Horrible experience
They take longer than the estimated delivery time. Their clothes fit oddly and the sizes arnt accurate. They only give refunds in the form of store credit, which they make almost impossible to use. Instead theyll just take more money. Customer service only responds after a few days even just for a forgotten password it took them days to respond. Avoid using them they run like a giant scam.

Their sizing guide worked absolutely perfectly for me, and the leggings are so incredibly flattering. The quality of these leggings and sports bras is INSANE! These are by far the best quality leggings I own, putting the thrill of them being the Sarah's Day collaboration aside. Their stock must have increased, because I can still shop the site and most of the pieces are not sold out. Also, I got an email that said my package shipped, and it was the SAME DAY that I ordered my leggings! I did order express shipping, and within 3 days my package arrived from DHL. I've already made another order... and I might order some more.

I had ordered some clothes that I was planning on wearing to the Taylor Swift concert but didn't double check my shipping option before I paid. I quickly emailed their customer service to see if they could help me and Melissa was able to change it and my clothes are expected in the next couple of days with more than enough time before the concert! I am just so grateful she is such a lifesaver and so sweet. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her. I have never ordered from this company before so they didn't owe me anything but now I have so much respect for them and will definitely choose to shop there first from now on!

I love White Fox Boutique's bikini selection. Their bikinis are wonderful quality and great material!
I purchased the cocoanut clinks bikini top and matching summer breeze bottoms in shiny olive green, their white sand bikini top and matching ocean views bottom in rose et rouge print, and hot tropics bikini top and matching hit the pool bottom in zebra jacquard.
I loved all three of them! Picture perfect as shown on their website. Overall one of my most favorite purchases I have made for bikinis in a very long time. I would suggest getting the size that fits you. I am a small and ordered a small in both top and bottom for all three bikinis and they fit perfectly!

This is my second order my daughter was travelling in OZ in January 2020.As a 22 year old she absolutely loved the clothes. So as a treat I ordered a sweatshirt and her boyfriend also order Xmas gifts from the website. From placing the order to receiving the parcel was so efficient. I waited longer for some orders just coming from the UK! I think how you promote the brand and logos on the items are amazing. I really enjoy shopping at White Fox, especially when they have the deals and promos going on! The clothes are super cute and trendy, and mostly reasonably priced for the quality. One thing I wish they would update is having size availability and price information in the "my wishlist" section as well. This would make it more easier to navigate through clothes I already love to find what is on sale and available since last time I was on the site. I would also welcome a bit more diversity in the bodies of the models they have in the clothes or at least having a spot to read reviews and look at pictures of other buyers in their clothes so that I can get a better idea of if an item would fit or what size I should get. This would be especially helpful since it's so difficult and expensive to return an item to Australia from the US (where I am).
Amazing quality!
I moved recently and the shipping company lost/or someone stole my 100 lb box worth of all the clothes I ever owned! Quite devastating. Because of covid I decided to try White Fox Boutique online ( despite the fact that it's in Australia and I'm ordering from the United States) because -wow- the clothes looked incredibly cute. When I got my first order I was not disappointed! The clothes are a little more pricey but everything is A+ quality! There are no loose threads, the material of the clothing is thick, it's not see through, the clothes look like exactly like what you see in the picture! Loved everything about the style. Loved it so much that I have a new go to for my new wardrobe.The only thing I would suggest is if you are a xs to s and have a larger chest? I would suggest you to get the small in tight fitting tops. I am 5'2" and I fluctuate from 100-105 lbs. If you want unique, cute, basic/lounge, and hot styles *worth the pricethen White Fox boutique is where you need to shop!
PERFECT BIKINIS!
I ordered 2 of their bikinis after falling in love with them on Instagram! I have to admit I became a little nervous because I didn't read reviews prior to ordering and then thought to look them up after, and I was honestly very surprised to see such low ratings! That made me very nervous about spending over $100 on 2 bathing suits, and the shipping took almost 2 weeks to the USA so my concern was growing! But OMG, I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY BIKINIS I actually could not BE any happier. They are PERFECT in size and in color. And I don't know if they read my mind or if I'm just really lucky, but the top in the shade "neon coral" I REALLY wanted was out of stock in my size, so I opted for a different one that was still super cute but not my #1 choice, and I ended up receiving the one I wanted originally! So I have to say I am sooooo super happy. 11/10 stars! And omg, the colors are even better in person (which is hard to believe because they look so pretty on the website) I ordered the neon coral and electric blue. I want one in every color! I have been trying to "get approved" for a return since December/23 and still no response. I will never purchase from this company again. I ordered an xsmall-small pull over hoodie and recieved a L-xL zip up. I have the receipt that definitely shows my original order and still no response.

