Lululemon's Customer Service is a Disappointment: My Experience
I've been shopping at Lululemon for a long time now and I've spent a lot of money on their clothes. I used to really like this company, but lately it seems like they're not as good as they used to be. I made a big purchase a few weeks ago and when I tried to buy something else shortly after, I got an error message for all of my credit cards. I had plenty of money left to cover the purchase, so I don't know why this happened. I tried to contact customer service about the issue, but I didn't hear back for a whole week. When I finally did get a response, it was a copied and pasted email with different fonts and highlighting. They asked me to send them a credit card statement, but I didn't want to because it has too much personal information on it. I told them I wouldn't send it, but they insisted. I finally gave them the last 4 digits of my card and my address, but when I tried to use my card again, I got the same error message. I was really angry at this point because Lululemon is supposed to be a company that cares about its customers. I tried to contact customer service again, but I still haven't heard back after almost 2 weeks. To make matters worse, the emails that we exchanged have disappeared, which makes me think that it was a scam email. I tried to contact customer service again today through the live chat bot, but they told me that the Resolution Team will contact me in 2-3 business days. This is the same team that responded to me the first time my account was "unlocked". I'm really upset that a company that I used to love has turned into something that doesn't care about its customers anymore.
Lululemon Blocked My Review After Receiving Defective Product
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase from Lululemon. I mean, I shelled out a pretty penny for this vest, only to receive it with some kind of animal hair on it. Gross, right? So, I decided to leave a review on their website to let other potential buyers know about my experience. But guess what? They blocked my review! Can you believe it?
I reached out to their customer service team to ask why my review was blocked, and they gave me some guidelines to follow. Apparently, I wasn't supposed to mention anything about customer service or competitors, and I couldn't include any personal information. Okay, fair enough. But still, I don't think I did anything wrong.
Anyway, I asked if I could leave another review, and they didn't really give me a straight answer. Instead, they just told me that they appreciate my feedback and that they're here to help if I have any other issues. Um, okay? That doesn't really solve my problem, does it?
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with Lululemon. I expected better from a company that's supposed to be all about quality and customer service. If this is how they treat their customers, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.
Poor Treatment of Frontline Health Provider at Lululemon Southcenter Branch in WA State
I went to Lululemon today and boy was it a bad experience. I went to the Southcenter branch in WA state on Sunday 10/11/20 at Tukwila around 4:45 pm and the employees there were not treating me right. I showed my ID as a physician, just like I did last month, and I was given a 25% discount last time. But this time, the teller (I think her name was Renae) was talking to me like I was dirt. Then, the person who claimed to be the manager, Andrea, was just as rude. They called the actual manager, Marley, and she was no help at all. She said no discount for me, even though I showed her my ID and told her I just came from my round in the hospital. I even told her how other companies like North Face and Adidas gave us discounts for being front line health providers during these times of COVID19. Lululemon promised us at least 25% as an appreciation of our work, but they didn't honor it. It was a real bummer.
To make matters worse, I asked for a pen to write down their names and they wouldn't give me one. Then, I asked for the receipt to be emailed to me and they sent it to the wrong email. I had to correct it with them and they had me waiting to do the whole sale process again after they canceled the first one. It was a real hassle.
I really want to talk to the owner and headquarters to let them know about this branch and their employees. They need to do some educational orientation on how to respect customers. When I told them I would complain tomorrow, they didn't seem to care and told me to go ahead and complain today (Sunday) because they were sure nobody would listen to me from management. I hope someone is watching over the branches and their behavior and conduct with customers. They should do classes and education for them before hiring them, especially in positions like managers.
I would really appreciate it if someone could contact me to discuss this further. My number is ***162 and my clinic number is ***660.
Thanks,
Mazen
Lululemon's Inability to Track In-Store Online Returns Raises Red Flag - Beware of Gift Card Refunds!
My mom went and gave back the clothes I bought online to the store a while back. Since I wasn't there with her and had my credit card on hand, they gave her a gift card refund of 186 dollars. At the time of the return, Lululemon did NOT have any records of this return taking place at the store, nor do they have records of this return at the guest education center.
Why would this be a problem months later? Well, I went to the store and found a jacket I liked. The associate told me they didn't have the jacket and I would have to order it online. So the associate "applied" the gift card to the order, and I paid the remaining balance with my credit card. She threw away the gift card after the transaction because it was all done. I checked to make sure the transaction was correct at the time.
