The timeline on returns/exchanges is definitely slow BUT customer service is SO helpful in helping You find what you want, Honor promotions & discounts, etc.

Surprisingly nice quality and nice fit
I have to admit, I learned of this brand by seeing it on Rebel Wilson. I took a chance and bought a jumpsuit and kady pants. Order arrived quickly. Packaging was standard polybag. Nothing special here. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Very nice fabric and construction. The fit was also very good, true to size. Overall, pretty happy with purchase.
Great Experience
I read other reviews... each person has their own experience. I ordered from this site and had to return something. My return was smooth. I mailed it back and received and email that they would be crediting my card. I ordered enough where i received 5 spend $50 get half off cards. The cards didnt work however when i called they took the #s off the cards over the phone and gave me the credit. One criticism is the cost... wish it were affordable to all. Plus size women deserve style that is not frumpy. As a pastors wife there is often a need to go to dressy events. I love Eloquii... ordering a few dresses today.

I order from Eloquii at least once a month and I have never had a bad experience. Merchandise takes a few days longer then most places, but nothing crazy. My returns have always been handled quickly. One customer service rep gave me her direct # if I had any issues with my return. The only issue I have is that their system will automatically charge you a $7 return fee even if you've paid your own return shipping cost. But, every time I call them there is never an issue with crediting my account for the fee. I do hope that they fix this problem at some point; it gets a little annoying to have to call every time this happens. Overall, I would recommend them to others, actually I have. Love the style, quality and sales. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed.
I feel pretty
I never shop online for clothing. I dont even have nice dresses because when I go to AS or LB, I never really like their styles. I have seen ads for Eloquii, but I just couldnt afford their clothing. This Christmas I have taken advantage of their sale. I ordered 2 coats, a dress 2 skirts and 2 blouses. I must tell you I was prepared to return all of it. I didnt think it would fit or look good on me. Im smaller up top and hippy. I LOVED EVERYTHING I PURCHASED! EVVV-ERRRYYY THING! I felt pretty in each item. I went back to the site the next day and some other things I wanted were marked down even more so I got them. I especially like the fabric blend for the skirts. They have give and the patterns are so lively and vibrant. Not bland or just black! I loved all of it. Believe me, when there is a sale, Im buying all I can from them.

I want to share with the public a message I sent to the Eloquii customer service team:
Dear Eloquii team,
I wanted to write and say THANK YOU for a favor your Returns Department did for me lately. When I received my recent order and knew I had to return the clothes, I put a bunch of things in the return box to take down to the garage with me on the way to my car. Unfortunately, I had some tools in the box that I forgot to take out, and accidentally shipped back to you with my return!
Having attempted to contact warehouses and returns departments with other companies before and been told there was nothing they could do, I gave up the tools as a lost cause. My husband was particularly disappointed because they were part of our only consistent set of tools, and he's adamant about not loosing any. Oops!
So imagine my surprise and relief to get a package in the mail from Eloquii, with the missing tools in it! It was so kind and considerate of you all to recognize the mistake and send the tools back to me without me even having to say anything. THAT'S customer service!

