As someone deeply invested in fashion, I understand the allure of Windsor Fashion. However, it's crucial to approach with caution. While some customers praise the unique designs and excellent customer service at specific stores like the Treasure Coast Mall, others have faced significant challenges. Issues with delayed deliveries, poor quality items, and unresponsive customer service have left many feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. If you decide to shop at Windsor Fashion, be sure to manage your expectations and stay informed about potential pitfalls.
LOVE their clothing!
Windsor has the cutest clothes for the best price. I always get the most compliments when wearing their items. The clothes are consistent and true to size. I'm petite and their clothes fit my body type very well. They have a decent return policy as well. Additionally, their customer service is responsive and very helpful.
I have been shopping at Windsorstore.com for years now and they are my favorite online store to shop at.
Love!
I had to get a prom dress super short notice! (Two weeks to be exact) I had been to their store before so I knew my size (they run a bit small). I had typed in the wrong email so I couldnt check on it, have my tracking number, nothing. Called customer service, the lady who answered was very nice and helpful. I informed her of my situation and she took care of it. Even bumped up my order to make sure I got it in time! It was suppose to be in the following Wednesday at the earliest (ordered it on a Monday) got it that Friday!

Rude Manager at Windsor Ruined My Shopping Experience - Never Going Back Again
Okay, so like, I've shopped at Windsor quite a bit in the past, but this last experience totally turned me off. It was so not cool that I don't think I'm ever gonna go back there again. I bought almost $400 worth of stuff and the chicks at the register were super awesome and helpful. But then I tried to leave the store and the stupid metal detector went off. Which, okay, I've had that happen before and I know it's cuz they sometimes forget to take the buzzer off big purchases. No big deal, right?
So I went back to the register and asked the associate to check my stuff. But then the manager lady, Lauren Orbe or Lauren Walden (whatever her name is), totally freaked out on me. She made me walk through the metal detector multiple times and take off my purse and go through it again and again. It was so embarrassing and humiliating. I felt like such a loser and I was so mad that she was treating me like a criminal or something.
After that total nightmare, I just wanted to return the items and get the heck out of there. When I asked for a refund, Lauren dumped my stuff on the counter and gave me this major attitude like she couldn't care less about my business. She was so rude and disrespectful the whole time, and never once apologized or even asked why I wanted to refund my stuff. It was a total nightmare, and I hope Lauren figures out whatever's going on in her life cuz I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like that.
Anyway, I'm so done with Windsor. I'm gonna take my business somewhere they actually appreciate me and don't make me walk through metal detectors like a criminal. End of story!
Windsor: Bomb Af Formal Dresses That Won't Break the Bank
Windsor is a boss store to find some bomb af formal dresses for all sorts of events. I've rocked their dresses at weddings, proms, and even college formals, and let me tell you, honey, I always get compliments left and right. Like, who doesn't want to feel like a total queen for a night? The colors are so frickin' gorgeous, the prices won't make you broke, and if you take care of them right, these babies can last ya a good while. Overall, I'm a big fan.
One thing I gotta say, though, is that these dresses run small asf. I'm usually an XS or S for most tops, and a medium for bottoms, but when it comes to Windsor, I gotta get a large for their figure-hugging dresses to fit just right. Like, hello, I don't wanna be constantly tugging down my dress every other step or feeling like someone's wrapped me up too tight. Another thing to keep in mind is that you definitely gotta try on a dress before you buy it. Sometimes these dresses look super cute on the hanger, but then when you try 'em on, it's like, what in tarnation is this? Not a good look, sis.
All that said, I still think you should give Windsor a try if you're on the hunt for a stunning formal dress. They're comfy, sometimes you don't even need to wear a dang bra or pasties (woo!), and there's always something new to check out. Just make sure you're getting the right size and you're good to go, bae. Also, I gotta be real with you - I haven't tried any of their other clothes besides dresses, so I can't speak to that. But hey, maybe you'll have better luck than me. Keep slayin', y'all!
Disappointing Experience with Windsor: Poor Service, Unhelpful Customer Service, and Low-Quality Products - A 0/10 Rating
I recently purchased a dress from Windsor for my sorority formal, but unfortunately didn't end up attending the event so I had to return it. I went to one of their physical stores, which was approximately 45 minutes away from me. Based on what my friend had told me, I thought I had 30 days to return the dress for a full refund. However, I ended up returning it after 20 days and discovered that their actual return policy is only 14 days. Although it was my mistake for not checking their policy before returning the dress, the store only offered me store credit instead of a refund.