Two days later, I checked my statement and saw that I was charged 218 dollars - the full price of the jacket - on my credit card. You'd think this issue would be easily resolved over the phone, but no.
The store told me they didn't have a record of the return being done for the online order in-store. They told me to call the guest education center. I gave the guest education center both online order numbers - the one meant for the return that was processed on a gift card, and the other for the recent order that was erroneously charged entirely to my credit card. The guest education center only saw transactions, but no record of the return for the online order being done in-store as well.
The issue has been escalated to a higher team for review at the moment. And I'm not even sure if I can get the full amount (186 dollars) of the gift card back. I will provide an update later, but I just wanted to raise the red flag that this store currently does NOT have a way of tracking online returns done in-store.
So please do not trust that the associate has done their job properly, and that the transaction at the time is correct. Make sure to hold onto your gift cards!
Lululemon's Non-Return Policy for Sale Items: A Customer's Disappointing Experience
I've been a huge fan of Lululemon for years now, and I've spent a ton of money on their products. However, my experience with them during the 2019 Christmas season left a bad taste in my mouth. I received a large gift card to use in the store, so I decided to do some online shopping. I purchased four items, three of which were on sale. I was excited to get a good deal, but when the items arrived, I was disappointed with the fit of a few of them.
I decided to take the items to the store to exchange them for something that fit better. However, I was shocked to learn that sales items are non-returnable. I had no idea that this was the case, as the items were not marked as final sale when I was browsing online. I was frustrated and upset, as I had spent a lot of money on items that didn't fit me properly.
I spoke to the manager of the store, and after a lot of back and forth, they agreed to exchange one item for something in the store. However, they still considered it a final sale, which meant that I couldn't return it if it didn't fit. I left the store feeling angry and disappointed, and I vowed never to shop at Lululemon again.
It's a shame, because I used to love their products and their brand. But after this experience, I realized that they don't really care about their customers. They just want you to buy their products and get out of their store. They don't care if the items fit you properly or if you're happy with your purchase. It's all about the bottom line for them.
In the future, I'll be investing my hard-earned money in a company that treats me with respect and values my business. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer high-quality activewear and great customer service. Lululemon may have lost me as a customer, but I know that I'll be able to find what I need elsewhere.
Lululemon's Terrible Customer Support and Shipping Delays Ruined My Christmas Shopping Experience
I bought some clothes for my daughter from Lululemon in November. I wanted to make sure I got the right sizes, styles, and colors for her Christmas present. They sent me one item a week later, and then I got an email saying the other three items were being processed. Another week went by and I got a tracking number from FedEx. But after a week of waiting, I called FedEx and they said they hadn't received the package yet. I called Lululemon and talked to someone who said they would look into it and get back to me in 24 hours. But I didn't hear anything. I waited another 48 hours and called again. They said they were still looking for the package, but not to worry, everything ordered before December 20th would arrive in time for Christmas. But today, December 17th, I talked to someone else who said they couldn't find the package and they didn't have the items in stock anymore. They offered to refund my money or keep the order and try to fill it by the end of January. I was so mad! I cancelled the order and they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get my money back. And the person on the phone said "I hope you have a great Christmas and Lululemon fulfilled all your needs?!" Are you kidding me?! I spent over $500 and got terrible customer support! I will never buy from Lululemon again and I don't recommend anyone else does either. If you Google "Lululemon customer experience" you'll see lots of other people who had the same problems. There are too many other choices out there. I hope Lululemon goes out of business!
Lululemon's Military Discount Policy Needs a Second Look
Lululemon, I gotta say, you need to take a second look at your "military" discount. As the spouse of a 20-year Army Vet, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at your Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace store in Las Vegas on Sunday, July 14th. I brought my two granddaughters, aged 12 and 15, to buy some things, and I was under the impression that Lululemon offered a pretty sweet 25% military discount to military personnel, retirees, and their spouses. We've actually used this discount three times in the past year in Orlando, South Carolina, and just the day before at the Fashion Show store on the Las Vegas Strip. I wasn't with my grandkids when they made the purchase at the Fashion Show, but the clerk gave them the discount anyway because my granddaughter has an account with Lululemon.
