Filly Flair Disappointing Sizing and No Cash Refunds: Proceed with Caution

So, I decided to give Filly Flair a try and placed an order. But let me tell you, it was a bit of a disappointment. The sizing of the item I received didn't match what they had described on their website. It was way off! So, naturally, I had to return it.

Now, here's where things got a little frustrating. Filly Flair only offers store credit for returns. No cash refunds, folks. And let me tell you, it took me ages to find another item that I thought was reasonably priced enough to use my store credit on. I mean, come on, I just wanted my money back!

But guess what? Lightning struck twice. The size description on the website for the second item I chose was completely off as well. Can you believe it? Now, I'm stuck with store credit that I don't even want to use anymore. I mean, what's the point if I can't trust their size descriptions?

Filly Flair Terrible Customer Service and Deducted Refund - Avoid Filly Flair!

So, I had this package, right? It was supposed to be delivered to me, but guess what? It got lost in transit! Can you believe it? I mean, come on, how does that even happen? Anyway, I had to wait for over a whole month just to get a refund from these guys at Filly Flair. And let me tell you, it wasn't a smooth ride.

When I finally got my refund, they had the audacity to deduct $40 from it! Can you believe that? Like, why should I be the one paying for their mistake? It's not my fault that my package went missing. So, I reached out to them and asked why they were charging me for something that wasn't even my fault. And you know what? They just stopped communicating with me! Can you imagine?

I've never had an experience like this before. It's just plain ridiculous. I mean, who treats their customers like that? Definitely not me, and definitely not Filly Flair. Let me tell you, I won't be buying from them ever again. I don't want to waste my precious time or hard-earned money on a company that doesn't value its customers.

So, my advice to you is to steer clear of Filly Flair. Trust me, you don't want to go through what I went through. Filly Flair Terrible Clothing and Mind-Boggling Shipping Time: My Disastrous Experience with Filly Flair

The clothing from Filly Flair is just awful, like seriously terrible. And let me tell you, the shipping time is absolutely mind-boggling. I mean, who in their right mind would wait that long? So, get this, I placed a few orders on March 10-12, 2021, and guess what? They didn't even bother to ship them out until March 17, 2021. Can you believe it? I sure couldn't.

Now, I tried reaching out to their customer service to address these problems, but let me tell you, it was a complete waste of time. They just kept giving me the runaround, like they didn't even care about my concerns. Well, let me tell you, that's not how you treat a customer. Not at all.

Needless to say, I won't be shopping with Filly Flair ever again. And you know what? I've made sure to warn all my family and friends about them too. I mean, why would I want them to go through the same terrible experience I did? It's only fair to let them know what they're getting into.

Oh, and get this, when I tried to upload more than one order to this review to prove that I've actually shopped with them, they only let me upload one. Can you believe that? I had four orders, but apparently, they don't want people to know the full extent of their incompetence.

So, yeah, save yourself the trouble and avoid Filly Flair like the plague. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

This business is seriously the worst. They're so rude when you finally manage to get in touch with someone. I sent back my returns along with my mom's to save on shipping costs. Guess what? My mom got her store credit, but I didn't. I kept messaging them, but all I got was a bunch of nonsense. Finally, when I did receive a real message, they had the audacity to ask me to prove that my package had actually arrived at their place because they couldn't find it. Can you believe it? And after reading other reviews, it turns out this is a common problem! Spare yourself the headache and check out other boutiques that actually organize their stuff by season, like Hello Color, MyEllement, or IKT. Trust me, their quality and customer service are way better!

Filly Flair Disappointing Quality and High Prices: A Review of Filly Flair's Clothing

The clothes at Filly Flair are like, not the best quality, you know? And they're like, way too expensive for what you get. At first, you think you're getting a good deal, but then when you actually get the clothes, you're like, "What the heck?" I mean, seriously, $29 for a shirt or leggings is not a small amount, but it's just too much for clothes that are like, falling apart or you can see right through them or they just don't fit right.

And let me tell you, their return policy is like, super strict. They want the tags still on, the invoice, and then they only give you store credit. Like, what am I supposed to do with store credit for cheap clothes that I don't even want? It's such a bummer, man.