I adore White Fox because their clothes are stylish and versatile. The clothing is of excellent quality and is cosy to wear. I adore how they stay current and constantly have something I want to purchase. White Fox always has fantastic deals. I eagerly await the arrival of every item I purchase so I can put it on. I received outstanding customer service from White Fox when I had a query regarding my order. My favourite item of clothes in my closet is a White Fox jumper and tracksuit, which I adore wearing.

I love Whitefox as everything always fits true to size and the fact that my orders always come promptly. I've never had any problems with my items being delayed and the clothing is always packaged cutely and is great quality. I do wish, however, that their return policy was a bit more extensive--it keeps me from ordering things that are more out of my comfort zone, thus keeping me from ordering more period.
But other than that I've never really felt the need to return anything that I have purchased from them!
Absolutely amazing
Placed my first order a week ago and got my clothes within 4 days, had absolutely no issues with shipping, I purchased a jumper and tracksuit pants and when I say I've been wearing the jumper for 3 days it's been 3 days the material is so soft and comfy to the point I went back online and brought more! I struggle with buying clothing and it fits me perfectly, even been wearing the jumper in the heat and haven't broken a sweat, it's lightweight but keeps me warm at the same time. Absolutely amazing quality! Will be ordering more again!
Good experience
I purchased some of the Sarah's day activewear and when I got to the point on deciding on shipping there was a warning that if you were purchasing that please allow extra time for delivery which I thought was really good that they let you know! During the purchasing stage, there were quick add buttons which were really helpful. I'm not sure if they're new or not but I've never noticed them before but definitely an asset to have on the site. Overall I had a good experience shopping with White Fox Boutique and would recommend to anyone of my friends/family.

Okay, where do I start?
I might start with the fact that I am a serial white fox buyer and have literally spent $500+ in the last 3 weeks alone online at white fox. Any trend, any style, they literally have it. The quality is incredible, the pieces are reasonably priced considering the longevity of the wear. The shipping is so fast and they do free express over $50 which is a massive win. AFTERPAY is my life, and guess what, they have that too. The customer service team are super helpful and the business is located in AUS. If I haven't sold you yet, have a look, buy something, you'll be addicted too.
Comfiest and affordable
White fox is a place you need to shop. Reasons because they have the comfiest/trendiest clothes, have a fantastic size guide, an easy to access return system and an understandable/fair return policy. I have bought 3 jumpers myself and for 2 of them I used the size guide and one of them I didn't, so for the one that didn't fit I simply submitted a return statement and easily got store credit once I followed the return policy the next time I used the size guide and now it fits so the clothing is accurate to size. I am wearing the volume 3 hoodie right now and it is the comfiest jumper I own and pretty much wear it every day. So overall whitefox is a trendy/comfy clothing brand that will fill your desires and wants for whatever that may be, loungewear, party, casual, business/professional where both Women and Men can shop.