While I was in the physical store, I noticed that it was a bit disorganized and the staff was not the most efficient or friendly I've ever encountered. Despite this, I decided to use the store credit to purchase a couple of items online, namely a pair of sweatpants and a corset top/shirt. Although the store credit covered the cost of the items, I was required to pay for shipping. I was given an estimated delivery date (January 4th) but my package didn't arrive until January 11th. Although I understand that delays can happen, what really bothered me was that even after tracking the package multiple times, it would show no movement for days.
When I finally received my package, I was disappointed with the quality of the items. They felt very cheaply made and the top was also the wrong size. I had ordered a medium, but received a package labeled as small and with a tag that said x-small. Overall, my experience with Windsor was very dissatisfying and I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them, be it online or in person. Additionally, their online customer service only provides an automatic, computer-generated response that is entirely unhelpful. I give them a rating of 0/10.
Exceptional Customer Service: A Review of Windsor at BREA Mall
for your passion and dedication to your customer service, Windsor! While my experience at the BREA MALL location started off rocky, thanks to the incredible effort of a manager there, my entire outlook on the store has completely shifted.
My visit on 6/20/19 saw me purchasing a lovely burgundy dress at the store. Upon returning home, I decided to check out the website and found that the same dress had been marked down significantly. Wanting to make the most of my purchase, I quickly ordered the dress online and planned to return the more expensive one.
On 6/24/19, I arrived at the store to return the dress - only to be told that it was final sale and therefore could not be returned. Naturally, I was disappointed and frustrated; especially when realizing that if the cashier had informed me of the final sale stipulation earlier, I would never have ordered the same dress again and wasted over $100.
However, the real hero of the story came in the form of a tall, blonde-haired manager who went above and beyond to ensure I left the store satisfied. Despite the initial refusal from the other manager, this woman made it her priority to rectify the situation for me, personally ensuring the return of my dress and saving me both money and stress. Her kindness and attentiveness will not be forgotten!
Overall, I am extremely appreciative of the new impression that Windsor has left on me. While there may have been a hiccup in the process, the exceptional customer service and genuine concern for customer satisfaction has truly blown me away. Thank you, Windsor!
Unprofessional and aggressive management ruined my shopping experience at WindsorStore.com
I absolutely love shopping at WindsorStore.com! Their selection of dresses and shoes is always on point and I’ve never been let down by the quality of their items. However, I have to say that the staff at the store can be a bit rude sometimes. I never really paid it much mind until yesterday when I experienced something that has never happened to me at a store before.
My boyfriend bought me a pair of shoes from WindsorStore.com and they didn’t even ask him for his email or phone number while he was purchasing. They didn’t even give him a receipt! We went to another location first and the managers there told us that the person who purchased the shoes could only exchange them, since WindsorStore.com didn’t do their part. So we drove all the way from Maryland to the store in Virginia to try and sort things out.
When we spoke to the manager, she was incredibly aggressive and didn’t even let us finish our story before saying “NO NO” repeatedly. We tried to explain things politely, but she just continued to be aggressive and even threatened to fight us when we were just trying to explain ourselves. It was absolutely insane! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. They obviously screwed up and they should have been working with us to fix the issue, but instead, their manager threatened and tried to fight us. What kind of management is that?
I used to be a retail manager myself, so I know how things work. Exchanging sizes isn’t a big deal, especially if it’s the staff’s fault. But this manager was not willing to listen to us or work with us on the issue. Instead, she started cursing at us and walking towards us like she was ready to fight. We were so shocked that we wanted to call the cops, but when she initiated the fight, we just left. It was such a waste of our time and money, coming all the way from Maryland for this kind of treatment!
I could go on and on, but I’ll stop here. I’ll never be shopping at WindsorStore.com again and I highly recommend that you don’t waste your time there either. The management is poor, the service is rude and aggressive, and the overall experience is unprofessional. So, if you want to be treated like a valued customer, then do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!
Unprofessional Conduct at Windsor Fashion Store - A Customer's Experience
I recently had a rather unpleasant experience shopping at the Windsor Fashion store. Upon entering the store, I wasn't greeted and had to make my way to the register to ask about a return I needed to make. There were three ladies behind the counter; one of them was alone and the other two were chatting away. The young African American girl with the white blazer eventually came over to me, but unfortunately she didn't greet me either.
When I asked about returning the two items I had, the girl told me that the purses were final sale and couldn't be returned. I checked the receipt and saw that it did mention accessories being final sale, but there was no clear indication that purses were included in this category. The girl proceeded to tell me that it wasn't Windsor's responsibility to notify the customers about which items were final sale, which I found rather odd.
I then asked if I could return the other item, a blazer jacket that still had its tags attached and was in perfect condition, but the girl refused and accused me of having an attitude. I was upset, but I didn't think I was being rude. I asked for the girl's name and position, and she claimed to be the store manager. When I asked for the corporate or district manager's contact information, she ignored me and threatened to call mall security.
