Although the shorts were too tight in the leg and I felt it was too difficult to return them, Halara very quickly responded to my feedback and offered me a gift card and a discount which more than made up for the shorts not working out. Their customer service was excellent. I still would not recommend the "in the feels" 2 in 1 shorts for women who lift heavy because they are tight in the leg, the sports bra is great and a highly recommend their products overall.

Their service was great! I had originally rated lower because the filter button was not giving me any options at all. Due to that I literally had to just open anything I was interested in and see if they happened to carry it in my size and if it was in stock. So this made it take me significantly longer as a new customer to find what I wanted. Their service reached out and showed me that there should have been options populating. So I'm assuming the issue was on my end then. They were very helpful and even offered a coupon. But seeing as it was my error, I did not think it necessary. But overall they were very helpful and I'm excited to receive my products!

I was surprised but it was probably the best business plan you could imagine. So I went shopping again with the credit I got and ended up buying some really awesome pants and a tank top. Obviously spending more than my credit. I recieved them and immediately bought more. Smart to just make me shop more. Now I love their athletic wear. Gonna shop again and again. When honestly I only bought one dress that was heavily advertised on Instagram and would never have bought anything again. Now I'm hooked. Great business model in my opinion.

As a plus sized person who is busty, tall and has a large waistline, I can't be more happy with the products received as shapewear. I ordered a top, a skirt and a dress and all are part of my regular wear wardrobe now! The top is actually the most comfortable sports bra top I own, despite not being a sports bra (they offer these as well, I'm sure they are just as awesome), although I would suggest making it a little longer for women with long torsos, I am altogether super pleased and referred friends to the site also! Just a note for the very cute dress I got... it's not shapewear, ladies. It will suck in your tummy somewhat but it's not meant for compression to nix that belly. If you're ok with your body being smoothed out rather than sucked in, you'll adore everything from this shop!
Great skirts and effectif customer service
I ordered 2 Everyday Cloudful an 2 crossover flare tennisskirts from Halara Germany and am very satisfied with how they fit and the quality of the fabric. But if you order the crossover skirt i would recommend to size up (i'm a 32-34 and ordered an xs for the cloudful which was perfect and an xs and s for the crossover, the crossover fits a bit smaller than the cloudful as the bands are less elastic but still both sizes fit although i prefer the s). The shipping took 19 days, but the customer service contacted me automatically after 14 days explaining that the airport had a shortage of workers but that my order would arrive in maximum 5 days. I was very pleased by the fact that they contacted me without any need of complaining and asking were my order is. Additionnally, they add little presents with your order. I got 3 scrunchies, 2 hairclaws (which would be even better if the claws were a bit less sharp at the end) and 3 sets of nipple covers. Will defenitly order again.
I just fell in love with Halara!
And no that headline isn't scripted! I just ordered several leggings, some shorts, and a cami dress from here. They just arrived and I tried them on. Size guide was perfect for me! The leggings fit like a glove and look so great! Leggings were a tad long by an inch or two but for someone 5'6 they would be spot on. No shine thru or see thru when bending. More comfortable than my pajamas yet totally ready for going out casual. These are my absolute favorites!
The dress is very cool to me since it's comfortable, doesnt require a bra, and yet again I can wear it for everyday walking, lounging, or going somewhere. Now it may be a bit tricky for a busty woman to squeeze the girls in and keep tame but for avg ladies it works perfectly. Padding built in so no headlights effect. I can see myself wearing this for a summer hike and then stopping at a decent restaurant on the way home no problem.
For an on the go person, or active mom like me, these clothes are so perfect! The best part of everything I ordered is the POCKETS! Pockets available on everything makes me love this brand all the more!

I mean, I get it- they probably have mad orders to deal with and returns aren't exactly their favorite pastime. But still, it's bad business to not let me return my stuff. This kinda ruined my whole shopping experience and I'm pretty disappointed.

So, let's talk about return policies. Well, apparently, there is none. Yeah, you heard that right. No way to return items. It's like once you buy something, it's locked in and you're stuck with it. Kind of sucks, don't you think?
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Halara. The quality of the item was okay, but the lack of customer service and return options really make me question if it's worth the risk to continue purchasing from them. Maybe they'll step up their game in the future, but for now, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

So, I tried ordering some cute skirts from Halara.com, but gosh darn, they were just too small. So, I was like "no worries, I'll just do a return". But when I got an email saying my return request was submitted successfully, they didn't tell me where the heck to send the dang skirts back to. Come on, Halara, your own website says to only send returns to the address they give you when they approve your request, and they didn't give me nothin'! I've tried emailing them, but haven't gotten any response yet. If they don't get back to me soon, I'm gonna be seriously bummed.