I gotta tell you about these "leggings" I bought. They had like, zero stretch to them. I couldn't even move properly in them, it was ridiculous. And when I put my hand in them, they were completely see through. Like, I could see everything, and that's not cool. Plus, the stitching was all messed up, with threads hanging everywhere. It was a total disaster. And to top it all off, they were way too baggy at the ankles. I mean, come on, who wants baggy ankles? Not me, that's for sure.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend Filly Flair if you're looking for good quality clothes at a reasonable price. Save your money and shop somewhere else, my friend. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Their clothes are super cute and I really wanted to like and continue shopping with this boutique but I just can't take the gamble anymore. For the most part, all the stuff I've ordered from them has been in good condition. However, their stuff is thin and oversized. It's very hard to order from them when their sizes are constantly off. Plus, I have received a shirt with an uneven hemline and a tunic that started to unthread after only a few washes. I could overlook this if they had a good return policy, but you can't return anything that was on sale and I only buy on sale items. If it is a regular price item, they will only give you store credit and you're responsible for all shipping costs.

Filly Flair Frustrating Experience with Filly Flair: No Returns on Sale Items and Poor Customer Service

So, I recently had an experience with Filly Flair that left me feeling pretty frustrated. You see, I bought a bunch of stuff from them when they were having a 20% off sale. I was super excited to get my new clothes, but when they arrived, none of them fit me right. They were all way too big!

Naturally, I wanted to return the items and get store credit so I could try again with some different sizes. But guess what? Filly Flair wouldn't accept returns for items bought during a sale. Can you believe that? I mean, come on! It's not like I was trying to return something I got for free or anything.

To make matters worse, they told me that if I wanted the items sent back to me, I would have to pay for shipping all over again. Seriously, why would I want to pay for something that didn't even fit me in the first place? It just doesn't make any sense.

The only other option they gave me was to donate the clothes. Now, don't get me wrong, donating is a great thing to do, but it's not what I had in mind when I made my purchase. I wanted clothes that actually fit me and that I could wear with confidence.

And let's not even get started on their customer service. It was absolutely horrible. I tried reaching out to them to see if there was anything they could do, but they were unhelpful and unsympathetic. It's like they didn't even care about my concerns or the fact that I was a paying customer.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed with Filly Flair. There are so many other online boutiques out there that actually have good customer service and policies. I would have been totally fine with getting store credit and trying again, but now I won't ever shop here again. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where I know I'll be treated better.

Terrible Customer Service. All about money, nothing about you! Buy from someone who cares about your happiness!

Man, I've given way too much of my hard-earned cash to these money-hungry folks at Filly Flair! They charge you an arm and a leg for a product that's as cheap as chips. Every time we order something, we're left wondering if it'll even be the right color or size. They don't seem to have any sort of quality control in place. And if it turns out to be the wrong color or size, guess whose fault it is? Yup, you guessed it, the customer's fault! They make you return the item on your own dime and then expect you to pay for shipping the replacement. No refunds, just merchandise credit, even if the item arrives with a big ol' hole in it. And guess who has to foot the bill for all the shipping fees? That's right, you do!

I swear, there are so many online businesses out there that operate in this shady way. It's like they don't care about whether you're happy with the quality of the product you're buying. They're just after your money, plain and simple. So, my advice to you is to do your homework and steer clear of these types of sites. Find someone who actually gives a darn about your satisfaction and is willing to provide a decent product for your hard-earned dough.

Filly Flair Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with Filly Flair

So, I recently bought this dress from Filly Flair for a wedding, right? I was all excited to wear it and show off my style. But guess what? As soon as I put it on, one of the straps just snapped! Can you believe it? I had to grab my sewing kit and fix that strap myself. I mean, come on, shouldn't a dress be able to handle a little bit of movement without falling apart?

But wait, it gets even worse. After I managed to sew that strap back on, I put the dress on again, and guess what happened? Yup, you guessed it! The other strap decided to join the party and broke too! I was beyond frustrated at this point. I mean, seriously, what kind of quality is this? If the dress was made properly, both straps wouldn't have given up on me like that.

Naturally, I reached out to the store to complain about this whole ordeal. I mean, who wouldn't? I expected them to understand my frustration and offer a solution.
