The girls that work at the Flatirons, colo store are Absolutely the best!
I just want to say a great big thank you to all of the girls at the Torrid in Flatirons mall, Colorado. My daughter and I brought in our transgender friend to find some clothes. All of the sales associates were incredible and nonjudgmental. They were all willing to help and advise our friend. We really appreciate your great professional service. Thanks for being so sweet and making us feel so very comfortable.

Excellent Experience!
Absolutely love Torrid. No issues with funds ever, yes they can be a bit slow with orders, but they are always traceable and I am a International client. Deals are amazing if you can catch them like haute cash and other online 1 day promos. Returns take some time as well, but everything has been credited back with 1-2 months (this could be because of my location). Quality and one of a kind designs. Especially for the girl with a little more ;)

Over the weekend I went to Topeka Kansas store in the mall. First time ever and the 3 ladies in this store was amazing help. I never shop for clothes for myself. I tried on 2 pair of jeans and omg they fit perfectly. I told the ladies I have never in my life found a pair of pants to fit and feel so great! These ladies made me feel comfortable. I don't live near by but when I can I will go back. I definitely will by on line. The clothes just feel amazing.
Fashion ready
Orders so don't bother paying the next day charge. Every single time my has failed to turn up next day. I have spent over ?400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. I only order because of Lorna Luxe once her contract ends I will be shopping elsewhere as the service and quality if we are being honest is not worth the price
Amazing!
I love them so much. My first time shopping there and I am so impressed. I've been looking for homecoming shoes for soooo long since I have wide and long feet. Then I found the shoes online, called, then went in to try on to make sure that they would work. They don't carry heels in store but the people working at the story were the nicest people and went to the back to check what have gotten returned. I was thinking to myself that the stars would have to align in order to have something that would work. They obviously did, because I wound up with the perfect shoes exactly what I was looking for and better yet they don't even sell them online anymore. This is now my favorite store and will be going back often.
Great shopping experience, love their stuff
I'm lucky enough to live near a store, so I have purchased online and in store. Bonus: free shipping if you pick it up at the store. Have purchased shirts, leggings, sweaters, dresses, and a jacket and have found the quality very good to excellent. Have returned things with no issues, including returning online purchase in store. There seems to always be some kind of sale going on, and I was pleased to find that the store let me apply my BOGO promotion discount to an online item when what I wanted wasn't in stock at the store---what a customer-friendly policy. I've also stacked coupons, which many companies don't allow. Only one minor complaint, which was that I got asked multiple times during my last store visit if I was sure I didn't want to add another item to my order to get the discount: not a fan of the hard sell. Love love love their pop culture items.

Torrid has a promotion going on that if you signed up for sms messages before 9/27 you would receive $100 in torrid cash. I signed up for sms messages emails and downloaded the app. I never received the $100. When I talked to customer service they said it was because I wasn't the right tier. I never saw anything saying you had to be a certain teir to receive the money, it was just a cheap trick to get a bunch of people to sign up to their messages. Very poor professionalism on their part. I will never shop there now. I don't trust them

Hello my name is Carla and I had over $1,700.00 charged to my Torrid account Unbeknowns to me. I have contacted them multiple times over a month. Requesting my proof of enrollment. And I cannot seem to get anybody to contact me back to tell me that I enrolled in account assure. I am so aggravated because I'm trying to pay off my torrid credit card. And in the meantime, I'm still being charged. My monthly payments and interest waiting on account assured to credit my account. I have been trying to pay off this account for over a month now. But account assure is holding me hostage with $1,700.00 worth of fees. I saw the percentage of un resolved issues and I'm not pleased. Multiple calls have been placed along with multiple escalations...Whatever that means have been filed and I still can't get anybody to call me back. If anybody has any further advice, please message me. It's disturbing and disgusting how they are doing business. Shame on them!

I was in Torrid at Northlake Mall in Charlotte NC. Aroumd 10:30 a.m. Dec 17th. She assisted the customer with going online to get the deal of the day and other discounts (on the store computer). And stood there an additional 10 minutes talking to her while myself and another customer waited to get a dressing room. No sense of urgency. However, when she approached me she stated she would look online for deal of the day for tights I was trying to purchase. I waited. I then asked of she found anything. Her exact words were, "Just pull out your phone and see what sales we have and thats how we'll do that. And ill match the price". I walked out because I noticed the white women were getting the associates undivided attention and above and beyond customer service. I felt overlooked and ostracized. I have been shopping with torrid for over 10 years. Ill never go back to this store. I was treated very poorly.

I received my torrid package on 11/19/22 and when i opened the package, the lounge pants i received have 2 holes in the side of them.