I could truly rave about this Brand till I was blue in the face! I have come across a couple of pretty $#*!ty reviews and honestly wonder what the complainer is doing wrong on their part to be honest haha (impatient, just having a tantrum?).
The quality of WFB clothing is incredible, I honestly cannot fault it, worth every cent so when they have a Sale it truly is a Bargain.
Out of all my orders I've had one issue with a top which would have been from the manufacturer (it's not a perfect world, $#*! happens), I contacted WFB via the website and the Team Member was absolutely amazing, super helpful, lovely & quick with replies, I was sent a shipping label to return the faulty item and the next day had a replacement on the way, unfortunately the wrong colour was sent so I contacted lovely Maddy again and I was sent another shipping label, incredibly I received the correct colour in my PO Box the very next day! Their customer service is 2nd to none in my opinion, brilliant clothes, brilliant staff, keep up the amazing work Team

Terrible customer service emailed them a week ago no response and they say don’t email again because it will make your email response take longer. Oh you want the live chat function? It says we will be with you in 3 hours.
Ordered my items on Black Friday and still hasn’t shipped 1 weeks later and it said their shipping time is 10-20 days, so there goes 2 Christmas presents, oh but wait they give you the option to cancel your order….and just get store credit.
With a company that has this many sales and there is no way to contact them.
Would never recommend them and never buy from them again what a waste.

Shady Policies and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with White Fox
So, let me tell you about my experience with White Fox. I wanted to do a review, so I decided to buy a couple of items. However, I realized that I accidentally double-purchased an order because of a system error and shipping differences. I was panicking, but I immediately reached out to them via email and chat. The problem was that customer service was nowhere to be found! I mean, even though it was during their workday (9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday AEST), I got no response in the chat. I waited for an hour, but still, nothing.
Frustrated, I took matters into my own hands and decided to read their policy. And guess what I found out? They have this strange policy that even if you ask for a refund or cancellation, they will only give you store credit. How frustrating is that? And to add more salt to the wound, they won't even guarantee that they can cancel an order, even if you ask them to do it immediately after placing it. Why? Because it takes them two days to revert!
Seriously, this is a level of shadiness that I did not expect from this company. In my opinion, even Shein is better. Frankly, I wouldn't shop here again unless they refund me or resolve the issue with proper understanding. I would advise you not to waste your time with this shop, especially since the quality of the clothing is not worth it.
Horrible Customer Service: Jumpsuit Lost in Transit & White Fox Apparel is Unresponsive
This company is ridiculous, I swear. I ordered a jumpsuit over a month ago and according to the tracking info, it's supposed to have been delivered to me already. But guess what? It never arrived! I've been trying to sort things out with my office's mailing department to figure out where it went, but no luck so far. I was supposed to receive it through DHL, then transferred to USPS because it's coming from Auckland to the US. But the tracking number linked to the package says it went from New York to Connecticut, then to Arizona, to Georgia and BACK to Arizona because it was "dead mail". Seriously, what does that even mean?
I contacted White Fox hoping to get the actual USPS tracking number, and boy did they mess it up. They gave me a tracking number thinking it was mine, but it wasn't! They then gave me another number that showed it was returned back to Auckland. Woohoo, what a great service!
I'm getting fed up with this lack of customer service. I have emailed them several times telling them to look at the actual tracking information so that they can resolve this issue. But they don't seem to care. If they don't provide me with the jumpsuit or a refund, I'm going to lose my mind. It's not fair for me to pay for something I never received. It's like they're just taking people's money and running away with it. I'm so sick of this.

Never Again
I have been into Aussie fashion as of late. Princess Polly and Show Po are my favourite places to shop. I decided to give White Fox a chance based on YouTube videos. They only had a few things that I actually liked. Most of their items are not my style. Clothes are really short and very unwearable aside from their sets. They're pretty much to take pictures in for the gram but not to walk around in unless u want ur whole $#*! to be out. Purchased 3 items and selected After pay however they charged my card for the total? Fine. The items came quickly however I had to pay customs for it to be delivered. I believe it was 30 cad. Fine. Receive the clothes and was highly disappointed. For the price the material and quality is thin and very light. I usually don't mind this but i do if I paid 80 for a dress.
One of the top was huge for a size small and defective. Was not made properly at all. The dress and the skirt were incredibly short. So I decided to return it all. All of the items were a big NO. And normally I have good luck when shopping online. It's pretty rare for me to return clothes... so that's really how bad it was.
To top it all off. The company does not do refunds. Ridiculous. They only provide store credits. Fine. So I really considered donating to horrible clothes especially when it costed me 77 dollars to ship it back! Keep in mind the credit doesn't include shipping fees you paid to receive the item, custom charges, or return fees. So now I'll have to purchase another item with their store credit and pay another 30 dollars for customs to have it shipped to me. All in all I would not recommend and will never ever shop from white fox again. I highly recommend Princess Polly, Showpo and even Shein over white fox. Showpo has better prices and even better quality. Why charge 80 dollars for poorly made clothing. Don't do it!

