when buying from Margaux.

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Margaux. I ordered a pair of shoes back in October, but when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I was pretty bummed, but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to return them and get the right size. Boy, was I wrong.

I reached out to Margaux via email, and they told me I had to pay to ship the shoes back to them myself. I thought that was kinda lame, but I figured it was just their policy or whatever. So I sent the shoes back, and waited for my refund.

And waited.

And waited.

It's now February, and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've sent multiple emails to Margaux, but they haven't responded to any of them. I'm starting to think I'm never gonna see that money again.

So yeah, I would definitely be careful if you're thinking about buying from Margaux. They might have some cute shoes, but if something goes wrong with your order, you could be in for a real headache.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Margaux. They seem to have a habit of not responding to customer emails when it's not convenient for them. The shoes I received were clearly used and stretched out. The leather was even cracking in some places! I was really disappointed and reached out to them with pictures, hoping for some sort of resolution. Unfortunately, it's been weeks and I still haven't heard back from them. It's frustrating to spend over $300 on shoes and not receive the quality or customer service you deserve.

I recently made a purchase from Margauxny.com during their "once a year" sale. I was excited to receive my new pair of shoes, but unfortunately, I never received them. I waited for two months and checked my emails for any updates, but there was nothing except for the confirmation of my order. I decided to reach out to their customer service through the chat feature on their website. The agent informed me that the shoes I ordered were on "preorder" and that there should have been a message about it during the checkout process. However, I did not see any message, and I believe that the company is covering up their inventory and fulfillment problems with this excuse.

To make matters worse, I had to ask for expedited shipping when my item finally comes back in stock. The agent granted it, but I should not have had to ask. If I do get my order when she says I will, that will be almost 12 weeks fulfillment time. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this company again.

UPDATE: I am extremely disappointed with the dishonesty and incompetence of this company. A few days after my chat with customer service, I received an email from Margauxny.com informing me that it would be ANOTHER 10-12 weeks before they can send the shoes that I already paid for. This means that it would take six months to fulfill my order. I demanded a refund since they have been holding my money for almost 12 weeks already. This company is a scam, and I advise everyone to avoid it at all costs. The email they sent me was full of fake-friendly language and apologies, but the fact remains that they are holding my money for six months. This is unacceptable, and they are nothing but thieves!