But yesterday, the two clerks at the Forum Shops store flat-out refused to give me the discount because their policy apparently states that I have to be the one wearing the clothes. My granddaughters were each buying one item and wear sizes 2 and 4, respectively. I'm a size 2 at Chico's, but definitely not at Lululemon. After an embarrassing back-and-forth with the clerks, I finally said that I was buying the items for myself in order to get the discount. I even asked them to set me up with an account, but they refused. The male clerk even threatened to revoke my granddaughter's account if I wasn't the one wearing the clothes. The female clerk couldn't even find my granddaughter's account by looking up her phone number and email address, which wasn't a problem at the Fashion Show store the day before. In the end, we walked away from a $281 sale (before discount) on the counter to avoid any further embarrassment.
I mean, come on, Lululemon. Can't a male military member purchase clothes for his wife? Can't a female military member purchase clothes for her female partner? Can't I even buy a gift for my grandkids? Was my size really a factor here?
I did some research on your website, and it does say that the discount is only for those who are purchasing items for themselves. So I guess the clerks were technically following policy. But that's not how military discounts usually work at most retail shops. I show my military ID, and my children, grandkids, nephew, and niece all get the military discount when I pay for their items.
So, Lululemon, please reconsider your military discount policy. It's supposed to be a generous gesture for those who have served our country, not a headache-inducing hassle for their spouses.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Lululemon: A Birthday Gift Mishap
Me and my girls have been big fans of Lululemon for years now. We love their gear because it's always top-notch quality. Usually, the customer service is pretty good too, whether we're shopping in-store or online. But let me tell you, my opinion of Lululemon changed big time after my recent experience.
I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter a couple of weeks ago, and it was supposed to arrive on or around her birthday. Well, it did arrive on her birthday, but it wasn't what I ordered. Instead, she got someone else's order, and that person got hers. I had to call Lululemon and spend 15 minutes on the phone just to figure out what to do. They told me my daughter, who lives in another state, had to pack up the wrong order and wait for a call from Lululemon to know when to leave it outside for Fed Ex to pick up. Once they got both orders back, they'd send the right stuff to my daughter. It was all fine, but I was disappointed that the customer service rep didn't even apologize.
The next day, I got a message from someone at Lululemon (they didn't leave their name) saying my daughter should leave the items outside for Fed Ex to pick up the next day. But I didn't get the message in time to tell my daughter, so I called Lululemon to let them know Fed Ex should come the day after that. The rep I talked to, Nick, was not helpful at all. He said it was my responsibility to call Fed Ex and that it wasn't even a Lululemon rep who called me. But I know for a fact that it was. I still have the call on my phone from British Columbia. After 15 minutes on the phone with Nick, I realized he wasn't going to help me, so I just got the tracking number from him and dealt with it myself. My daughter ended up getting her birthday present a couple of weeks late.
I know mistakes happen, but bad customer service shouldn't. I don't feel as excited to wear my Lululemon stuff anymore, and I don't think I'll be shopping there again. Maybe I'll try Zella instead. Nordstrom's customer service is way better than Lululemon's, but I guess that's not saying much.
LuluLemon Review: High-Quality Athletic Wear with Excellent Customer Service
LuluLemon is a store that I have been shopping at for about two years now, and I must say that my personal opinion on the brand and store is mostly positive. I would like to give examples of why I think it is an excellent brand. It is known as a high-end store, and their clothes are used for yoga, and as well commonly used by dancers, or for any other athletic wear. There are of course the negative and the positive reviews on LuluLemon, but overall, I think LuluLemon is the best place to purchase athletic wear, and I would encourage people to shop there.
The most common negative thing people have to say about LuluLemon is usually about the price. It is a very high-end brand that has some of the best quality. However, people argue that their quality is the same as other competing brands that are cheaper. But when buying from anywhere that is known for being high-end, you are never just paying for the item, you are also paying for the brand, and this is something that doesn't just come from LuluLemon, but as well with many other brands. Although $98 for a pair of leggings might seem a little extensive, you are paying for 2-3 years of wear with them because they wear very well and are stretchy. Also, if you really want to make sure you get the longest use out of them, you can buy them up a size to get the extra length, and if you decide you want them shorter later, they have free hemming at the stores. The only other negative thing I have to say about their clothing is that the Wunder Under material collects a ton of lint, so if that's the fabric you purchase, be sure to get also a lint roller.
