RageOn Intellectual property theft

I created designs and used their software nect thing I knownIm seeing Chinese manufactuers on places such as alibaba selling uniq designs that I maee created myself and never published to their site being sold by many retailers now in the US. Rageon is intellectual property thieves of real designers

I would rate a zero if I could. Yiu owe me money for my designs that you stole and are selling as if they are yours.

Desired outcome: Stop stelling my INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY!!!!!

RageOn Custom order

I made a custom shirt and socks with the rage on app. It was a Freddy and Jason sweatshirt with Jadakiss and Fabalous and Freddy and Jason custom socks as well. I placed the order and paid the money which is around 120, I got an email confirming my order and the pictures that were inside the email were completely blank. When I went to click on the email to respond to it the email deleted. I have the charge in my bank account statement so I know they charged me the money. I have sent email after email asking them did they receive my order correctly and I have yet to get a response. I placed this order around March 9th it is now April 15th. This is robbery. I actually enjoyed ordering from you guys and referred people to your website to order and the minute I decide to make a custom shirt of my own along with matching socks this happens. At some point I'm going to have to call my bank for my money back but I really don't want to I really want my product that I ordered. Above all else I want to be treated like my money matters and people actually respond to my problems before this completely destroys my faith in this company.

Desired outcome: To have the product I paid for confirmed and sent to me in a timely fashion.

I ordered a special print hoodie (that was very expensive) for a friend's birthday on may 14th and still have not received it and none of my emails have been returned. I do not understand why I am being ignored several months later. This needs to be resolved immediately. If I do not hear back by the end of this week I am going to report rageon for theft by deception.

RageOn KISS Shirts

Disappointed. It's very simple. Over a year ago I ordered two items and a jacket jacket fit perfectly but the shirts did not. I sent them back wanting them in XL. To date I still have not received them. I am always ordering new T-shirts but I'm scared to death to order from you guys because I haven't gotten two shirts from over a year ago. I keep hoping they will show up if they have not.

RageOn t shirt

I have read your refund policy and it is a joke. I do not believe this company has any integrity behind it. It looks completely self serving. Apparently you do NOT treat your customers right or make a deliver a quality product in a reasonable time frame. You want to charge me 15% restocking fee for your incompetent blunders? Believe me i order many custom t shirts and if this is the way you do business i will take mine elsewhere and inform others to do the same. A quality company you could learn a lesson from would be redbubble or designashirt or subliworks.
This shirt looks horrible! The images look like they are super old and faded the quality of printing is horrible compared to other companies who do the same work. This is a joke. I cant believe how horrible this looks. You can barely even see the middle image.

Rage on has given quality product to the client the only concern is the products in the pictures that are still available via Internet and what follows behind a particular profile picture seems to be offensive we are wondering if a personal profile T-shirt picture could be removed or want to address the concern behind the images following that picture in the bottom with this item section it's offensive is there anyway that this can be addressed and looked it please contact us at your earliest [protected]@gmail.com We understand that this may not be to your knowledge can the appropriate people take a look into this matter thank you

RageOn young ma hoodie and tank top

I never received any of these but i paid for them.I made the order through website. J paid for with sezzle still waiting on my order from minths ago ordered 3 shirts got one shirt. Still wairing on my order or refund. Why do i have to get screwed when this company offered a service. Are there any honest people left jn the retail world today i will never refer anyone to this company and i will let young ma know you guys are rip offs using her to promote sales

RageOn slow - poor quality - illegal use of image

Placing the order

1. I ordered a shirt at the beginning of Dec. as a Xmas present. It didn't arrive until Dec. 31. (this after getting multiple newsletter emails (after placing my order) saying..."place your order now and get it before xmas").

2. I never received an actual invoice when I received the "thank you for your order" email.

After getting my order

1. The item received is not as pictured on their website. The image on their website did not come close to what I received. Top right of image (which was key to the image) was completely cut off by the sleeve. The bottom of the image was also cut right off.

2. The edge of the printed image left a very visible black line on the sleeve.

3. The item received is clearly a small image that has been enlarged and therefore is very pixelated which suggests the owner of the original image (Jonna Piltti not Style_Design) did not give permission for reproduction and it was taken off the Internet and enlarged. Jonna has since confirmed that RageOn did not have permission to print this image. Only Threadless had permission to print this image in a t-shirt.

4. Tried contacting them multiple times after this for a refund and did not receive a reply.

This process has been my worst experience dealing with a company on-line.

Avoid them like the plague.

RageOn trying to cancel my order for weeks and can't

I tried to cancel my order since I went to the site two weeks after placing my order and it still hadn't shipped! I read that there's a re-stocking fee, so when they do ship my order after I have repeatedly tried to cancel it before it is shipped and then me having to ship it back on my dime then getting hit with a restocking fee? ARGH! The only number that a customer can call says that the only way you can communicate with RageOn is via email where they say they will get back to you in 24-48 hrs! That is a complete lie as I have repeatedly tried to contact them via email and have gotten ZERO response! All I know is that I placed an order on their site and payed via PayPal, which was VERY EASY for them to take my money, but not so to get it back!

BUYERS BEWARE praying that others see my frustration and plea with RageOn to refund me my money! My only option being to contact PayPal and hope they can just strip the money from RageOn's PayPal account! Fingers crossed!

RageOn late order and poor customer service

Keep getting same bs reply from customer service. Order is already late and theyre guaranteeing Xmas delivery by placing an order within the 10th of December. I've placed mine and got it confirmed the 28th of November and still no further updates. I thought I'd be safe ordering almost a month before Xmas, but at this rate it looks like people are going without presents. All of their guarantees and deadlines are lies... If there isn't swift resolution I will call for a refund, this is 2018 and customer service/satisfaction should be key.