When I tried to take a picture of the girl, she got even more upset and attempted to come after me, but thankfully another employee intervened. I was shocked that someone in a managerial position would behave in such an unprofessional manner. After all, I have worked in retail myself, and I know that assaulting a customer is completely unacceptable.
In the end, I was able to get my money back from my bank, but I decided to avoid shopping at Windsor again and would not recommend the store to anyone. It's unfortunate that such a negative experience may deter customers from shopping there, but I believe it's important to be aware of issues like this.
Terrible Experience with Online Store Windsor: A Cautionary Tale for Customers
I had an extremely negative experience ordering from Windsor (windsorstore.com), an online store that sells women's clothing and accessories. I caution anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice before doing so.
First and foremost, I cannot stress enough how little respect Windsor has for laws and the rights of their customers. It was beyond frustrating when they shipped my order to the wrong address, even though I had provided them with the correct address. I live in Mannheim, where the street names are similar to those in New York, but with an alphabetical system, which is not difficult to navigate. Despite this, they failed to deliver my order to the right address.
Realizing that mistakes happen, I promptly called them to explain the situation. However, two weeks went by without any response from them. As per German law, I wrote to Windsor again, informing them to send my order to the right address within a week since it had been delayed. Sadly, they still made no effort to correct the issue.
At this point, I was beyond frustrated with Windsor's lack of care and poor customer service. I decided to place another order and pay for shipping. But, to my dismay, they shipped it to the wrong address once again. This caused me to lose all patience with the company.
I called them once again, but still, no one had taken any action. The very next day, I contacted them and informed them that they must take action; otherwise, I would have to involve German customer service and the justice system. Unfortunately, they took this as a threat and laughed it off, which was shocking since I was only seeking their compliance with the law.
Fortunately, the employee of DHL who was handling the delivery was kind enough to call and deliver my order to the correct address, but this could have gone a completely different way if not for their kindness.
In conclusion, Windsor's failure to observe the rules led to an unnecessarily stressful and complicated experience for me. I strongly urge any potential customers to think twice before placing an order with them.
Windsor's Disappointing Service: A Review of Their Poor Communication and Shipping Fees
I recently had an encounter with Windsor and unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. I ordered a dress but realized after submitting my order that I had selected the wrong size. Trying to amend my mistake, I reached out to Windsor and awaited their response. To my dismay, I did not receive any communication from them which prompted me to cancel my order altogether. However, I was disappointed to learn that I was unable to cancel my order since it had already been submitted, even though it had not been processed yet according to their website.
What makes matters worse is that if I receive the dress and it's still the wrong size, I would have to return it, which would be an additional $13 in shipping costs- including the return shipping. This means that the cost of the dress would be significantly higher, and this is not something I'm willing to pay for. I'm so upset about this because the dress I ordered was only $35, so the shipping cost alone makes it less than worth it.
I'm truly disappointed that my experience with Windsor has been such a negative one. When I saw some bad reviews, I thought it wouldn't apply to me but I was wrong. I regret shopping with them and certainly will not be doing it again. I even encountered typos in their email and this just adds to the unprofessionalism of the company.
For those of you considering shopping with Windsor, my advice would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and shop elsewhere. My satisfaction with their products and services were not met and I believe I am not the only one. Therefore, I would give them zero stars if possible. I have already taken the steps to file a complaint through PayPal in hopes of receiving a full refund since I am not able to cancel the order.
Abysmal Customer Service and Poor Quality: My Disappointing Experience with Windsor
As a consumer, I was incredibly disappointed with the experience I had with Windsor, an online clothing retailer. To simply put it, this company's customer service is dreadful. My initial order was marred by an honest mistake of mine, as I accidentally typed in the wrong address when entering in my order. However, I was quite surprised to find that Windsor did not offer me any assistance with correcting this easily fixable issue. Instead, they simply shrugged it off, leaving me with the burden of trying to correct my shipping address through other means such as FedEx and USPS, which was a time-consuming and frustrating process.
It was also irksome that the incorrect shipping information was not even legitimate, as I had mistyped by only one number. Despite this, their customer service representatives were unsympathetic to my plight and offered me no help whatsoever. This is incredibly disheartening, as every other company I've ordered from in the past has offered easier solutions — even small indie companies that are relatively new.
Windsor's customer service continued to fail me when, after they had assured me that my package had arrived via email, it was nowhere to be found. When I explained this to the representative I contacted again, I was met with yet another disappointing response: "dispute it with the credit card company. Sorry for the inconvenience." It's at this point where I cannot help but feel that proper customer service etiquette was thrown out the window. The representative should have offered a refund or made any genuine attempt at atoning for their mistakes.
