Shefit doesn't fit the way it's supposed to fit, and it's very uncomfortable
Shefit doesn't fit the way it's supposed to fit, and it's very uncomfortable. It doesn't give me the support I need. When I workout with it, it's very uncomfortable. The strap on the shoulders comes off.
If you're from Canada, don't buy this product
If you're from Canada, don't buy this product. The shipping is already expensive, and when I got the package, the import fees were as much as the product. I called customer support, but they weren't helpful. I returned the product for a refund because of the high shipping fees, but they deducted $35 from the refund. In the end, I paid $35 for nothing but disappointment and a headache.

I ordered the ULTIMATE SPORTS BRA for my wife from SheFit on 8/24
I ordered the ULTIMATE SPORTS BRA for my wife from SheFit on 8/24. However, we never received the product, even though it was marked as delivered. SheFit's suggestion was to contact the courier, but they were not helpful. They also advised us to file a claim with Route, but it was deemed ineligible. We are disappointed that the company refuses to issue a refund or provide a replacement.
I bought a bra from Shefit and I want a full refund because there's a problem with it!
I bought a bra from Shefit and I want a full refund because there's a problem with it! It's not about the size, but the bra is starting to break in the back after only 2.5 months. I take good care of it and wash it properly. It's disappointing because I expected better quality, especially considering the price I paid.
I still haven't got my order, and neither has anyone around me
I still haven't got my order, and neither has anyone around me. The seller doesn't want to help me out in a suitable or timely manner. I ordered two sports bras on March 2, and they were sent right away. On March 5, the package was marked as delivered, but I didn't get it. I contacted the seller to confirm if the status was correct. They told me it was and that they couldn't do anything to fix it. They told me to contact a third party to make a complaint. Meanwhile, I don't have my stuff or my money.

The company messed up my address on the package
The company messed up my address on the package. They only included the name of the town, not the whole address. As a result, the package got sent back and is now lost. I asked for a refund, but they refused. It feels like they stole my money. I made sure to confirm the correct shipping address with the company through email, but they still didn't include it on the package. Now, it's lost because of their mistake. They won't give me a refund, and the shipping insurance company won't help either because it's an address problem. They took my money and aren't providing any product or support.
The bra is defektive and shoulder straps are streched out and wont fit in H configuration only in X - they wont do anything to correct it- In
The bra is defektive and shoulder straps are streched out and wont fit in H configuration only in X - they wont do anything to correct it- In September I purchased the first SHEFIT bra and followed instructions for fit, sizing, support etc. I reserached considering the price. Made the purchase and was very happy. I followed instructions for washing and the straps stretched out beyond the velcro space to hold the straps down. After a chat with customer service, they indicated nothing wrong with bra and wont do a thing to correct my issue. Bra's may not be a big deal, but when you drop $70.00 on a bra - you expect it to support your breasts and stay ON!
I got ripped off when I ordered a bra from Shefit
I got ripped off when I ordered a bra from Shefit. I didn't choose the shipping insurance because I couldn't afford the extra cost. When the status of my bra's shipping said it was delivered, I came home to find an open and empty mailbox. Shefit told me that since I didn't select the shipping insurance, they aren't responsible for any loss, damage, or stolen items. So now, I've paid $70 for a bra that is probably stolen, and all I got from Shefit was an apology. They still won't send me a new bra or give me a refund so I can buy from a different bra company that doesn't make me pay for shipping insurance.
Terrible experience!
Terrible experience! I bought two bras from Shefit and paid for their delivery insurance, which I thought was crazy at first, but it was only a few bucks, so why not. Then, like two weeks later, I get an email saying my package has arrived. I go to my door, look around my house, go to my mailbox, and there's nothing there. I contact the company, and they tell me it was shipped via USPS and that I need to go around and check with my neighbors and contact USPS to see what happened to the package. I might be a weird customer, but I don't think it's my job to make sure the stuff I bought gets to my door. That's what I pay shipping for, or I order enough to not have to pay shipping. They still haven't sent me the stuff I ordered. They haven't even made up for the stuff they haven't sent me yet.
Due to the pandemic, I couldn't return the product in time
Due to the pandemic, I couldn't return the product in time. They told me not to rush, but when it was finally safe for me (considering I'm at high risk), they refused to accept the return. They lied! I bought the product that Shefit sized me for, but when it arrived weeks later, it didn't fit. Unfortunately, this happened at the beginning of the pandemic, and since I live near the epicenter of Miami and have a high risk, I couldn't safely go to the UPS store to return it right away. I messaged them, and they said they understood the situation and would be lenient. However, the shipping label they sent me had a very short expiration date. By the time it was safe enough for me to return the item, the shipping label had already expired. They told me they wouldn't accept the return and left me out of luck. They blatantly lied to me, and now I'm stuck with an $80 bra that doesn't fit and can't be returned. This was really wrong and unprofessional of them. By the way, I live in a townhome with a community mailbox, so I couldn't give the package to the mail carrier since they don't come to my door. Plus, I work during the day and can't just wait around the community mailbox for them to show up.