Additionally, on a good note, if you are having troubles deciding what you want or what would fit best, they have excellent customer service. I have shopped in the store throughout different times of the day, and I have always had great and helpful customer service at the Village Pointe, *** Davenport St #104, Omaha, NE ***.
Overall, I think LuluLemon is a very good brand, especially for athletic clothes and leggings. It may be expensive, but you are paying for good quality, cute clothes, and a long use out of what you buy. If you decide to buy from LuluLemon, which I think you should, make sure not to wash any of the items with any cotton. Try to wash them with like materials, and they can be thrown in the dryer with no harm. All of my personal experiences there have been wonderful, and I would highly recommend anyone to buy from LuluLemon.
Lululemon's Website and Customer Service: Frustrating Experience with a Helpful Representative
I recently had an experience with Lululemon's website and their customer service that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was trying to order a pair of Align Pant II 25" in moss rose for my daughter, but the website kept giving me an error message and telling me to "take a breath." After chatting with a representative named Tristan, I found out that the item was actually out of stock in the size I needed.
While Tristan was helpful in providing me with a list of stores that had the item in stock, I couldn't help but feel annoyed that Lululemon's website didn't accurately reflect their inventory. It also seemed strange to me that a large corporation like Lululemon wouldn't properly supply a demand and have items in stock in their warehouse.
Despite my frustration, I appreciated Tristan's efforts to help me and provide me with the information I needed. I ended up contacting one of the stores on the list and was able to order the pants for my daughter. Overall, while I think Lululemon could improve their website and inventory management, I was satisfied with the customer service I received from Tristan.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Lululemon: A Review
I've been a loyal customer of Lululemon for years and I've always been happy with their products and service. I spend a lot of money at their store every year, usually around $200-300 per visit, for myself and my two teenage daughters.
However, I recently had an issue with a pair of pink hottie shorts that I ordered online. They never arrived, so I called the toll-free number to inquire about the status of my order. To my surprise, I was told that the shorts "had a shipping label problem and they were never shipped". I was never notified about this issue, either by Lululemon or FedEx. All I had was a tracking number that didn't provide any details.
The customer service representative, or "educator" as they call them, instructed me to contact my bank and dispute the charges instead of giving me a refund. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that "none of our managers are customer facing, so I will send you to our resolution team for follow-up in a few days". The educator refused to let me speak with another human while on the phone and when I asked for her employee identifier, she hung up on me.
This was a very frustrating experience and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I've spent a lot of money at Lululemon over the years and I expect better customer service than this. There are plenty of other competitors in the market who would love to have my business, so I will definitely think twice before giving Lululemon my money in the future.
Overall, I still love Lululemon's products and I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future. But for now, I'm disappointed and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Uncomfortable Experience at Lululemon: Being Told What Size to Wear Without Consent
I went to Lululemon to try on some bras and shorts. I waited in line for a long time, around half an hour. Finally, it was my turn to go to the fitting rooms. But then, a lady who worked there grabbed one of my items of clothing and looked at the tag. She asked me if I was a size 12 in Australia. I said yes. Then she checked my sister's items and said that she was not a size 10. I explained to her that I had gotten a few items of clothing in different sizes so that I could try them on. But she told us that we were definitely not those sizes and that we should get size 6s. She basically told us to get out of the line. So we did.
I was really upset by this experience. I don't think it's okay for someone to just look at my clothes and tell me what size I should be wearing. It's my choice what sizes I want to try on. I didn't ask for her opinion. And the clothes I was wearing might have been covering up something that she thought was different.
This experience was really embarrassing for me. I don't feel comfortable going back to Lululemon now. I don't want to have to go through that again.
Lu Lu Lemon's Dangerous Hoodies: A Cautionary Tale of Corporate Negligence
Lu Lu Lemon has had some issues with their hoodies that were made between 2008 and 2014. The drawstring was made from elastic-like materials and had a metal piece at the end, which caused injury to people in the face. Unfortunately, the company did not do a very good job of getting the word out there about just how bad the injury could be caused by the drawstring. I myself was injured in 2009, but I truly thought it was a freak accident. My eye was injured badly, and I was not aware until I heard about the recall that my injury was a result of the mistake made when manufacturing the drawstring.
