I placed an order on Dec 17th for my daughter. Due to a sizing issue, this was returned to White Fox using their returns process, and I had confirmation that it was received on January 8th (RMA Number: 2310212) - this was well within the Christmas returns window as stated on their website. Since then I have heard nothing. No response to emails sent on 17th and 27th January. Facebook page has many complaints of ignored returns - this is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: full refund for my paypal payment - I am not wanting a credit note, as I have lost all faith in this country

Please white fox i am getting so desperate after sending at least 8 emails i have even tried contacting you on [protected] which i believe is now dis connected.
On 11 March 2025 i placed an order and below it stated to add the below code to receive a 40% discount which i did BUT within seconds you took the full amount from my account. within minutes i contacted you regarding this matter and here I am now the 19 march 2025 after 9 emails still with no response.WHY this was to be a gift for my grand daughter who is about to undergo hospital treatment. I have gone into request a refund but it states I HAVE to pay $10 extra postage for an error i did not make? I struggle with money and have saved hard for a gift. All i want White Fox is to either get a refund or at least give me the discount that was promised in your advertising 40% of SALE my order number is AUS5024117 PLEASE HELP ME