To add fuel to the fire, some of my items from my order even arrived with a pungent odor, while others were fraying. The quality was simply unacceptable, and I cannot emphasize enough how much I regret ever deciding to buy from this company. In conclusion, my experience with Windsor was an abysmal one, and I would discourage any potential buyers from doing business with them.
Windsor's Policy of Requiring a Tracking Number for Refunds: My Disappointing Experience
My experience with Windsor (windsorstore.com) was rather disappointing, having ordered two dresses for my daughter only to find that they did not fit her properly. I made use of Priority Mail via USPS to return the dresses, and received notice from PayPal that I had been refunded for both items on November 22, 2017. However, as time went on and I compared my statements, I realized that I had only received credit for one of the dresses. I contacted customer service to request credit for the other dress, only to be informed that they could not provide such credit without a tracking number. This seemed nonsensical, as I had already confirmed that the company had received the returned package, and the weight of such a thin package would not provide any significant information as to its contents.
Despite many phone calls, the company stuck to its policy of requiring a tracking number, even when I suggested that their own barcode return label system could provide them with the necessary information. It was frustrating and felt unfair as I struggled to get proper customer service. Ultimately, I believe that this type of policy is ludicrous, especially given the fact that the company had clearly received my returned package. Were it possible, I would have been satisfied with a shopping credit equivalent to the value of the missing dress - $39.00 - but since Windsor remained inflexible over tracking numbers, I was left with an unpleasant experience.
In closing, let me advise anyone considering shopping with Windsor to be aware of their policies and aware that their customer service is not always willing to cooperate when issues arise. While my experience was frustrating, it is my hope that other shoppers will be able to find a better balance of quality versus customer service than I did.
Unacceptable In-Store Policy & Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Windsor
Recently, my mother purchased a $300 Windsor gift card for my birthday from their Vegas store, only to find out that the manager provided false information about the usage of the card. I was told that I could use the gift card to shop online, but that I would need to contact customer service to make the appropriate arrangements. However, upon attempting to utilize the gift card online, I discovered that they only accept gift cards in-store. This, to say the least, was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Windsor's in-store policy is absurd, especially considering there are only a handful of stores located in California and one in Las Vegas. Additionally, the card is in my name only, which means that I cannot even send it to my friends in Vegas for them to use because the store requires identification to prove that you are the person on the gift card.
Further adding to my frustration was the fact that Windsor refused to reimburse my mother's money for the gift card in question. This begs the question of whether the company is engaging in shady tactics to collect funds from customers under false pretenses. It seems that $300 is a sizeable amount of money to swindle from customers without remorse.
To make matters worse, the customer service team was completely unhelpful and essentially told me that there was nothing they could do. They did not seem to care about my experience or my inability to use the gift card at all. It appears that Windsor's lack of care extends well beyond their in-store policy.
Overall, my experience with Windsor was unpleasant and disheartening. From their faulty online shopping policy to their lackluster customer service, it seems this company could benefit from a complete overhaul of their business practices. I would strongly caution anyone looking to purchase from Windsor to think twice before doing so.
Disappointing verification process at Windsor online store
My experience with Windsor (windsorstore.com) unfortunately left me feeling frustrated and uneasy. I was excited to order a few dresses for a wedding I will be attending, but things quickly went awry. I always tend to over order, so it was no surprise that my total came out to over $300. After placing my order, I received an email from Windsor stating that there was an issue with my shipping/billing address and they needed to verify my order. However, I knew that this couldn't be the case because all of my information was correct and I'm accustomed to placing orders with my American Express for clothing purchases over $300.
When I called to verify my information, the representative's background noise was so loud that I had a difficult time hearing her. Eventually, I was able to provide my name, address, email, and phone number. However, she then asked for my full credit card number and the 1800 number on the back of the card. This caught me off guard because I was on my lunch break and didn't have the credit card on me. The representative told me that I would need to call back within 24 hours to provide the information. I was left stunned and disappointed. I've never before encountered an online store that required me to provide my full credit card number and the 1800 number on the back of the card after verifying my billing and shipping address. I felt like my privacy was being compromised unnecessarily.
As if that wasn't enough, when I tried to call back later in the day, I found out that they were closed. It's frustrating and inconvenient that I have to wait until the following day to complete this verification process. I was hoping to have my dresses shipped out soon so that they would arrive by the time of the wedding, but since they don't ship out on the weekends, my order won't even be processed until Monday.
It's disappointing that my experience with Windsor (windsorstore.com) was such a hassle. Given that there are so many other online stores that do not require such intrusive measures for verification, I will likely look elsewhere for future clothing purchases.