Bad return policy (actually a 0 rating)
I received an item for Christmas, contacted them within the 30 days, they're person didn't get back to me, contacted them a 2nd time they said they'd send me a FedEx label. Didn't hear from them so I contacted them a 3rd time and they told me the label would come from FedEx, found it, walked across the street to mail it with FedEx. Then received an email saying because they did not receive it back within 30 days I could either pay $6.99 to have an item (3x) that was too small either shipped back to me, no I could not exchange it for something else that would fit or they would keep the article of clothing and my money.?! So basically what your saying is either your stealing my money or I can pay $6.99 to get your clothes that don't fit me back?! Sorry she says, yes. I'm like do you realize how disgusting that is of a return policy? I've been in retail for 20 years! If I had run my companies like this I would have been out of business! I will never recommend or buy their clothes. Obviously they had documentation within the time frame that I was returning the item. Isn't that proof enough? So because their people dragged their feet on me when I was trying to return a gift I get screwed. Absolutely disgusted with there policy.
The worst online shopping experience of my life
If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed an order for a graduation dress around the 15th of May, so a month ago. I paid for shipping that made my shipping time 5-7 business days. Never received confirmation. So I called. Twice. Asked them to overnight it to me because my grad day was quickly approaching. I was assured I'd receive a shipping notification by the end of the day. Never happened. I eventually called to cancel. I was assured that it was canceled and that I would get a full refund on my card in 5-7 business days. Never got it. Received a call from a supervisor almost two weeks after I initially called explaining that they weren't going to be able to fulfill my order in the time I requested it and asked if I wanted a refund... I explained I already called go cancel it. I was assured that it will be canceled and I needed to wait another 3-5 business days to receive my refund. Well today is the 6th business day. Behold, no refund in my bank account. I don't know what in the heck they have going on in their system, but I hope no one has to go to this much effort to get the product they paid for, or even their refund. I will NEVER shop at elloquii again despite the fact that they have extremely cute clothes. I am sad as a plus sized woman I will have one less out of the very few places to shop but this is 110% unsatisfactory.

I am appalled and simply taken aback by the service I received from customer service. I was refused the opportunity to speak to upper level management. Mid-level management (Amy) refused to take my call. Lower level CSR (Vanessa) hung up the phone in my face after holding for 15 minutes. No call back in 2 hours which leads me to believe this was intentional. I made a purchase (Order #[protected]) that I received late December. Great item but not the best fit. I have item boxed to return store for full refund. After shopping online today (and ordering 2 more items) I saw the item I'm prepared to return is marked down to 50% off. Wonderful price I thought and well worth keeping the item that doesn't fit the best if the price is right. Talked to a friend who I convinced to start shopping at Eloquii with me and she said she just called Eloquii yesterday and they did a price reduction so she kept her item. I figured I'd follow suit. Well I was treated with utter contempt and nastiness. I wish I could remember the name of the initial agent who was obnoxious, but I only remember the second agent (Vanessa) who was appalling. You could "hear" her irritation with my call. She basically let me know the buck stopped with her and she would not send me to her supervisor (Amy) or a supervisor beyond Amy. I was livid. I had a little kerfuffle in the airport recently that has my knee out of whack. I'd go to the post office ordinarily with no problem. Considering a better resolve for all where the Eloquii could save from not having to make a full refund, and I could save by not having to stand in a crowded post office I figured a smart CSR would definitely want to resolve this. Not at all my experience and I am dumbfounded that my friend said she received excellent service. Today's service made me feel like I am not wanted as a customer, appreciated as a customer, or worth anyone lifting a single finger to make any concessions for.

I purchased a product on 5/25/20 and returned within a few days. I followed the return procedures, got items back within 30 days, had no damage to item and returned with black tag still attached. They send the item back and will not provide refund. The item purchased was also not final sale. This is a deceitful practice. On July 6, 2020 I made a purchase from Eloquii that included a black faux leather blazer. I received my order on July 17, 2020. Upon inspection of my five piece order, I was pleased to find that all of my articles had been delivered as ordered with the exception of the Black Faux Leather Blazer. Instead it had been substituted with a Pink Moto Jacket. I have purchased items from Eloquii many times before and until this experience have always been satisfied with the quality of the clothes and the customer service. I am therefore disappointed that Eloquii would commit such an obvious act of "Bait and Switch". I am convinced that this was indeed the case, in that when I contacted customer service I was told by the customer representative that she was authorized to sell me any other item at a discounted price, but not at the same rate as the blazer. I was so disturbed by the entire conversation (not that she was rude in any way) that I asked for a refund of this item, to which the young lady obliged. To the best of my knowledge "bait and switch" is unlawful; I therefore felt strongly the need to document my experience and put Eloquii on notice that such egregious business practices are unacceptable.