Purchasing with Gift Card
I placed two online orders with Torrid on 06/16/2022 using a Torrid Gift Card that had a balance of $40. Both ordered were cancelled due to their lack of keeping accurate track of their inventory. Order #1: DT0084610622. Order #2: DT0084610455. Pics attached.
Come 07/17/2022, I assumed since Torrid cancelled my orders, they would also return the money to the card. Nope.
After 5+ calls of being passed around Hot Topic & Torrid Customer Service, I asked for a Supervisor. 5 mins of waiting then I was hung up on.
Sixth call, I was able to speak to a Supervisor (Megan) who provided me with a $15 reward that expires in 45 days. Not another Gift Card, nor my unused balance.
Seventh call to Torrid Gift Card, [protected]. I find out my Gift Card is locked and unusable?!? Balance stolen.
Desired outcome: Unlock my Torrid Gift Card and return the $10.46 balance from 06/16/2022 or $40 refunded to me in cash.

I place an order for boots in January 2022, The boots were too big, I returned them right away. I received confirmation of my return on 2/2/2022. I was told the money was refunded to my gift card. Well I did not keep my gift card as I was not planning on needing it again. When I contacted customer service they said the would send an e card and it is now 5/22/22, and I still have not received my gift card. I have tried email, chat, customer service phone. NOBODY has been able to issue my gift card or credit back to me. This is $65 dollar gift that Torrid refuses to give me back.

Shipment never arrived
Order number DT0078851938 has nothing but a nightmare. Split shipment. Says it was tried to deliver to a business but it was supposed to go to a house. Then it says they are in the area. And now it says delivered and not the whole shipment came. This isn't the first time they have delivered there. Now it's impossible to get them on the phone or respond to emails. These are Christmas presents.

very poor service
Your Torrid store in cross creek mall, fayetteville n.c., gave my granddaughter and i the worst service I have ever had in a clothing store. The two girls in the store were no help at all. One ignored us, and the other gave bare minimal service. I bought clothes despite no help but would have purchased more if I had any help. I am the grandfather an know nothing about women clothes, and my granddaughter was unsure of your sizes as marked. I couldn't get my gift cards to work I was buying items online. So I called Torrid the girl told me that I can apply gift cards after the items have shipped to just call back once they do. So I called back only to be told there was nothing they could do, no one would help me. The manager wouldn't even speak to me. It was bad customer service, I have spent quite a bit of money at Torrid and now I'm rethinking ever buying from here again.
Desired outcome: That my gift cards be applied to the order I spent 300 and some on I have $150 in gift cards.

On August 31 I went to buy at the store and the saleswoman did not want to accept my coupons was very rude. The next day September 1 I returned to the store to change a pants because I did not realize it was defective and did not bring bags then the seller told me I could not change it for another different pants that I had to take another one of the same price and I told her that not because I did not want it I wanted the one that I chose so she would change it she became very rude that she could not do anything but I begged her, I would pay the difference in price but the saleswoman insisted that not me I would choose something of the same price and I told the saleswoman that I was going to call the customer service and the seller answered me that I would do what I wanted her to not change, that displeased me and I left very sad because How can a saleswoman behave very badly with customers? I placed an online order for $63.82 for 4 shirts. The next morning when I read my email confirmation of the order, it was the total was $79.92. I called into customer service and was told that they couldn't change the price. When I told them that they could suddenly charge more for my order, I had never agreed to pay $79.92, I only agreed to pay $63.82, I was told that they can change the price if they want. I said I wanted to cancel the order if they could not give me the original price that I agreed to pay and was told it couldn't be cancelled. Even after speaking to a "manager." I've been a customer for 15+ years, but they would rather lose a loyal customer than change my order back to the correct total.
unprofessional manager
I was browsing in the Melbourne FL mall location and was very disappointed on how a Manager was talking to an associate. I was across the room and what caught my attention was this obviously older women was yelling at a very young associate. I decided to move closer and the associate was stunned and never raised her voice. The older woman said "I'm not going to argue with you" and went into the back. I could not believe what she did because the associate never raised her voice. I made eye contact with another customer who was visually upset with the situation also. But what happen next is why I am filing a complaint. The older woman came from the back room with her purse and left! Just wrong. I then asked who the older woman was and I was told it was the Store Manager Crystal. Just wrong! The other customer set her items down and left. I decided to purchase my items from the young lady, i believe her name was Kelsey who was just as sweet as can be and never raised her voice. Even after her Manager treated her like crap she still had a smile on her face and was very nice and thanked me for shopping at Torrid. I will not shop at this Torrid if that Manager is working. She is a NOT a good Manager. She obviously lost another customer too since the lady left without purchasing her several items. POOR MANAGEMENT! Feel bad for the young ladies who work at this store!
refund for return items
It's been almost a month, april 4th, I bought items form a torrid in lexington ky. Turn right around and returned them, and the refund still hasn't showed up on my account! A month people?! Really! Customer service was useless, left me dealing with the store to sort it out! And still haven't heard back. 65 bucks in limbo with nothing to show for it! Not to meition the sass I got from the cashier when I returned the items because of a misleading sign and the girl not having a clue about there sale! I've been very polite and patient but it's getting ridiculous.

I am canadian and i travel to the USA a few times a year
I was in New Orleans on Feb 16th and purchased for over $250
Part of that purchase was 2 pairs of black jeggings
