Spanx leather leggings size small
Hello,
I received a pair of the Spanx leggings for a birthday present in may.
I really love them and the general fit and feel.
However there are 2 small dots which are in the front of the legs - please find attached photos.
These hols have been here since the begging and fortunately have not grown larger. I just feel it damages the look slightly and I'm scared of ripping.

Desired outcome: A replacement for the quality
Velvet leggings
Bought the gray velvet leggings and was so happy. Wore them about 5 times and the color wore off the knees. They look awful. Tried to wear them and received several questions about what happened to the knees? Was sooo embarrassed. I cannot wear them again. I called spanx to see if they would remedy the situation and they were rude and unhelpful. Offered 10% off my next purchase. Why would I buy from them again. I might wear these things around and let them know how spanx cares for their customers and the quality of their overpriced product.
Desired outcome: offer a reasonable solutions. 10% is not it!!!
Bad customer service
Enough disappointed with the product! That is not enough I guess! The return also bad! When I ask customer service they are not really helping. I returned all 5 items that I brought, but they send me only 4 items on email and they don't want to review it..
When I return it.. It is been more than 1/2month since then, and I have been go back & forward to their customer service but they don't do a thing about it. They just tell me to wait, but how long should I wait?
Terrible decision to buy in this online company, definitely not gonna be buy it again!

We have been waiting and dealing with customer care over a refund due to us for over 6 months! The return was well within the return policy guidelines and customer service has given us ambiguous answers on every single call. They keep saying its an issue that must be resolved at corporate but corporate never updates them or responses to their requests. But when you ask to speak to a higher up, they don't allow that. And no one ever calls back.
The transaction occurred in november of 2018 and was returned within a couple of days. They say the initial refund rejected and spanx has still not made good on the refund after all this time.
We wish to be contacted by an employee from spanx who can actually make something happen at the company and be refunded our return as it should have been.
faux leather leggings - sewn wrong / customer service poor
The following email was submitted to [protected]@spanx.com after a pair of leggings I gave as a gift were flawed. The Customer Service response was that my ONLY choice is to return the (now sewn) leggings for a full refund. I tried to respond back to Customer Service that I find that unacceptable given my daughter has returned to school with them, and that I would like to simply be compensated for the repairs. My reply emails were returned to me with the message that [protected]@spanx.com has blocked my email! I have no recourse now?
I paid $98 for these leggings. I am a return customer. I expect Spanx to be able to think outside the box to keep a customer and stand behind their product but I am disappointed that they are unwilling to do so.

I am writing to express disappoint and request compensation for a pair of leggings I ordered as a gift for my daughter (Order #xxx).
I received the leggings and presented them to my daughter as a Christmas gift. She was so excited she wanted to wear them on Christmas Day. She and I were disappointed to find a HOLE in the inside seam top of right leg. The hole, we were later told by a seamstress, was caused by a sewing error where some of the fabric was not in the stitching. My daughter needed to leave to go back to college so she did not want me to return the leggings; instead we took them to a seamstress and had the hole repaired the day after Christmas.
There is nothing so disappointing as handing someone a gift, (which you thought to be a high end, quality items by price and reputation), only to have them find a flaw.
I am requesting compensation for the seamstress repairs to the leggings - $15, minimum, from Spanx. Please advise. Thank you.

invisible luxe legs
I purchased these pantyhose at the Bay and I paid $33.00 for them. I never paid so much for pantyhose I thought I would get a few wears out of them. I purchased the correct size "D"
I went to put them on and the front waistband ripped. I still wore them for 1/2 hour and the toe ripped. My feet were just pedicured.
I would like to be compensated. I feel so ripped off.
power capri
the Power Capri is referenced in sizes of a b c d e however the size chart does not provide a reference in either inches or s m l xl conversion. I tried to get answer from the live chat but they kept referring me to the size chart.
When I complained that it was of no help because there is no reference on the size chart the agent end the chat with "too bad you will not allow me to help you" REALLY!
My simple question was how does the Spanx size A B C D E translate to S M L XL.
The refused to answer the question and instead of being any help they rather loose a customer with a sarcastic remark.
Never again will I buy Spanx!
cannot get the right product delivered
This product, as we all know, is terrific. But their customer service is a nightmare. I have now put in the 3rd order for black sheers, and still do not have the right order from them. First they sent tights, then 2 times in a row, they have sent buff sheers. I spoke with 3 customer agents, 2 supervisors, and still do not have the right product in my hand. For $30 a pair, you think they would invest some money in their logistics and make their loyal customers happy. NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THEM; THEY CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE RIGHT THING TO YOU!
quality has not been reliable.
First, I LOVE Spanx. I wear the High Power (high waist) pant/dress Spanx everyday. Either one I considered as a under garment! I spend a lot of money to a least have 6 pair in rotation.
The last 3 times I have purchased from (Dillards) and worn only once they appear to have NOT been sewn completely in the seams causing big holes up/down the vertical seam. I purchase the same size (D) and color Black each time.
At a minimun, I would like to receive 2 FREE pair to replace the last 2 purchased.

worst customer service ever
A. Overnight delivery is not overnight, it's 3-days
B. the systems wouldn't take my promo code, then wouldn't take two different credit cards.
ALl i wanted to do was buy a pair of pantyhose and a bra for a wedding I'm going to. It took 90 minutes, 9 calls/chats with customer service. And in the end I still didn't get what I wanted.
This is the second time I've ordered from spanx. Same horrible service the last time. This will be the last time. It's just not worth it.