Unable to reach customer service/cancel order
All right so I fell victim to all the TikTok ads about Halara and decided to give it a go. I bought a dress off of their website but immediately felt buyer's remorse I started reading reviews saying that it's really cheap quality and everything so I went back to the site and I noticed that they had a cancel order button. I canceled the order. Actually I tried to cancel the order, three times. I hit the button so many times nothing ever happened so I then reached out via email and said I did not wish to continue with the purchase please cancel the order because the cancel button wasn't working. They never answered back they never canceled. I emailed them again nothing. They then sent me your order has been shipped email so I responded back and told them that I would not be paying for it because I tried to cancel multiple times and they would not listen to my wishes. Still haven't heard back from them haven't been able to reach them at all. Poor customer service and a broken website. And apparently once it's shipped you're out of luck if you try to get a refund because you have to pay for the shipping back and even then they might not let you. Would not recommend under any circumstances

Very disappointed. I bought two dresses using their sizing chart. The dresses arrived and were too small unfortunately. I contacted their support asking to exchange them for another size. I got back a response that basically said ?Your order is outside the 14-day window of returns. We will not help you. Your case is closed.' I was not asking to return the items, I wanted to exchange these brand new, unworn, tags-on, still in package items for something that worked because I liked them but they were just too small. I didn't realize it was a 14-day policy, I thought it was the industry standard 30-day return and 60-day exchange policy. That was not obvious on their site. How does a 14 day policy even work with online orders? If I'd known that it was only 14 days, I would not have purchased them. Not only was the customer service rude, but they were super unhelpful.
Sadly, I will not buy from Halara again because of this awful customer service. Now I'm stuck with two dresses that don't work, out my $70, and Halara lost a good customer. I'm a honest customer that's willing to spend good money on good clothes at places that treat their customers with decency, consideration, and respect. Not everyone is the -buy it, wear it once, return it- type. Perhaps if they updated their sizing chart, and changed their return policy to more of the industry standard, I bet they would have a lot more repeat customers (probably myself included if it wasn't for the rude customer service representatives). I guess I will just go back to Nordstrom, where I get good service and returns are no hassle. Even Walmart is better than these guys! Halara lost a good customer, and I feel like I was swindled. They also have been absolutely harassing me with marketing emails and text messages since I ordered from them. I feel like on top of this terrible experience, I'm being harassed by their marketing campaign. Don't bother, save yourself the hassle and disappointment and go somewhere else.
Returns are AWFUL
I ordered a dress and jeans leggings from them. $120.81. I measured myself and made an informed order. As a plus sized woman with large breasts and hips, I always measure my body when ordering clothes. I was not happy with the fabric. The cut of the clothes is weird. Does not fit bodies that are not rail thin. If you have a belly or a big butt, the pants will cut your waist in a weird place. Their high waisted pants Will not sit high on your waist because the crotch is not sewn to accommodate bigger bodies so their high rise flared jeans leggings will stop at the crotch and cut your waist and hips. It will give you camel toe and then cut your hips in two because they make clothes for thin folks, not folks with bellies or curvy hips and butts. Not flattering. The dress was t-back/razorback and does not have adjustable straps, so if you have large breasts, you will not be able to adjust it. Terrible fit. The cut is not flattering or supportive. (I own the same tennis-style dress - a dupe from Amazon - and it fits nicely, so there are brands out there that fits in this lycra material.) But the WORST PART is the return policy. They will only offer you a full refund on a GIFT CARD, so you will be stuck shopping with them again. They are like, WE WILL GIVE YOU $120.81 ON A GIFT CARD AND YOU CAN DONATE THE CLOTHES OR THROW THEM OUT! (fast fashion and gross) Because they want you to be stuck with more of their clothes and not get any refund. The clothes are not worth what you paid so they are happy to have you get rid of them and order more. But if you want your money back? Lol tough luck. They will not give you the amount you paid back. Only a portion of it sans the shipping you paid already and only AFTER you pay for shipping AGAIN. And if you want your money back, suddenly, the clothes they said you could donate or throw away are VERY IMPORTANT. They are super important only if you want your money back. You have to jump through every hoop imaginable. You CAN'T just get a refund either. You have to go through a return approval process of a lot of crap. You'll have to Google how to return because if you look for the links on their site, they are buried. You will not find them. Or if you try to initiate it, it will reject your order number multiple times. Then if you find the return link on Google, you will begin the long and ridiculous process. You have to explain WHY. You have to take Pictures or you cannot submit your return. PICTURES, MULTIPLE. Then you have to wait for them to approve the return claim. Then you have to wait for them to offer you the gift card. If you choose to be refunded, then you have to wait for them TO APPROVE THAT. And then they will not just send the return address. You have to beg and wait via multiple email exchanges meant to eat up your time because once you start begging for the refund, you have only 20 days to get it back to them. They try and wear you down and hope you forget or don't check your email. Then IF they approve it, you have to pay for shipping again. (Get tracking, because if they claim it never arrived, then you don't get anything back.) IF they get it back and IF they approve of the condition (tags on, in the original package THAT THEY ALREADY SAW BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU TAKE MULTIPLE PICTURES, etc) then they return only the price of the clothes. So out of the $120.81 I paid for two items, maybe I'll get $90 back. Maybe. It's a scam.
The hoops you have to jump to get any money back are ridiculous. Making you take pictures is ridiculous. Making you beg for your money back is ridiculous. Forcing you to wait and waste time is ridiculous. Making you pay for shipping twice is ridiculous. The cut of the clothes is for skinny people. They are not great quality and you can find dupes on Amazon for cheaper with free shipping and free and convenient returns that don't involve begging customer service for options.
THIS PLACE IS FAST FASHION GARBAGE.
And the return policy is also garbage.
Do not be influenced or shop with them. They know their clothes are not worth it because they tell you to GET RID OF THEM FOR A GIFT CARD. But the minute you want your money back, you will have to beg and wait and return everything on your dime. Trash. Don't do it.