I have not been refunded for the return which was delivered already. After reading this board it seems to be a common issue. I love the products from this website, but it is not ideal for a law student (or anyone) if they are not timely with the refund. I am seeking the refund that I still haven’t received. I would love to keep using this boutique and am satisfied with the products I have kept. The return was a gift and I already put our more money for an exchange. Please refund me. Thank you.

On the 24th of November 2023, I placed an order with White Fox. I ordered three hoodies and three tracksuit bottoms as part of sets. I also ordered an extra Hoodie. This extra Hoodie, which was a present for my niece at Christmas, never arrived in the package. I instantly emailed white fox to explain this and initially got an email back saying my email was in a queue and to give more information, which I did. After this I never received another email. I have emailed countless times chasing this up and even emailed from my work email address to try and get a response. I’ve never ever had a response, and now my niece is let down without her Christmas present and we have paid for a Hoodie that has never arrived. I’m disgusted in the fact that they seem to just be ignoring every email I send complaining about this.

I requested a return on 11/26, packed my items and took them to the USPS on December 1st. My items were received by White Fox on December 4th at 3:31 p.m. I’m waiting for the store credit to post as I’m giving that to my daughter since the clothes returned were for her. She is now leaving back to school and is not able to buy clothes as she is waiting for a store credit of $129.54. I've reached out to the info email and also thru the chat link and no response. As of next Thursday it is now 30 days that they have not issued a store credit.

I ordered a hoodie which was too big. You do not get a refund only store credit. It took over a month to be credited despite emailing only a generic response was given.
It has taken so long to process the credit they now have no hoodies left.. So I cannot get a hoodie as I only have credit no refund and they do not have any stock or any idea if or when they will get stock.
I cannot buy elsewhere as they have my money and won't refund.

I returned a OFFSTAGE HOODIE GLACIER GREY - S/M which was way too big for my daughter, I sent it back straight away and it reached white fox on the 13th of November and was marked as delivered by royal mail. since then I have awaited my store credit to be given to me however I have had nothing. I wanted to re-order the smaller size for my daughter for Xmas and I have emailed numerous times and had zero responses. I really don't want to re-order and pay again if I have got the store credit pending but as we are getting closer to Xmas there is no way she will receive this in time. Their website clearly states credits should reach you within 4 days after receiving returns. I am highly disappointed by this and are really annoyed that I cannot get this for my daughter in time plus I am now out of pocket.

I returned a dress in perfect condition as it did not fit, it reached white fox on the 15th of November and was marked as delivered by royal mail. since then I have awaited my store credit to be given to me however I have had absolutely nothing. I have emailed numerous times and had zero responses other than a sorry for the delay. we are now 17 days past them reicieving my return and still nothing, when there website clearly states credits should reach u within 4 days after recieveing returns. I am highly disappointed by this and will continue emailing along with my mother's emails to get my credit as I am now out of pocket. I had heard white fox to be a good company and will now not be buying from them again.

I have sent numerous emails to this company re an order and getting a refund. The order was placed in error and due to them not having a phone number, the only way to cancel was to email, which was sent immefiately. My mother has also emailed and had no response.

I emailed white fox over a month ago and 2 weeks ago and no response. I am trying to return 2 items that were sent out in the wrong size. I completed a guest check out and never received an order confirmation email. Website says return within 30 days but it took 2 weeks or more to get delivered. I cannot return the items without an order number.
Website just days high email traffic and if you send a second one the response will be delayed. How poor!
You cannot ask for the correct size just get a credit note.

