Ordered on November 19 . . . website did not state there would be a back log to get out before Christmas. Sent Emails requesting some information and only got generic email sent back to me as a reply. Finally called and got through on December 14th and was told I would not get it in time for Christmas and it still has not been mailed out . I would have not ordered it if I knew it would take over 6 weeks to maybe get it. Don't advertise what you can not deliver.

Ordered a sweatshirt Dec 2nd, today is Jan 4th and it still hasn't shipped. Contacted them by email and they replied right away saying they're working on printing the shirt. What is there to work on? The shirt should already be produced.. they are not personalized. Literally should have been a pack and ship order. Now I'm also reading other reviews that the clothing is very cheap... so looking forward to giving a crappy gift for Christmas that i paid $50 for, if I ever get it in the mail.
I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas give on Dec 2. It didnt arrive until Dec 30. I was super disappointed in the cheap quality of the sweatshirt. Very thin cheap material. Not worth $50. Beware buyers that youre paying a lot of money for low quality material. It looks like something from China. As long as delivery took, it may have come from China.

I contacted the company 12/19 inquiring on status and then was told they could no longer guarantee Christmas delivery. The amount of time it is taking to receive my order is ridiculous. As of 12/30, I still have not received my items. If you don't have over a month to wait for items, don't order from this company.
Placed an order, a month later still nothing. They can't even give me an idea where they are in the order process even though 2 weeks ago I received an email stating it was ready to be shipped. Have asked 2 times now for a refund. Customer assistance seems to be an automated email copy pasted for complaints. Will not do business with them again and advise anyone else not to either
I ordered 2 sweatshirts on December 10 and still have heard nothing about where they are. It is frustrating as I didn't realize that they don't have the items on hand but are making them as ordered. I am not sure but I agree that there should be more transparency as to how long it does take for any item to be received. I was told at least 3 weeks which is tomorrow. I am not sure I will order from this company in the future. I could have ordered similar items on amazon or any other hunting stores and had them in 2 days.

They sent the occasional cutesy email to me telling me my order was being created but I cant get a straight answer as to when I will get it. If it ever arrives I dont care how wonderful the product may be I will never order from them again.
I would give it a zero if I could. I was told my order would be shipped in 7-10 days. Ordered 11/29 and still don't have my package. Kept checking on status and continuous responses were they were backlogged. I am going out of town for Christmas and will not return until after the first of the year. They asked if I wanted to change the address. I gave them an address where I would be staying and they said OK. I received an e-mail yesterday stating my package was shipped to the original address. I told them I would not be here to get the package and now when I return (if I'm lucky enough to have the package on my doorstep) that now I have to pay an additional shipping fee! If I would have been informed they were backlogged 4-6 weeks, I would never have ordered in the first place. Absolutely horrible experience. I will NEVER order anything from them again.
Very disappointed in the turn around time of this company. Placed an order 4 weeks ago and customer service says it is still in production and I will not receive it by christmas. There website should indicate their delay in service. I would have shopped elsewhere if i knew they would take so long. They should be offering a discount to customers who are waiting this long. I would say the wait is unacceptable especially without indicating to the customers prior to.
Order sent in on Nov 15. Company sent emails saying order was being processed. Lied! Never received. If you order from this company you must specify what year you want it. Was to be a Christmas gift for 2021. Oh well! Learned my lesson. Will Never order from them again! $58 lost!

Well my order for thee shirts was still in production and it has been a few weeks. Then I get an email that it is being mailed but will not receive before Christmas.. (same thing they did last year), I also got some generic emails but I also got some that were very sarcastic towards me because I was an upset customer that was guarantee something and they failed to abide by that. They sold things with promises they can't keep and would not keep. they should of got the items done and paid the extra for shipping to keep customers. I see in review, I am not the only one this has happened to. They get our orders charge our accounts and then sit on the stuff for a couple of weeks. I had to give it a star, but after two years being screwed by this company it don't deserve one. Glad local boutiques are coming out and starting to make shirts we can by for our hunters and now worry about being lied to, most small business do what they can to keep their customers.

This company advertised that if you placed your order before December 5 they would guarantee delivery before Christmas. I placed my order on December 2,2020 and still have not received as of January 7,2021. I have reached out to this company only though email as that is all they accept to receive emails telling me to be patient. They even went as far to tell me on the 18th of December they would be using 2 day priority mail as they received too many orders. This company does not deliver on what they advertise.

I ordered items from this company at the end of November-28th and 29th. It is now December 20th and I have yet to receive my orders. I not only have wasted money purchasing from this company, but also have nothing to give as a gift for Christmas for those I have purchased these items for. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will send you coupons in your emails to buy more stuff that they will never send to you and then tell a sob story of how they are overwhelmed with orders. Not MY problem. I want my orders or I want my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. My son placed an order for a Christmas themed sweatshirt that showed "in stock"...that was a month ago. Emailed several times asking for confirmation and shipping information. After a month finally got an email response that they would be shipping. Emailed again asking for tracking information. Got a tracking number that even after 5 days has only shown "pre-shipment". Very unlikely to purchase from this company again. Also, we are now passed Christmas, still have not received sweatshirt and tracking still shows "pre-shipment."
