On September 6th 2023, I placed an order for 6 items on the white fox website - 3 pairs of sweatsuits (ORDER #USA1415593). I received the package fairly quickly on Tuesday, September 12th, and requested a shipping label for the return shortly after. On Wednesday, September 20th I went into the United Postal Service Office and sent the package containing all 6 items back as requested when doing a return. According to the tracking on that order, it was received by the White Fox Facility on Friday, September 22nd.
When processing the information for the return on the white fox website, I was told that I would be receiving store Credit for the entire order value which was 280 dollars once the package was received. I understand that there are delays and many returns are delivered regularly, so it might take some time, BUT it has been exactly 3 weeks since I sent it back and approximately 19 days since White Fox received the returned order.
I have reached out to their customer service Email service multiple times and have heard absolutely nothing on their end regarding my store credit/refund. I even directly messaged them on Instagram 3 days ago on October 8th and have still received no response. I am highly disappointed with the quality of their customer service and do not see myself shopping with them in the future. What is more important on the other hand is that I receive some sort of compensation or credit.

Hi I am going through this exact same thing. I’ve been trying to revive my refund for 1 item since July. They are not responding to my emails. Not sure if they accidentally sent me the tracking information but I have proof my item was returned and deliver on Sept 4. It is now Oct 18 and still nothing! I definetly won’t be shopping here again due to poor customer service and hope others are aware of this headache!
Apparently this is happening to a lot of people and it is extremely frustrating, I’m being told to wait and see if they will respond to my emails, but I am trying to dispute the charge. I’m have filed already one dispute and they actually responded there but all they said is that they have confirmation that I have received my order even though that is what my issue is about. I just wish that they would answer my emails so that this could be resolved. I have even gone to the extent of commenting under 10+ of their videos on tik tok to get their attention, along with DMing them on Instagram… I am not giving up! My order was for six items and was a couple hundred dollars, with that being said I refuse to let them get away with this! I just know that moving forward I will never purchase through them again.
