I ordered an e-gift card for my granddaughter for Christmas. The order was confirmed on Dec. 11th and the money taken from my bank account on Dec 12th. Here it is, Dec 24th and I haven't received the e-card yet. I've tried to email them to see what is going on and there is no response. I'm considering calling my bank and report the company as a scam and a fraud.