RageOn products never show up, refuse to give refund.

Your products will come within the window of 8 weeks to never. Try talking to Customer Service for a refund and all they keep saying is to wait and keep checking the tracking. Meanwhile the tracking is going backwards! The product was in my home state and now it's back in Poland... Same responses every time, just wait. No real people, just automated responses. Such a joke.

RageOn pod apparel service

I wish I could give them 0 stars! The absolute worst POD service available. I only had 6 orders and 4 of them were wrong... Hole you could reach through in the hoodie pocket. Logo on inside collar even though I payed not to have them. Graphic I submitted blown up way too big (looked terrible on the hoodie) Sent a customer of mine leggings that looked like a mans gentiles instead of the hummingbird leggings she ordered. Even the few that were correct look like crap. They have graphic seams on the sleeves. Don't wast your time or money with these losers because there are way better apps out the for POD. If you read ex Rageon employee reviews on other sites you will see that the 5 star reviews here were forced to be made by the employees themselves. Thanks to Rageon I now have a permanent 1 star review with a mans gentiles printed on women's legging on a fanpage where I had a perfect 5 star rating.

RageOn t-shirts

My client orderd a Fannie Lou Hamer and Nina Simone shirt

The one above and the quality of the shirt was very bad as shown below, I don't if this was a mistake or what but I had another client order the same shirt, still waiting on how his turned out as well. I will need this fixed ASAP because the display image looks completely different than the finished product, and the image on the back of her shirt was blurry as well and the back of the display shirt wasn't blurry at all. I will either need y'all to refund them their money (with no penalty towards me, because this isn't my fault) or a redo of the shirts and resend it to them. I will redo the shirt of needed and pull the faces lower however the pic in the display doesn't entail that the shirt would come out looking the way ithe finished product looks.
I am extremely disappointed in the quality control rendered on this shirt and I expect more from a company of your status. Please respond urgently because they are asking me what can be done and since I only design the shirts and not produce them my powers are limited. Please respond and let me know what steps should I take to fix this issue so my clients can trust my brand and return to buy more merchandise. As I stated above there should not be no penalty towards my account because it is not my fault that the shirts came out the way that they did. Contact me immediately to resolve this issue because this is putting my business in jeopardy and will result in profit losses and a bad report on rage on if this problem isn't corrected immediately In a timely manner. I am restraining from talking to my lawyer in hopes that we can resolve this issue without and delay or additional issues.

Also had 2 other orders that was received with low quality standards, this is damaging my business and they are telling people that my products are not up to par.. the customer service agents aren't responsive at all and I need this issue taken care of immediately!

RageOn rageon

It says that it's been shipped and received, however I have not received my order. I have spent too much money to go through this. Cannot contact them on the phone. Only got an email that says will get back to you. Been almost 2 days now. Still no email response on what's going on with my order. .I am so disappointed at their customer service. My child is realy upset. The sneakers that were ordered were for her. I can not afford to pay over 100$ as i did for this order. Some one really has to do something about this company. Imposible to even try to get a responce from them and resolve this issue. This is so upsetting. Will never order from them again.

RageOn their whole operation

I applied my business funds to the wrong account I had with them. While it was my fault that I applied the funds there, it took them half a day emailing with me back and forth (because they don't pick up their phone) just to figure out that I applied the funds to the wrong account. Then they kept reading my email wrong and writing it wrong to refund the account. This went on for 3 days trying to get by $49.99 back or applied to my other account all because they were not reading my email address correctly nor typing it in correctly to refund or transfer my funds. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau where I requested they refund me and close my account. Again, they refunded the wrong email account! At this point you know they're doing it on purpose. So I Filed another complaint with the BBB. They finally respond saying that they refunded the right account, and it is now 5 days later and they still have not. As far as them closing my account as I requested, they claim accounts cannot be closed and they are Not working on that anytime soon. I can screenshot this email where a representative actually wrote that they won't be looking into allowing customers to delete their account any time soon.

RageOn unauthorized solicitation

I almost ordered a t-shirt from their website but ended up not doing so. (I put the shirt in my shopping cart, filled out the shipping/billing/contact info, but never actually submitted the order!) within the next few hours, I had solicitors from rageon messaging me on facebook, emailing me, and texting my personal cell phone inquiring about the shirt I was looking at! This is a gross invasion of privacy and extremely off-putting. I never officially submitted this information to rageon or consented to being contacted by them in any way.

RageOn terrible customer service

This is the most terrible site ever. If you visit it, it looks really attractive but if you buy you will go through the world's $#*!st customer service ever.
First of all, they are not based in the United States, their warehouse is situated somewhere in Europe.
So the shipping cost will be increased, be prepared for this, even though they will never tell you about it. The shipping cost will not be mentioned at all until you check your bank account. Actions like this are called a scam.
Plus, if you contact their customer service you'll be on hold for a very long time. You decide whether you need this.

RageOn the website is down

If I were you I would never buy from them. Telling not my personal story, but my sister's one.
She tried to order low price dresses, but the website was constantly down and she didn't succeed. Their customer service didn't work, she sent several emails and called a couple of times, but they didn't pick up.
So it has been several weeks since she was trying to place an order and nothing has been fixed...

RageOn shirt

Sounds crazy, but I didn't realize the shirt I ordered was custom because it was already made on their site when I searched for the shirt. After going back in the emails and pretending to order the shirt again, I found that nowhere did it describe the order as being a custom order. On top of that, I paid $15 EXTRA for shipping and it was still late. So when I finally received the shirt the sizing wasn't accurate and the Medium actually fit like an X-Small. I am not able to return the item now because it is apparently a custom order. Very upset that I wasted all that money and can't get a single thing back. Never shopping here again.
