I have emailed (the only way to reach them) repeatedly with no answers. They confirmed my order#usa3455354 on Dec 1, 2024 and charged my card. They said it would ship in 5 to 9 business days. It shows "preparing your order" for the last 11 days. This is a big part of my 15 year old's Christmas. I want to hear from someone about whether or not this order is coming BEFORE Christmas. I emailed them on Dec 8th with no response from them. And, I've emailed them today with no response from them. Please help!

It is outrageous that White Fox Boutique is lacking in communication and you please needless to say this is during holiday season, if they still do not respond just cancel the charge with the credit card company however this might take time to get your money back. In the meantime, think about looking for a different gift for your daughter elsewhere, so that her Christmas is not ruined. Do not sit there waiting for them to remedy their bad services, protect yourself and the items you have purchased deal with the issues now.
I am having the same problem with White Fox, they don’t respond to emails no other way to contact them. It’s a nightmare because it’s my granddaughter’s Christmas presents. I am contacting PayPal to dispute the charge. I have ordered other gifts for my granddaughter however I am really upset with this company.
I am also having the same issue with White Fox. This is ridiculous that they are not responding to email inquiries about our orders since that is the only way to contact them. This is also a Christmas present for my niece. I ordered my items on Black Friday and it was indicated that it would take 5 - 9 days for shipping. I have gotten no further communications from them and have tried to email them twice, but they have charged my credit card.