Windsorstore.com: Low-Quality Products, Poor Customer Service, and Delayed Refunds
I recently had an experience with Windsor (windsorstore.com) that I feel I should warn others about. I had a planned event in a week and decided to order a romper, earrings, a necklace, and shoes from their website. The total cost initially came to about $110 but I was able to apply a coupon code for 30% off, bringing the total to $70. I chose to pay an additional $10 for faster shipping and expected to receive my package within five days. However, it took ten days for the package to arrive.
I called customer service to inquire about a refund due to the unexplained delay and was rudely informed that I could only receive a refund if the package arrived after August 4th. Unfortunately, the package arrived on August 5th, leaving me with no chance of a refund. I was already disappointed at this point due to the poor customer service and communication.
Upon opening the package, I was immediately taken aback by the poor quality of the items. Everything was made in China and the romper had thread hanging off the sides. The shoes were unsafe to wear due to their strap being too long and providing no heel support. The necklace and earrings felt like cheap toys from a vending machine. I was extremely disappointed in the products and knew that I had to return them.
I returned the items through FedEx immediately and was informed that Windsor would not receive it until August 15th. After processing the order, it would take an additional 2-3 days to receive a refund, and possibly up to 10 days to see the money back in my account. This means that it will have taken over a month for me to receive a refund for this subpar purchase.
All in all, I must advise others to avoid spending their hard-earned money on Windsor's low-quality products. Even if you are not skilled in sewing, purchasing material from a store like Joanne's may result in a better quality outfit. I even went to a physical Windsor store in a nearby mall and discovered that their products were all similar in poor quality and vastly overpriced.
In conclusion, ladies, please be more cautious with your future spending and remember to say no to places like Windsor and drugs. I hope this review will help others avoid the same disappointment I have experienced.
Windsor Complaints 14
Worst Online Experience EVER
I ordered a romper, a pair of earrings, a necklace and shoes for an event coming up in a week. The order was suppose to be around $110 dollars but they had a coupon code on the site for 30 percent off all items. I ended up paying $70 + an additional $10 for faster shipping. My event was in 7 days and the site said 5 days the latest. However it took 10 days to receive my package. I did call there customer service the day before my event and was told it took 2-3 days to process my order then it ships 1-5 days ( which is not clear on the site) x_x I asked about having a refund because it's not explained on the site and rudely was told that if I get it by August 4th then I can. It arrived August 5th
When I finally received the package I was hopefully to have an outfit I can use for the future. I was instantly disappointed and pissed. Everything said made in China. The romper had thread hanging off the sides. Cheaply made! The shoe strap was too long which made it unsafe to wear for anyone (no heal support). The necklace and earrings looked and felt like 25 cent machine toys. I can go on for hours about how terrible and cheaply made these products are.
I returned them though FedEx no less than an hour after opening them. Windsor won't have it until August 15th (but who knows), then I have to wait 2-3 days for them to process the order then I might get my money back in 10 days. So since I spent my money the last week of July, it will now take over a month to possibly get it back, if they give it back to me!
Beware! DO NOT SPENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CRAP! You deserve so much better then this review readers. Walmart has even stepped up there game! Give them a shot! Better yet, go to Joanne's, purchase the material and make your outfit yourself. Even if you have no knowledge in sewing I'm sure the quality will be so much better than Windsor. At least you can say you made it yourself and have an excuse to why your outfit looks like crap!
Side note -I went into the store a few days ago. I found out they have a Windsor in the mall near me. Just to see if it was my choice of items... but nope! Everything looks cheap, everything feels cheap and is way Way WAY over priced.
Good luck ladies on your future spending. Just remember, say no to Windsor and drugs.
