Today is the 29th the dresses haven't shipped and customer service has no explanation. I've reached out by phone and can't get anyone. I've reached out using their customer contact form and have received what seems to be generic responses because they all say the same thing. Don't waste your time or money. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. It's like they took my money with no intention to send the merchandise.

According to what they said my dress was sent via UPS, but when I contacted UPS they said that my package was sent via regular post. I contacted SimplyDresses and demanded my money back, but they refused and said that they used "fast shipping" and then they said that everything was UPS fault. Instead of 2-3 days I have been waiting for over a month! I will not buy from them again!

My dress was very small and tiny and there was no way I could ever wear it. There was also a broken zipper which was stuck.
I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they claimed that they were not able to refund me and offered a replacement. So I sent the defective dress back and was promised a replacement within two weeks. Waited patiently but nothing showed up and when I tried to reach someone from SimplyDresses they ignored me. What a scam! Avoid!
Bought a dress for my daughter for her 16th birthday after trying it on at home (it was shipped) size was off. We tried sending it back but they refused us a refund. Horrible customer service, and product sizes are way off so you getting something you will not be able to wear and you out of money.