I returned my package back in August and still have not received my refund. Everytime I email [protected]@whitefoxboutique.com, they send me an automated message stating they will get back to me and never do.
They sent me tracking information on 9/4 showing my return item delivered back to Retailer. It is now OCT 18 and still have not received my refund. When I try to email White Fox, it says email is now undeliverable- not sure if they are blocking my messages. My emails date back as early as 7/30/23. Do not trust this store! There is no phone number.

Ordered 2 jumpers from this company nearly a month ago and still not recieved. Sent many emails now and do not even get a response . It has now been stuck at United Kingdom airport since the 3rd of October. Not even an email to explain issues with delivery . I ordered these 6th September. Will never use again. This happened about a week ago September 22, 2023. I ordered a dress for my birthday and the dress I received looked literally nothing like the dress online it is hideous and the measurements posted on the website are completely inaccurate, the dress does not fit at all and it looks completely different than the pictures. White fox doesn’t offer me a refund because the product is not “defective “. But I am completely unsatisfied and disgusted with how ugly this dress is and I want my refund.

I placed an online order with White Fox Boutique AU for £112 on 27th August 2023, payment was immediately taken and a confirmation email sent to me.
I also received an email from AUS post on 4th September 2023 to say my delivery was on its way together with a tracking number.
Since then I have tracked my order on a daily basis and it hasn’t moved from Sydney, Australia. I have tried on many occasions to email White Fox Boutique for an update but the only communication I receive is a regurgitated automated response saying “we will get back to you soon” but I haven’t heard anything more and it is now 23rd September. I have also attempted to post messages on their Facebook page to incite a response to no avail plus I’ve tried using their online chat tool and received no response.
Desired outcome: White Fox Boutique to immediately fulfill my order or an immediate full refund

NEVER ORDER HERE. I purchased a large order ($500) to the U.S on Aug 26th that was said to be "delivered" by DHL. I waited a day after the notification as they released it when I did not authorize but it was still not delivered! I reached out the White Fox and DHL, White fox has taken over a week to respond both through email and social media. My order was not there when I was home. No driver was on camera. What does this conclusion even mean? I did not update my address or provide DHL with the authority so. It is ridiculous as I KNOW DHL and Fedex drivers have not delivered packages before. This was a lot of money for me and I needed these items for school tailgates. I'm super frustrated and with the HUNDREDS of other comments asking them to do the same thing. It’s almost 1 months and no updates

Taking two payments for same stuff
On Tuesday 21st uk time at 11.30pm I placed an order with the company. It said that payment had been declined . I gave it a moment and then ordered again and then it went through. Next day I realise I’ve received 2 x confirmation emails minutes a part and have 2 charges pending. I email straight away, also use the app to say I want to amend my order. No one gets back to me . I try Instagram to also stop 2 lots of same stuff being posted to me . No one gets back in time and 3 days later items are dispatched . They then get back to me and say I need to return one lot of items even though I’m in the uk and will be even more out of pocket and won’t accept this is their error and they’re website declined payment but took it ! And they also didn’t act quickly enough on urgent emails to stop them posting

Disappointing customer service and delayed store credit from White Fox website
I recently made a purchase from the White Fox website, ordering a pair of tracksuit pants and a jumper. As I was a new customer, I paid close attention to the size guide. However, upon delivery, I found that the items were way too big, so much so that I couldn't wear them at all. As a frustrated customer, I wrote to White Fox and requested a refund or an exchange free of charge. Unfortunately, despite sending a string of emails, I only received one reply, which advised me to stop emailing because it would push me back in the queue. This was really disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth.
I had a holiday coming up, so I decided to return the items and planned to re-order once the store credit had been credited to my account. The company received my returned delivery on the 6th, so I expected to see the store credit soon after. However, I'm really unhappy to report that, as of today (14th), I still haven't received my store credit, nor have I had any response to my previous emails. Frankly, I'm furious with White Fox - their customer service has been disgusting and completely unprofessional. I will now try to retrieve my funds with more emails because I'm not interested in buying anything from White Fox again, especially not with store credit.