Beware of this store very rude and there employee like to assault customers
On Sunday The 28th of November I have decided to return some items at the Northwood mall. My first stop was Windsor Fashion store after walking in without being greeted. I made my way to the register still not greeted ask if I could do a return. There were 3 ladies behind the counter. One was alone and the other two were talking behind the register. The lady with the white blazer was a younger African American girl who decided to walk toward the register I was standing at. She immediately didn't greet me again. I ask to return the two items that were in my bag. The first item was a purse I gave her the receipt and immediately told me that the purses are final sale. I stated, where is it stated on the receipt.? She says it is listed under accessories and I read that it did say accessories are final sale but it never was clarified to me that purses were listed as accessories at this company during the time of purchase of this particular item. I again stated that I was unaware of this policy during the purchase and she stated, that Windsor does not have to tell their customers about final sales items. Again I was a little outraged about that statement so I stated it sound a little bizarre but ask if she can return the other item. So I took out the other item and it was a blazer jacket the tags were still attached to both items and again both items were still in a resaleable condition. After asking her if I can get a refund for this item she immediately got upset and tell me she not helping me. I asked her why She say I had an attitude and assume that I was having a bad day and which is the reason why she not refunding my other item. I stated I do not have an attitude. I am however upset about telling her about the fact that I can't get my money on the purse. She told me to leave the store and call customer service to get my money back for both items. After that, I was a little confused about why am I asked to leave the store. I asked her for her name and she say "store manager". I asked for the corporate number and she told me to google it, I also ask for the district manager's info and she ignored me and walk away. She turns back around and says do I need to call mall security. I decided to take a picture of this young lady who she says is a store manager. She got highly upset and begin to threaten me with physical violence. She begins to proceed to walk from behind the counter and almost tries to assault me. Luckily The girl that works there tries to hold her back. In many years of shopping in retail and also working in retail. I never try to assault a customer. She claims she is a stores manager so obviously, this company just hires unprofessional girls that just do what they want at a job. Wow! I work in retail and have never done such a thing with a customer. Luckily I was able to get my money back from my bank. I will never buy anything from Windsor again I will also never refer people there too. Please be aware of Windsor in Northwood Mall.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Windsor Online Clothing Store
I recently had a disappointing experience with Windsor, a well-known online clothing store. While browsing through their website, I found a gorgeous dress that caught my attention. It was on "final sale," but I noticed that there was an add-on option for a shaper to go underneath. I wasn't sure if I would need it, so I decided to get it as well. However, it was not clear anywhere during the checkout process that everything in my order would be final sale - it wasn't indicated on my order confirmation or anywhere else.
Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the dress didn't fit me properly. I also realized that I didn't need the shaper after all. I decided to contact their customer service via email, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. So I tried to reach them via live chat, but the agent I spoke to was of little help. They simply copied and pasted responses, not providing any useful information. Feeling frustrated, I decided to call their customer service hotline.
However, the operator I spoke to was impatient and spoke over me most of the time. All she could say was that it was clearly stated that everything was final sale, which was not very helpful. As a customer, I felt like they were being rude, condescending, and just generally unpleasant to deal with. If only they knew how much I loved their products - now I am seriously reconsidering whether I want to shop there again.
I think that Windsor would benefit from clearer communication during checkout, more responsive communication channels, and better customer service training. If they could take these steps, they could better serve their customers and build a loyal following.

Unprofessional Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Windsor
My recent experience with Windsor was extremely disappointing. I had purchased an item online that I did not end up liking when I saw it in person. I attempted to return the item at a store, but unfortunately, the staff turned me away. After attempting to set up a return through email, I was informed that a return label could not be sent to me via email and I would have to wait for it to be mailed out. This would not have worked for me as I needed to return the item within the 14-day window. Despite offering to pay for shipping, I was met with an unprofessional response from the representative, who typed in all caps and seemingly yelled at me.
As a customer, I do not appreciate being treated disrespectfully and I will not be giving Windsor any more of my hard-earned money. It is unacceptable for any company to have employees who behave in such a manner. I hope that Windsor takes steps to train its staff on how to properly communicate with customers and improve their customer service practices.
Poor Shipping Practices from Windsorstore.com: A Cautionary Tale
Recently, my daughter had a senior portrait sitting, and we ordered a dress from Windsor (windsorstore.com). We paid $28 for Express shipping, which promised delivery within 1-2 days. However, according to the tracking information, the package only had to travel about 2 hours by car, so we expected it to arrive the following day. However, on the third day, the tracking information only showed the package as "arriving Thursday," which would be 4 days from 2 hours away. I contacted Windsor to ask some questions about the shipping method, but all I received was an unhelpful response that the package should arrive on Wednesday.
Despite my concerns, the dress did not arrive on time for my daughter's senior portraits, and I began to question whether Windsor had actually shipped the order by Express delivery as we had paid for. Unfortunately, my inquiries went unanswered. The package finally arrived on the fourth day - just a day before the senior portraits - and as someone who works in shipping, I could tell that it had only been sent 1st class. Since Windsor's 1st class is about $24 cheaper, I was left wondering why they had charged us the more expensive rate for Express delivery, only to send it via 1st class.
In my frustration, I attempted to contact Windsor several times to get an explanation, but they only offered to refund the shipping fee. Given the inconvenience and distress their poor shipping practices caused my family, I am requesting more than just a refund. I feel that this situation warrants serious accountability on their part, and I will not hesitate to warn others about their practices. At this point, Windsor has yet to offer an explanation or take any meaningful action to resolve the issue.
