Canada is not a random country that unfortunately has an import tax that is out of your control - You specifically cater to Canadian customers while concealing the fact that there is an import tax on your goods shipped to Canada. You conceal the fact that the parcel is shipped from Australia - your website title says 'White Fox Boutique US', which is plain false as the storefront is not based in the US in any way. You coerce people into accepting the import taxes by refusing refunds when the parcel is already en route, which means that the first time the customer is notified of there being an import tax (by the shipping company), it's already too late to cancel the order.
