lol surprise dolls
I ordered two packs of surprise dolls from your company. My daughters opened them this morning for Easter... much to my surprise the dolls are all fake. With the same clothes for everyone, same shoes, same water bottles. I would like to know what you want done, I want a full refund! I have two crying children because their Easter gifts suck! These gifts are not cheap, and paying that price there is no way they should be fake! I can't belive that I spent that much money on something like this! I don't want to have to take further steps and I would like this resolved as fast as possible. I will not be paying any money to send anything back, I've already wasted enough! Not to mention two kids that don't even have Easter presents! How sad... not a great first order from your company!

I order two jackets on Febuary 24th...It said 9-15 business days which I understand but it is now March 20th and my order has been shipped. It should be here by now..I would either like a refund or even better the product I bought. Terrible customer service...If I don't get either should be sued especially since I'm not the only one that has had horrible service

I ordered a dress from your site on the 1st of March and I have never received it. Yodel say it was delivered on the 9th but this is not the case. When contacted they said they would arrange another delivery but this has not happened. I would like to arrange a full refund please as this dress was for an event that has now passed.

returning damaged items
I received a snapped headband and a dress which had loads of snags. I requested a full refund for the damage on both items but they have said they will only refund me a third of the order total despite both items being unusable. This is as far as I have got with 8 rounds of emails! It's exhausting and I still havent received the part refund yet!
By the looks of the all the reviews so many people have been stung. Why is nobody doing anything about it they are crooks.

I went and bought a dress for my first time off this website only to find out it's shipping from China and in my email the tracking device is showing that they attempted to deliver in Romulus Mi even though I live a hour and a half away from there and NEED this dress by tomorrow! This is why I paid for the faster shipping option! I am very unhappy at what I am seeing!

white arizona solid fashion beach
I received these today in the mail. They are supposed to be arizona birkenstock sandals. There is no place it states they are genuine arizona birkenstocks on the sandal. Birkenstock is always on the insole. I have had many of these and this pair is not genuine. I want my money back. I used paypal and can file a complaint if necessary. Very deceiving.

I ordered the above items to be delivered to 91 Mulberry Close, Paignton, Devon, TQ3 3GB, UK on 5th February 2018 order ID ODR69726GL631432N.
These items have not arrived as stated and therefore this is a breech of contract.
I note the items have been dispatched according to your website and as I no longer will require the items when they do arrive you may offer a partial refund on return which I must pay myself as opposed to a full refund. This is in breech of contract.
Please provide a returns address and assurance as the package will not be opened to ensure returned as sent of a full refund due to breech of delivery promise. You cannot state it is others fault if delivery dates not adhered to, this is your responsibility for stating delivery will be within a set period, you are obliged to consider other factors when making such statements.

I ordered from DressLink, a dress and some accessories especially for a party coming up next weekend.
When I ordered from the website I checked and make sure that the delivery will arrive before time.
I'm very disappointed with the service and I was also very disappointed and surprised that there is no customer service contact at all.

I purchased a dress online in January 2018 my cc was charged on the 14th. The reply was 7 - 10 day arrival. Never came. Very disappointed I needed it this week. I'd like to have my card credited back this is extremely upsetting dishonest and poor business. I believed I was on a nice women's site for dresses apparently i was wrong and take. Advantage of. Such a scheme. It was only $30.00 but it's the principle. Of making a website and representing itself in a negative way.