Disappointed with customer service and return policy of Online Clothing Store, Windsor
I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Windsor, an online clothing store (windsorstore.com) that I wanted to share. On December 6th, 2021, I purchased a shirt as a Christmas gift for my friend. Unfortunately, upon receiving the gift, my friend discovered that the thin strap on the shirt was tearing at the seam.
After discovering the defect, I went to the store on December 26th, 2021, to exchange the shirt for one that was not damaged. Initially, I was hopeful that the exchange process would be smooth, as their receipt states that you can exchange items up to 30 days after purchase. However, when I presented the damaged shirt to the clerk, she informed me that their policy is "14 days" and that she could not exchange the shirt.
Confused and frustrated, I explained to the clerk that the receipt clearly stated that I had 30 days for an exchange, to which she became flustered and got her manager. Unfortunately, the manager was just as unhelpful and proceeded to inform me that I could not exchange the shirt because their policy only allowed exchanges during the holiday dates, which ended the day before Christmas. This was confusing to me because I was sure that I had purchased the shirt within the holiday timeframe, yet the manager was not willing to budge on the policy.
To make matters worse, the manager also accused me of trying to return a damaged item too late after purchase, calling it a "red flag." I found this to be extremely unprofessional and unnecessary, especially since they were the ones who sold me a defective product.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Windsor. Their return policy is not clear, and their employees and managers do not seem to be on the same page about how it should be executed. As a potential customer, it is off-putting to feel like my issue or concern is being ignored or dismissed. I hope that Windsor can improve its policies and customer service in the future, as I believe it will help them retain customers and build a positive reputation.
Poor Customer Service at Windsor - Disappointing Experience in Store
So, I walked into Windsor this afternoon hoping to grab some clothes. The store seemed busy, and I saw two employees at the front. But as I walked up to the register, I realized they were just yakking away like they didn't have tons of customers waiting to check out. I put down my stuff, waiting for service, but they kept chatting away. After a minute, one of them (a young white girl in a striped black dress) noticed me and started ringing up my clothes with no greeting or smile.
It's not like I was thrilled about the lack of attention, but I ignored it. But then, I couldn't find my size in one top I wanted. The store seemed packed with clothes, but surprisingly, no employee was helping anyone. Frustrated, I took the top off a mannequin to see if it'd fit. The girl at the register noticed and gave me a dirty look, asking if I took it off the mannequin. When I said yes, she rudely told me to ask for assistance next time and not touch the mannequins. I explained that I didn't see anyone around, but she didn't seem to care.
Honestly, it made me feel super uncomfortable shopping there. I like the store and usually spend my money there, but I don't think I want to go back if this is how customers are being treated. It's one thing to have a busy store and be understaffed, but it's another thing to be rude to customers and make them feel unwelcome. I really hope Windsor starts to care more about their customer service because it can make or break a shopping experience.
Disappointing Experience with Windsor Store: Delayed Delivery and Unhelpful Customer Service
My experience with Windsor store was a bit of a letdown, to say the least. I was really looking forward to receiving my order of 3 beautiful formal dresses for a special event, and even paid the extra $10 for speedy delivery. Unfortunately, with the ongoing pandemic, delivery times have been unpredictable and frustrating. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation email, I never received any updates on the delivery status and ended up receiving my package two weeks after my event had already passed.
While I understand that this wasn't necessarily Windsor's fault, I was hoping to return the dresses I couldn't use. However, it turns out that their return window for formal dresses is only 14 days, which had already passed before I even received the package. I tried calling customer service twice during my work breaks, but was unable to stay on hold long enough to speak with a representative. Eventually I sent an email, only to receive a message with a link informing me that my items were ineligible for returns.
Overall, I can't say that I had a positive experience with Windsor store. I understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of issues for retailers, but I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication and unhelpful customer service. If you're planning to shop with them, I would recommend keeping their return policy in mind and being prepared for potential delays in delivery.
Disappointing Online Shopping Experience at Windsorstore.com: Misleading Product Categorization and Poor Customer Service
I was so disappointed with my recent online shopping experience at Windsorstore.com. As someone who loves their items and always visits their stores while in California, I thought shopping online would be just as great. However, I quickly realized that I had made a mistake. I had gone to the Dresses section and selected an item that I thought was a dress, but it ended up being a top. Admittedly, it was my fault for not paying attention to the product description, but who really reads the details of a dress name? I was excited to wear it out and was looking forward to receiving my package.
To my absolute dismay, the package arrived and was the size of my palm. I opened it to find a top that looked like a piece of string. Despite being disappointed, I tried to make it work, but it was terrible. The fabric was ill-fitting and there was a huge gap between the fabric and my boobs, causing them to spill out in an unflattering way. I was so unhappy with the item that I decided to contact customer service. I showed the representative that the item was listed in the Dresses section and not the Tops section, but she pointed out that I had not read the description. I understand that it's important to read the description, but when shopping for dresses, who has the time to read through all of the technicalities of why they need it?
