I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Just My Size. I ordered a bra from them almost a month ago, and I still ain't got it. I mean, come on now, that's a long time to wait for just one item. And to make matters worse, it's been a real struggle to get in touch with their customer service. I've been trying to call 'em for days, but it seems like they're always busy or something.
And don't even get me started on the lack of communication. I ain't received a single email from them letting me know what's going on with my order. It's like they don't even care that I spent my hard-earned money on their product.

Disappointing Blouses from Just My Size: A Review
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the blouses I got from Just My Size. I'm not sure if they even knew these daisy-printed blouses were being advertised on their website, or if some company in China just straight-up stole their website to sell their own stuff. Either way, the blouses I got were not up to par. The fabric was rough and see-through, and the workmanship was shoddy - there were long strings hanging off of them.
Now, I've always been a fan of Just My Size. I've owned and worn their products for years, and I've always been proud to do so. But these blouses were just not good. I don't think Just My Size realizes how bad they are, and they need to do something about it. If their website was pirated, they need to crack down on that company. And if they're doing business with that company, they need to seriously reconsider.

I done went and ordered some clothes for my momma on Just My Size website. But when I got the package, some of the items didn't fit right. So I had to send them back using USPS, which cost me extra money. But now it's almost March and I still ain't got my refund yet! I done talked to a bunch of people in customer service and they acted like it was no big deal. Like, what kind of customer service is that? They got my return on January 25th and it's been a whole month since then. If I could give them a negative zero rating, I would! That's how bad they done messed up. I could maybe understand if they was nicer about it, but they ain't even concerned. I ain't never buying from them again, not online or in the store. Once my order finally shipped, it bounced around North Carolina for four days before making its way to Georgia, where it sat for another four days. I contacted DHL to see if they could help me track down my package, but they told me to contact Just My Size instead. When I reached out to JMS, it took me nearly an hour to get through to customer service the first time, and over 30 minutes the second time.
To make matters worse, there were no return labels or instructions included with my order. I was so disappointed with the quality of the items I received that I decided to donate them instead of going through the hassle of trying to return them. It's a shame, because I used to order from Just My Size all the time and the quality was so much better just a few years ago.
Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Just My Size. The shipping and customer service were both terrible, and the quality of the items was not up to par. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I've been a fan of JMS pants for years, and I used to buy them at Walmart. They were my go-to pants, and I loved them! But the last time I went to Walmart, they didn't have them anymore. So, I went online to find them. I found what looked like the same pants, and I ordered them in the same size and colors that I liked.
When I got the pants, I was disappointed. They didn't fit right, and they didn't look the same as my old pants. I called Customer Service to find out where I could find the old style number, which I got off the tag of my old pants. The Customer Service representative told me that the style I bought was the replacement for the old one, and that I could only order them online.
I was frustrated because the new style didn't fit well. The waist was different, and the fabric was different. I had to order a size larger than I used to, and even then, the pants fell down. I'm short, and the length of the petite size seemed longer than before. I was really disappointed with the "improved" version of the pants.
Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with JMS. I miss my old pants, and I wish they were still available at Walmart. The new style just doesn't work for me. If an actual representative of the company cannot manage to get an order out accurately, if the inventory system is THAT bad, then forget it.
The quality of JMS clothing has also gone downhill. I used to be happy with the quality, but that is no longer the case. The last jackets I ordered were so flimsy that I wondered if they could even properly be called jackets. I'm not sure what happened, but it's clear that the quality has deteriorated.