This company charges customers $8.35 for "route shipping" insurance without asking
This company charges customers $8.35 for "route shipping" insurance without asking. On July 9, I ordered from Shefit online. I saw an $8.35 charge for "route shipping" in my cart. It's not for shipping, but for insurance. I removed the $8.35 charge, continued shopping, and checked out. But they still charged me for it. I contacted Shefit right away. They said the charge is automatic but can be removed if I don't want it. I told them I removed it, but they said they couldn't refund me because the order shipped. I told them they can do whatever they want, and they offered me an $8.35 store credit. Charging customers for something they didn't ask for or agree to is unethical. I'm worried that this company isn't taking responsibility and is trying to make me spend more money on their products.
I ordered $80 worth of sale merchandise from Shefit, but it hasn't been delivered
I ordered $80 worth of sale merchandise from Shefit, but it hasn't been delivered. Shefit is not willing to assist me. I placed my order on December 11th for two items on sale at half price. The delivery was marked as completed at 6:11 pm, but the package was not in the locked commercial mailboxes. It's impossible for someone to steal from these boxes. Shefit refuses to help me because I didn't purchase additional protection called Route. If Route is so good, Shefit should cover the "minimal" cost as part of their business expenses. Shefit just gives me patronizing suggestions like checking the front porch (there is no porch, it's an office) and asking my neighbors (most businesses are closed due to Covid, and I don't want to risk catching the virus by going door to door). Shefit doesn't care, and their "helpful" suggestion is for me to accept losing $80 and then repurchase their items in a different color (which are all unattractive) at a 30% discount. So, in the end, I would end up paying 1.25 times the original price to get the items on sale, but they wouldn't be the same ones. This company clearly doesn't value customer service because either they are accusing me of lying or they don't mind that I didn't receive my order. I would much rather have my merchandise than a refund. Any reputable company would support this. You shouldn't have to pay extra for "protection" just to receive your items. Do you know who else offered "insurance"? The ***.
I sent 2 emails to the company askin for a full refund for a returned item in perfect condition
I sent 2 emails to the company askin for a full refund for a returned item in perfect condition. They wouldn't give me the full amount they charged. I got the bra from this company, but it didn't fit right and was uncomfortable. I used the same package it came in (like they said) to send it back in perfect condition, and I did it within the 30-day time. They said my refund was done and they would send the money to my bank. But they gave me less money than what I paid. On their refund page, it said $69, but they only sent $62.11. They charged me $72.64 originally - lots of differences. I got screenshots of all 3 amounts. I sent them 2 emails with screenshots of my bank charge and the email they sent with the $62.11 refund. I sent the first email on 2/20, but they ignored it. The second one was on 2/21, and as of now (6:04 AM, 2/22), they still haven't answered. Their emails say they'll reply within 24 hours, but nobody has reached out at all. So, even though they got their item back with no damage, they still took money from me and didn't give me a good reason for the low refund. I attached a screenshot of my bank account showing the SheFit charges with other stuff blocked out.
Fraudulent return practices, when I returned a perfect mint product, they told me I would be charged a restocking fee for dirtying the clothes
Fraudulent return practices, when I returned a perfect mint product, they told me I would be charged a restocking fee for dirtying the clothes. Be careful of their return policy, I saw their Shark Tank product and thought it was a great company and product to invest in. I always have trouble finding the right sports bra for me. But after doing business with them, I found out that this company is a complete fraud and makes money from unhappy customers instead of trying to make them happy and come back for more purchases! After I got my bra and leggings, I quickly decided to return both items because they didn't fit well. Before trying them on, I read their return policy carefully and made sure to wear underwear and be fresh out of the shower. I only had them on for 30 seconds. The tags were still on when I put them in the bag to return them and sent them out a few days later. So I was really surprised when I got a message from their returns department saying that they determined I wasn't wearing any underwear when I tried on the leggings, and now they're charging me a $25 restocking fee. First of all, I'm a very clean person and a bit of a germaphobe, so I don't understand how I could have dirtied those pants with a completely clean body and fresh underwear in just 30 seconds. And the fit is terrible, plus the quality of the pants feels really cheap. There's no way they would have survived a tough workout, which is why I sent them back right away. It's really disappointing that a company would try to make money from an unhappy customer. I'll make sure to let everyone know about their fraudulent business practices!
