On April 19, I bought 2 bras. None of them fit, so I sent them back for a full refund. According to USPS Priority Mail, the company got the stuff on 5/1. Until now (5/14), THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED MY ACCOUNT FOR $37.09. Why are they taking so long to give my money back when they already got the items? It feels like they're trying to keep my money! Customer service is really bad! When I called to complain, they kept me on hold forever. Nobody bothered to talk to me.

They claim to fit all, but they were too small for me. They're smaller than masks from other brands I've tried. I can't return them since they're personal items. I bought some stuff from L'Eggs Brands, Inc. on May 1. Got my order on May 11. But, USPS sent back one item, the Hanes Ultimate® Lightweight Comfort Wirefree Bra Style # DHHU22, on May 13. Hanes got the item back on May 18 at 9:56 AM. I tried contacting them by email 'cause their phones are always busy and chat is disabled. I sent emails on June 2nd, 8th, and 22nd. They only replied to the June 2nd email and asked for my order number and style number to follow up on it. It's been 24 days since I sent that info and I haven't heard back from Hanes Customer Service.

But guess what? They never sent the sneakers back, and when I tried to contact them, they said the return store was closed. I've tried multiple times, but now their email won't accept replies. I've also tried calling, but every time I do, they say they don't know how to help me. They keep transferring me to different departments, only to tell me that someone will call me back, which never happens. I just want to know where my sneakers are or get a refund. On May 22, 2022, at 11:47 pm, I made an order on Champion.com. I got a woman's sweatshirt, sweat pants, shorts, and two pairs of men's shorts, which cost me a total of $158.37. My order number was ***, and it said my order was delivered on May 26, 2022, around 1 pm. When I opened my package, I found four packs of Hanes men tagless briefs. These briefs are definitely not in the same price range as my original order, nor are they what I actually ordered. I emailed the email back that was sent to me, saying my package was delivered, but it said that the email address was "not found," and there was no customer service number to call. I opened an online chat on Champion.com, and they told me they were having technical difficulties and that I should contact them about my problem "another day." This is ridiculous, and I don't understand how this could happen. I want a refund for this order, and I also want the order to be replaced and sent to me again. I've had to go through so much trouble just to get acknowledgment for what has happened. I ordered these items for a birthday and Father's Day, and now I don't know how long it will take to get a replacement or if these items will even be available by the time that happens.

Issue1: On a return for an incorrect item in which Hanes/Champion as part of L'Eggs Brands, Inc. has authorized a third party to conduct business on Hanes.com/Champion behalf and must take full responsibility for, Hanes and its outsourced labeling partner blatantly disregarded my email security and cavalierly issued a return label to me inside an email as an attachment, and also directed me by affiliate website instruction to have my email client label this attachment as safe under email security client protocols. Thereby, in order to receive the label, I would have had to violate the security standards of my email service by opening up an attachment inside my email address and also disabling my own security to label an email attachment as safe. In this day and age, this is against established standards of established email security and it is well known that this is the most dangerous activity security wise one can perform via email to compromise one's own security. Also, if I copy the attachment and past it outside of my email client for safety, a return label is not produced from the process. Every legitimate fully online return label provision from a company is able to be printed off from the companies website and poses no security threat to a customer's email security. This grossly incompetent, unprofessional and unethical behavior at a large company in this day and age of technology inundation and know-how speaks to a means of operation that is outrageous and inexcusably nonchalant. Issue 2: On a secondary note, is that this is all pending from a shipment in which Hanes.com charged me approximately $21 for an item of adult clothing in which I received a child's sized item instead, in which I am seeking shipping label for refund by return and ultimately refund.

I ordered two bras online. I have used this company to buy bras online for years. I only got one bra. I paid $43.64 on my credit card. I was supposed to get one nude colored bra and one white bra. I only got one white bra. Order #*** dated 06/07. I tried to call the company and was on hold for over 20 min. I have tried to call numerous times since and get a recording saying I dialed the wrong number. I have tried using other people's phones and have been unable to get through. I sent an email and also got no response. Nothing. They used to be real polite people with manners.
