ellie sage is a ripoff. i bought some jewelry from them and it was total garbage. it was like something you'd get out of a gumball machine or a dime store. and it broke within an hour of wearing it. don't waste your money on this crap.

Sent stuff back on 11/3/22 from the post office and it's already 12/14/22 but I still ain't got my $84.00 refund.

Ellie Sage stuff is like, super cheap, but it broke the first time I wore it. And it's all tarnished now. I shoulda just given my money to the homeless or something. Ugh, so frustrating.

ellie sage is not good. i got a necklace and it got all messed up after only a few weeks. they sent me a new one but it did the same thing and they won't fix it. the people who work there are really bad at helping customers too.

elliesage.com is not worth your money. The jewelry is cheap and the pictures are misleading. You can find better costume jewelry at other stores or online. I was going to give it as a gift to an adult, but instead gave it to my granddaughters to play dress-up with.

Ellie Sage ain't good at responding to emails. They charged me twice for a necklace I didn't even want. I placed the order in the morning, but they messed it up. I'm so mad, I wanna cancel the whole thing right now. I wanna cancel the whole thing right now, ASAP. Thanks.

This necklace is trash! I bought it and it fell apart right when I opened it! I told the company and they sent me a new one, but it broke too! So mad because it looked so pretty. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

I got 2 necklaces from Ellie Sage on Oct 9, 2020 but still haven't got them. I sent lots of emails but no one replied or just sent me a robot email with no info. So bummed out... I bought (11) of the Adventurer seeker necklace in gold finish as Christmas pressies for my gal pals. But after wearing my "gold" necklace a few times, the color turned brown/bronze and now it's not wearable anymore. I tried emailing customer service twice to get it sorted, but they said it's been over 14 days so I can only get store credit, not a refund. The quality is crap and their business practices are just as bad.

and they aint even replied to my email. Like, what the heck Ellie Sage? I was really looking forward to getting my stuff but now I'm just left hanging. It's been weeks and still nothing. Not cool, man. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you want your stuff in a timely manner.

Bought 3 necklaces from Ellie Sage on sale for $20 each for my grandkids. But, dang it, within 2 weeks, all of them broke and the gold turned black. Not cool, man. I ain't happy with them at all. I want my money back, ya know?

So we bought a necklace from Ellie Sage back in March and we still ain't got it yet. They keep giving us excuses and it's now June 18th and we still ain't got it. We want our money back ASAP and we want them to do something about this.

I ain't happy with Ellie Sage's refund policy. I got my daughter a necklace from them in October for Christmas, but she ended up getting two. So, I asked for a refund, but they said no way because of their 14 day policy. Like, seriously? Who can return a gift in 14 days? They should have some exceptions for Christmas, especially with all the postal delays going on. Don't waste your time with these guys.

away. Ellie Sage needs to get their act together and start delivering on their promises. It's not fair to customers who are relying on them for special gifts, especially during difficult times like these. I hope they can improve their shipping and customer service in the future.

I got two necklaces from Ellie Sage. One came in the mail, but the other one never showed up. I emailed them a bunch of times, but only got one response on April 24. They said it got lost in the mail and sent another one with a tracking number. But that one never came either. I emailed them three more times, but they haven't responded. I asked for my money back, but still haven't heard anything. I'm not happy with this purchase. Necklace.

I bought something from Ellie Sage's website on 8/15, but it's still not here as of 9/18. They said they shipped it on 9/7, but I haven't gotten it. I asked for a refund, but they keep giving me the runaround. I've been emailing them back and forth, and they keep delaying by asking if I'm sure I want a refund. I already told them I bought something else because it took so long. Their customer service is a nightmare.

I ordered from Ellie Sage on July 9, 2022 for $82.48. My credit card got charged on July 11. They said they'd ship it free in 2-4 business days, but it's July 28 and I still haven't got it. I emailed them on July 18, July 21, and July 24, but they only sent me an email that says "thanks, we'll get back to you in 24 hours." The order number is *** and the tracking number is ***. They don't have a phone number, only an address: ***. I wish I looked up this company before I ordered because there are a lot of bad reviews and ComplaintsBoard.com complaints.

Got a necklace as a gift in 12 but swapped it for the Fearless Lotus Ring Set with Ellie Sage's help. But when I got the rings in 1, they were too small for my fingers. I'm usually a size 5-9, but these rings only fit my pinky finger even though their website said they go up to 8.5. The rings I got were only up to size 6.5. They told me I should have checked the sizes before buying, so I thought it was my fault and let it go. But I found the rings while cleaning in 8 and reached out again to see if they could do anything since someone spent money on them for me. But they said it was too long ago to replace them even though they were defective. They offered me 50% off a new purchase, but that's not fair since I was misled by their website info.