I had to pay for the shipping label to return the item, which was frustrating since it wasn't my fault that the item was wrongly categorized. I love Windsorstore.com and their products, but my recent experience with their online store has left me feeling disappointed. I hope that they can take steps to ensure that their products are properly categorized moving forward, so this does not happen to other customers.
Beware of Windsor: Inaccurate Sizing, Poor Quality Control, and No Customer Service
When it comes to online shopping, we all know the risks involved. Unfortunately, Windsor (windsorstore.com) seems to be a company that you should be wary of. One of the most frustrating things about shopping with Windsor is their sizing. Despite having a size chart, it seems to be a mere suggestion at best. Many customers, myself included, have found that when they follow the size guide, the clothes are still too small.
Dealing with customer service is another headache. It seems like no matter how you try to contact them—via email, phone, or social media—they either don't respond or block you. I've been waiting a week to hear back about defective items in my order, and despite calling several times and emailing twice, I've only received computer-generated responses. Sitting on hold for 45 minutes and then getting disconnected is a frustrating waste of time.
My order arrived with several problems. One of the rompers had one leg shorter than the other, and a top I ordered (based on the size chart) was so small that I couldn't even get it on with half the back unlaced. It's not just a sizing issue either; the quality of the items I received leaves a lot to be desired.
All in all, I would strongly advise against shopping with Windsor. Between their inaccurate sizing, poor quality control, and nonexistent customer service, it's just not worth the effort. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable retailer.
Windsorstore.com Review: Trendy Clothes at Affordable Prices
I decided to visit Windsor's online store, windsorstore.com, to see what their offerings were like. Although my experience at their physical store was less than satisfactory, I was hopeful that their online store would be a better experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the website was easy to navigate, and the categories were well organized. There was a wide variety of clothing items available, and I felt like there was something for everyone.
One thing that stood out to me was the amazing selection of dresses. From casual sundresses to elegant evening gowns, there was an option for any occasion. The prices were reasonable, too, which made me feel like I could afford to buy something special for myself or a loved one. I also appreciated the option to filter my search by size, color, and price range to make browsing easier.
In addition to dresses, Windsor also had a great selection of tops, pants, and skirts. The quality of the material felt substantial and durable, and the styles were on-trend without being too faddish.
I was impressed by the amount of information available about each product. The product descriptions were detailed, and the photos gave a good sense of what the item looked like in real life. I even found reviews written by other customers, which helped me get a better idea of how the item fit and whether it was worth purchasing.
The checkout process was straightforward, and I appreciated the various payment options available. I was pleased to see that Windsor offered free shipping within the U.S. for orders over $75, which made me feel like I was getting a good deal. The order confirmation email included all the necessary information, and the package arrived within a reasonable amount of time.
Overall, I had a much better experience shopping online at Windsor than I did at their physical store. I appreciated the wide selection of clothing items, the reasonable prices, and the quality of the materials used. The product information was helpful, and the checkout process was simple. Although my experience at the physical store was less than ideal, I would definitely recommend Windsor's online store to anyone looking for trendy, affordable clothing.
Windsor's False Advertising and Unprofessional Customer Service Left Me Disappointed
My experience with Windsor was extremely disappointing, to say the least. I attempted to purchase a pair of Glitter Is All That Matters Platform Heels, which at the time were advertised under the name Chrome Block Heels. However, when my order arrived, I was shocked to find that I had received a completely different product - the actual Chrome Block Heels - which didn't resemble the shoes I had ordered in the slightest. The problem here was that there were no pictures of the Chrome Block Heels available on the website when I made my purchase, so it was clearly Windsor's mistake for falsely advertising.
Upon reaching out to their customer service team, I was met with zero assistance. The representative I spoke with completely shrugged off my issue, insisting that the shoes I received were the ones I had ordered - as if it were somehow my fault that they had been advertised incorrectly! Even after I'd explained the situation in full and made it clear that Windsor was at fault for their mistake, the representative failed to take my complaint seriously and simply stopped responding. This was incredibly unprofessional on their part and I was extremely disappointed in their lack of empathy towards me.
Ultimately, I ended up having to call the store myself just to receive any kind of help. However, their solution was far from satisfactory - all they could offer me was a free return for the shoes I never wanted in the first place. They still refused to take any responsibility for the situation and continued to pretend as though it was somehow my fault.
Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Windsor. It's a shame, because I had previously been a loyal customer of theirs, but this experience has changed my perspective entirely. I definitely won't be recommending them to anybody in the future, and I'm extremely hesitant to purchase from them again.