Fater, faster, work faster, guys.
Everything you do, every single process in your company is too slow.
Shipping. In my case, it took one month. Don't know your reasons. Should I? Anyway, I wasn't notified.
Delivery. Took 2 months. Guys, it's inappropriate. It's the 21st century, it's time to stop using slow boats and pigeons.
Quality. One word: terrible
Sizing: too big, even though I ordered the right size
Return. At customer's expense no matter whose fault it was
Refund. Takes forever.

Worst company
Purchased a top from Eloquii website and the one I received was too small so I contacted Eloquii customer service via phone. I asked for a replacement but the woman on the phone said that they did not have my size in stock. Then I asked for a refund and they agreed quickly. I shipped it back and also paid for the return shipping because they refused to give me a return label.
When they received the top they contacted me and said that they can't refund me because top was damaged. Liars!
They said that if I want to get it back and need to pay a shipping fee.

Eloquii scam
I was so excited when I found this plus size store with all the beautiful clothing. I immediately decided to buy something from Eloquii.
I've placed my order and received it in a timely manner however I was not satisfied with my purchase because everything was way too small!
I contacted customer service the same day and asked for a refund and they agreed. I paid some extra money to ship everything back and waited patiently for my refund.
Two weeks passed and I heard nothing from Eloquii. I tried to contact them many times but received no reply. Then another week passed and I received a parcel! When I opened it there was the same clothing which I returned to Eloquii!
When they finally replied they said that they were not able to accept it back and said that it was their final decision! Such a scam!
Absolutely disgusted with Eloquii!
I have purchased a shirt from Eloquii and the size was incorrect, the shirt was too small! When I asked for an exchange or a refund, they said it was not possible since it was a final sale merchandise. I told them that I had no idea about the sale and that I paid the full price for it. They said that it was not their problem and there was nothing they could do. So I asked them what am I supposed to do now and they suggested me donating the shirt! These people are beyond ridiculous!
Horrible customer service and return policy
Back In January I purchased some items from Eloquii. I've never ordered anything from this site, but decided to give it a try. Items I received didn't fit well, so I contacted customer service and told that I wanted to return them. Their rep said that there will be no returns or refunds because these items were on final sale. I was unaware of this. Anyways, I sent everything back, but they still refused to give me my money back. Few weeks later I received a message from them stating that I have to pay $7 if I want to get these items back. I never would've made a first time purchase from a company, knowing that I wouldn't be able to return them. I think that's pretty ridiculous considering that I returned the items with their tags, within a couple of days of receiving them! Their return policy is beyond ridiculous!
Poor customer service.
I was so excited when I found Eloquii website, because it carried such nice fashions for bigger girls. I was so naive and now I'm paying for it. I wish I had checked the reviews before I gave them my money. I ordered three items from Eloquii. When I received my order I decided to return two items since they were of a poor quality. I contacted customer service and was told that I could return them but only for in store credit. I agreed and returned the items. Later I received a message from them sating that they cannot offer me a store credit, and they never explained the reason. No matter how many times I asked for some explanations I heard nothing. I really regret my decision to purchase from them.
SCAM on Returns
This company claims the returns are free however they always so called "forget" to include the return label. If they forget to include the label you do not have to right to get your money back. They will tell you to wait for them to mail a label which can take weeks OR you will never receive the return label by mail. They will do everything so you will not be able to return items . I placed an order for the 3rd time and of course it just so happened that they accidentally forgot to include the return label AGAIN ..this time I purchased 165.00 worth of items in November 2015. They didn't have a problem charging or forgetting my credit card#. Poor customer service. BEWARE
Bad quality and the seller lied about refund
Buyers, be aware! I ordered 2 cardigans from the website www.eloquii.com. The quality was so low that I thought maybe they delivered these cardigans from China. I wasn’t satisfied, so I asked the seller to take it back and return money back. He refused and told me that under their policy it was too late to return it. Only 10 days passed, but he refused to take it back. This seller is thief and liar.