Mistakes happen, yes, but companies need to take responsibility for them and take them seriously. I reported my injury, and they offered me a $550.00 gift certificate. I was told that my injury was the worst report and that I should take it legal. I did, but I lost due to a limitation act. You must respond within two years of the injury! Today, I have permanent eye damage for life, and they don't care. The worst part is that another woman was hurt in the eye about eight weeks ago, and what are they doing for her? Not much. They have replied that they did what was necessary by Canada Health, but these jackets are still out there. Please beware, if you get hurt, you will suffer, and they will do nothing.
I am afraid that these hoodies will show up in a consignment store and could possibly be bought by a mother for a young child, as they fit small. So, Lu Lu Lemon, what if a small child loses an eye? Will you care then? It's important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and make sure that their products are safe for everyone to use.

Delayed Refund from Lululemon: Frustration and Patience Tested
I recently bought some pants from Lululemon's website in early April. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me very well, so I decided to return them. I sent the pants back and Lululemon received them on April 28th. However, it's been a while now and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted Lululemon twice about this issue, and they responded with an email from their Guest Education Centre (GEC).
The email said that they were sorry to hear that I hadn't received my refund yet. They explained that they were experiencing some delays due to the current situation, and that they appreciated my patience. They also said that they had created a request for their team to reach out to their warehouse and provide me with an update on my refund. However, they warned me that this process could take up to 15-20 business days.
In the meantime, I might receive a return cancellation email, but I shouldn't worry because their returns team had already manually updated the system to credit my account. If I had any further questions, I could call their Guest Education Centre (GEC) or reply to the email.
Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated that I have to wait another 15-20 days for my refund. It seems like a long time to me, and I wish they could process it faster. I hope that I'll receive my refund soon, and that this delay won't happen again in the future.
Lululemon's Customer Service Falls Short: A Disappointing Experience
I have been a loyal customer of Lululemon for quite some time now, but my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed. I had my heart set on a pair of box it out tights that were on sale at my local store, but unfortunately they didn't have my size available. I decided to check online and was thrilled to find that they had my size in stock.
I called the store to see if they could honor the sale price for me, and was told that they could. However, what followed was a frustrating back-and-forth that left me feeling like I was getting nowhere. I was passed from one person to another, and each time I thought I had a solution, something else would come up.
I was told that I could purchase the tights at full price and then call back for a price adjustment once they were in stock. This seemed like a hassle, but I was willing to do it for the sake of getting the tights I wanted. However, when I called back later, I was told that they couldn't honor the sale price after all.
As someone who has spent thousands of dollars with this company and recommended them to many friends, I was disappointed that they couldn't accommodate me in this one instance. I understand that mistakes happen, but it would have been nice to receive a discount code or some other form of compensation for the inconvenience.
In the end, I decided to take my business elsewhere. While I have had many positive experiences with Lululemon in the past, this one negative experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that they can work on improving their customer service in the future, as I would hate to see other loyal customers go through what I did.
Toxic LULULEMON Yoga Mat: A Health Hazard in Disguise
I recently purchased a LULULEMON Yoga Mat and boy, was I in for a surprise! I left the mat in my bedroom overnight, excited to use it for my morning stretch. However, when I woke up, I found myself struggling to breathe and coughing uncontrollably. At first, I wasn't sure what was causing my reaction, but every time I got close to the mat, my symptoms worsened. It wasn't until I researched the chemicals used in the mat that I realized how toxic they were and how dangerous they could be for my health.
I immediately went to the store to share my experience and request a refund, but it wasn't an easy process. The lady at the store didn't seem to understand the severity of the situation and simply told me that the smell of rubber would eventually fade away. But it wasn't just about the smell - it was about the potential harm that the chemicals could cause to my health.
Even now, days after my initial reaction, I still experience pain in my lungs and frequent headaches. The smell of the mat lingers in my bedroom, and I even had to wash the towel that I used on the mat because it smelled like a car tire!
It's alarming to think that asthma and allergies have increased in the developed world over the last 30 years, and it's likely due to the use of harmful chemicals in everyday products. Companies may want to promote their new products, but at what cost to our health?
I urge you to seek out hypo-allergenic yoga mats and avoid products that use dangerous chemicals. Let's prioritize our health and well-being over the latest trends and fads.
Disappointed with Lululemon's Customer Service and Policies
I went to Lululemon's store last night (March 3,2021) to try on some clothes. I was excited to see what they had in store for me. When I got to the dressing room, the sales lady told me that I could only try on six items. I thought that was a bit strange, but I went ahead and picked out my six items.
