and it's now January 26th and I still ain't got 'em. They been "stuck" at the post office since January 19th and ain't no movement or updates on 'em. So, I decided to contact customer service to see what's up and they told me I gotta wait until they can confirm that the pants ain't arrived yet. Like, seriously? I gotta wait until Monday for them to confirm that I ain't got my pants yet. And then, they gonna reship 'em.
But, if I wanna cancel the order and go buy 'em at the store, I gotta wait 30 days for a refund. That's just ridiculous. Spanx already took $88 for the pants and I still ain't got 'em. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company 'cause they ain't gonna help you resolve the issue. They just take your money and don't care if you get the item or not. Even when the item is obviously "stuck" or "lost", the agent has access to the same tracking information as I do and can see the status.
I'm just plain disgusted. I'm out almost $90 and STILL HAVE NO PANTS. Don't waste your money on Spanx, folks. They ain't worth it.

Shocking Order modification policy
I placed an order with Spanx and the minute the order was confirmed, I realized that it would be shipped to the wrong address. I immediately contacted Spanx (within 2 minutes of placing the order). I emailed (my email was returned as undeliverable), I called (my call was disconnected with no resolution), I initiated a chat at which time I was told that there was nothing they could do. I feel this is unacceptable. I have had this happen with other companies with no issue whatsoever.
Desired outcome: I reordered and sent it to the correct address. I would like a full refund or store credit for the 1st order. I cannot control whether the accidental recipient will return the item or not.
Ribbon width of tops - so not to roll up during wearing

I have ordered the Spanx shape tops (to cover your top but not the bottom) and some other Spanx things but the problem is that the Spanx top expands and rolls up eventually. I have ordered EU sizes M/L (that is 38/40 in EU) and XS (36/38 in EU) and I see no difference when wearing them. Overall, the tops always roll up and I always have to adjust them. Would it be possible to have a wider lower firm ribbon that would stick? Or as in overall to just have it as a neglige?
Overall I am very pleased with your products, happy to be your customer, feels like second skin, however it's not pleasant on moments (when you are at a meeting and something just rolls up/down your body).
Defective product and useless customer service
Defective product and useless customer service who do not really care about the issue if it doesn’t fall in their policy even when it’s not your fault you were sent a damaged product.
Ordered leather like pants and the reinforcement on one of the back corner pockets was not attached. When I pull the corner pocket reinforcement part, you can see the hole it’s suppose to be sewn to. This is my 3rd pant that I’ve purchased online within the last year or two and have not worn any of them yet. With COVID, I haven’t had much opportunities to wear these items. I understand there’s a policy but being that I haven’t even worn them and it wasn’t my doing that it is damaged, I just expected a better solution than sorry it’s too late but you can have 15% off your next purchase. Why would I purchase something again if I wasn’t satisfied with the service? Their products aren’t exactly affordable or inexpensive. Knowing when to give good customer service when sending defective products should be a priority than saying sorry it’s past 6 months is ridiculous. I’m a business owner myself and I know when I have to go beyond the policy to make my customers happy.

After waiting over a month for the item to even be shipped, I received a confirmation claiming that my order had been delivered last week. The order never arrived. I checked everywhere where it could possibly have been left (nothing). I immediately reached out to customer service, and they told me to wait an entire week to lodge a complaint because according to them, it might still show up. I waited 3 business days and decided to contact them again. This time they told me, I had to wait the entire week (ridiculous). I finally waited this alleged week and decided to let them know that it never showed up. This time, they're telling me that they can't reship it because they are out of stock. This time i'm absolutely livid, so I asked them to ship me a similar product. They said that they were not allowed to do that. The best that they can do is offer me a gift card for the price that I paid. I bought the item on sale, so all of their items have now been marked up. This would force me to spend extra money to offset the cost. If I was going to pay the full price, I never would have made the purchase to begin with. I kindly asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund. My only option was this gift card that would leave me bound to making another purchase from them, thus taking more of my money, and sending me something that i'm not sure is even going to arrive. These people are thieves. Do not buy from the website. One other thing, every time I order something in an xs, it fits like a small or a medium and is completely useless (more money wasted), as they can't even label sizes correctly.

I started the process to return the item BUT the items have still not been delivered where I can ship them back!

I have to received the wrong size and then initiate a return rather then update the order. The order has not and will not ship for 5 days. SO WHY THE ORDER COULD NOT BE UPDATED TO THE RIGHT SIZE.