I sent them my order back. It had a terrible quality and smelled like a cheap Chinese crap. Very disappointing. They didn't confirm they received something. Then I decided to contact them to clarify this stupid situation. They offered nothing and couldn't find my package.
There is still no resolution and I have no idea what to do and how to get my money back...
very rude and unprofessional customer service
I am absolutely disgusted with Spanx, they are the worst company I have ever deal with, and their customer service is beyond ridiculous!
I bought something from them and received the wrong size item and all I wanted was to get an exchange for the correct size but they refused! When I contacted their customer service I spoke with a very nasty and rude woman who treated me terribly! When I explained what was the problem she immediately said "no refunds" and didn't offer my any options!
I never met such a rude person ever before! These kind of people are not supposed be allowed working with customers! Spanx what are you thinking? You want to lose all of your customers because of your nasty staff? I will not buy here again and will not recommend this store to anyone!
failure to take accountability for mistake
Had an absolute HORRID experience via their ebay store. They sent me the wrong item, to which I inquired about getting refunded. Their first response to my email was that I needed to ship the item back to them, and to do so within 14 days. I followed their requirements, however, they later replied saying that they would refund me the item, but not the shipping. They essentially stole money from me, as they fail to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part, and state that I SHOULD HAVE WAITED?! despite their first message to me. Moreover, every response thereafter has been from a different person. This is the WORST customer experience I HAVE EVER HAD! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I purchased a $28 pair of Spanx stockings at my local Dillard's. Obviously knowing what I purchased was exactly the size and color I needed, I did not keep the receipt. (Stupid me!) I own a boutique and have been buying from them for a long time! Not sure if they have gone through some changes in ordering and shipping, but I placed an order for a patient over 8 weeks ago and you have sent me the wrong order 3 x's and promise you would over night them to him it has now been 6 weeks and still he has not received them, I have called and complained and still to this day you have not done anything about fixing the issue! Who do I need to speak to about the issue that your company is having? Thank you so much!
excess international delivery charges
I live in Germany and wanted to order 3 items from the Spanx.com website, prior to adding anything to my shopping cart, I checked out the international shipping details and costs, which stated it would be approx $54.00 for express delivery. I was prepared to pay this amount as I wanted the goods as soon as possible and proceeded to purchase the items I wanted and once I got to the checkout stage of ordering, I noticed that an additional International Handling Fee of $48 was being added to the order, making a total shipping cost of over $100 ! This fee is not declared upfront anywhere on their website, so shoppers please BEWARE and make sure you check your charges very carefully before pressing that payment button.

I also noticed this fee when I was about to finish putting through an order. They say it is for 'international duty fees' which are charged by the government of wherever the package is being delivered. Thing is, I live in Australia and for anything that is imported under the value of $1000.00 there are no fees charged by our government. I brought this to the attention of spanx customer service but they have gone strangely quiet... I didn't get an answer when I asked this but where does that money go?
bad service
I order from Spanx which sent wrong size. Called 4 times spoke with each customer rep promising to result and ship out ASAP. They said to dowload return lable which was not possible. Told me my exchange would arrive in 5 business days never happened. Retraining is all you can hope for. They did not offer anything for the mistakes made which has taken 3 weeks and still no refund to my credit card...Smart consumers do not go on that sight..terrible customer service department. You would think a big company such as Spanx would make customer service shipping and returns top notch..
Absolutely agree. Bought item on Memorial day sale and it was defective. When I contacted customer service their solution was to re-order another of the same product, ship back the defective one and I would be reimbursed for the cost of my shipping.
What actually happened:
I was billed the full amount for the replacement (not the Memorial Day price), AND paid myself to ship back the defective item. So, I have one item that I paid full price for, sent back item I purchased on sale (and paid shipping for it) and was told that "everything is correct."
Impossible to deal with customer service. I will never shop at Spanx again. Try Maidenform. This is a company that knows how to properly run a business.
this one is better!
If you haven't heard about the Skinny Cami you should try it. I found it by chance after bad experiences trying shapers that DON'T FIT. Bad fitting ones don't do any good. Skinny Cami doesn't even have to be hidden as a girdle, and what other people have said about it is TRUE...it's amazing! The lady is very nice and works with you on a personal level to get your measurements and how tall you are and all that, and she gets the fit perfect! I can't say enough good about it. does not care about customer privacy
Spanx does not care about customer privacy. They gave access to my account to someone else and after repeated phone calls and emails to their customer service department, all I got was an email stating "Thanks for your interest in Spanx, were so glad to hear from you!" They do not care about customer privacy and therefore I recommend that no one buy spanx products and definitely do not create an account at their website! They do not care about your privacy!

not honoring a promotional coupon
I received an e-mail from a friend telling me that Spanx was having a promotion and that you could order one of their$62.00 bra-llelugia bras for $4.95, the cost of shipping. It was a one day only special. That afternoon I ordered a bra. I sent the coupon code, laurieannbra, to my daughters, so that they could also order a bra. I went through the order, used the code and all was well. The next day I received an e-mail from Spanx thanking me for my order, however there had been a mistake and the coupon code was only to be used by the CEO of the company, Laurie Ann Goldman, for her personal use. So, my order was cancelled, but they would offer me 30% off on any of their products but it had to be used by a certain date, which was 1 week from that date. I then looked at my debit account and saw that the $4.95 had been debited from my account. I called Spanx and was given the same story about the CEO and that the money wasn't really deducted it was on "hold" and would be taken off hold if the order wasn't sent.
This whole experience has been very disappointing and unbelievable that a company like Spanx would first of all use a code for the CEO to purchase bras and that the code would be negligently given out to the wrong people. I think it was a scam from the beginning and that they are trying to drum up business with their 30% off. I will not be buying anything from Spanx ever again.

Ordered and got a tracking #. The item sat in GA for 3 days, then Indy for 3 days, now Columbus OH for two days with no sign of moving. Info states delivery date will be the 14th, today is the 21st. Will treat you as :big us, little you attitude. There are dupe products for less than half the amount and look great. Give up and save your money.