As I was trying on my clothes, I noticed that I had already tried on two items and the sales lady told me that I only had two minutes left. I was shocked! I had no idea that there was a time limit on how long I could stay in the dressing room. The sales lady told me that it was store policy and that I had to leave. I was so disappointed because I didn't get to try on all of my clothes.
To make matters worse, the sales lady told me that the store had a no return policy. I couldn't believe it! I had never heard of a store not allowing returns before. I left the store feeling very unhappy and disappointed.
I have been a fan of Lululemon for a long time. I have purchased their products before and have always been happy with them. However, after this experience, I am not sure if I want to support their company anymore.
Lululemon's mission statement is "to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness." However, their customer service is anything but great. I was so disappointed with my experience that I don't think I will be going back to another Lululemon store anytime soon.
Lululemon needs to change their policies if they want to keep customers like me. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make some changes.
Disappointing Experience with Lululemon: Delayed Gift Card and Unwelcoming Store Visit
So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Lululemon. I ordered a gift card for my niece for Christmas and it never showed up. I got an email from them asking me to review my order, but according to their website, the package was just chillin' in "waiting for pick up by carrier" mode. I called customer service and they put me on hold for like 4 minutes just to confirm what I already knew. Then they offered to send me an email replacement, but it was already after Christmas so I wasn't too thrilled about that. And to top it off, they said it would take another 3-5 business days to get it. Like, seriously? My poor niece had to wait forever for her gift.
But that's not even the worst part. The day after Christmas, my daughter and I went to exchange one of her leggings at the LLL store in town. When we walked in, an employee asked us if we were buying, returning, or exchanging. When we said exchanging, she basically told us to come back another time because the line was too long. We decided to tough it out and split up - I stood in line while my daughter looked for something else to buy. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, but it was just a weird experience. I've never been told not to come into a store before.
Now, my daughters and nieces are all obsessed with Lululemon. One of them is even a top 10 athlete in her sport and swears by their stuff. But after this experience, I'm thinking we need to find a new workout brand. Maybe Gym Shark? I'm definitely going to talk to them about it.
Lululemon Review: Terrible Customer Service and Quality Issues - Don't Waste Your Money!
My experience with Lululemon both online and in-store was terrible. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this year marks the end of it. I can't believe they still have customers after the way they treat them. I've contacted their GEC chat multiple times, and they've closed the chat on me at least 30 times. I've never been rude, and I was not away from my computer. They just tell you to go away and don't provide any help if they don't have a pre-written response to your question. The GEC resolution team is just as bad. I've sent them seven emails, and I haven't received any useful feedback or assistance. They just send me a pre-written paragraph.
In the past year, I've bought over 10 pairs of leggings, two outdoor jackets, seven joggers, and multiple bras. Not a single item is still in good condition. The jackets are pilling like crazy inside, all my joggers' waistbands are folded in half and don't hold anything, the leggings are all pilling as well, and the sports bra straps are now loose. I'm a 32A, not a 36DD, so this is a major quality issue. However, if you try to reach out for assistance with a quality issue, they will ignore you or not help if they do respond. It's a waste of time.
The in-store experience was just as terrible. I was told by a sales representative that Lululemon never sold any Align in 28", and I should go shop somewhere else when I politely said I was looking for that length and couldn't find it on their shelves. (I have four pairs of Align 28" at home.) I've been waiting for over six months for a resolution, and there's still none.
Do yourself a favor and go shop somewhere else. Lululemon is just a name now. There's no reason to pay a high-end price for this cheap quality and awful customer service.
Review: Lululemon's High-Quality Athletic Wear Worth the Price Despite Recent Controversy
Lululemon is a store that sells athletic wear for women and men. They have a wide variety of products, including leggings, sports bras, and hoodies. The quality of their products is top-notch, and they are very comfortable to wear. The prices are a bit high, but it's worth it for the quality.
However, there have been some recent incidents that have caused concern among customers. Two female staff members were fired for taking a photo of a group of black thieves who stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from the store. This has caused outrage among some customers, who feel that the company is not doing enough to protect their employees and their merchandise.
Despite this, many customers still love Lululemon and continue to shop there. The store has a great selection of products, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices may be high, but the quality is worth it. If you're looking for high-quality athletic wear, Lululemon is definitely worth checking out.
