I bought sum shoes from the site and they charged me 10.99 bucks for shipping, which is cool. They said it would take like 5-7 days to get to me, so I was cool with that too. But man, I waited for like a whole month and they sent me the wrong shoe. And guess what? They made me pay to send it back! So now I'm out 22 bucks for a 53 dollar shoe that ain't even my fault. Seriously, don't bother with Perry Ellis online!

I gotta say, Perry Ellis International, Inc. really dropped the ball on this one. I ordered 3 pairs of underwear a few weeks back, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. I reached out to their customer service, and all they could give me was some canned response about shipping delays. Like, seriously? I've ordered stuff from 10 different companies all over the US, and guess what? I got every single one of them except for Perry Ellis. It's pretty clear they just don't give a darn. I usually blame FedEx for these kinds of mishaps, but they don't seem to care as long as they've got their money. Save yourself the trouble and order from literally any other company. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Perry Ellis International Terrible supply chain and customer service

Terrible supply chain and customer service. This company takes your money and doesn't fulfill the order, nor do they hold up to their own terms and policies. Their website says no delays in shipping, expect 5-7 day Ground shipping from purchase day. It's 6/29 and the transaction is still in queue since 6/22. Their policy says they'll notify customers of delays, but I haven't received any. No phone number on their website to contact customer service. "Chat" feature disabled. You have to submit a ticket with no options to cancel/refund unshipped orders.

A support team member, ***, finally reached out a day later and now insists there are delays (No website update or email to me), says the order is being processed by their warehouse (No update for over a week), and gave an unclear response "if your order ships, then you can return it with prepaid label." Basically, making me wait for the product to arrive before returning with prepaid shipping label. They don't take phone calls due to Covid - the state that never shut down, only reply by email. This company's practices are scammy and their customer service is poor. If they actually followed their own website standards, I wouldn't be leaving this review.

Perry Ellis International I ordered two items from Perry Ellis International, Inc

I ordered two items from Perry Ellis International, Inc. on October 14, hoping to receive them in time for an important job interview. The website stated that the shipping time would be around six days. However, it has now been a month, and I still haven't received my complete order.

On October 18, I received a package, but to my disappointment, it only contained one of the items I ordered. The second item never arrived, and it seems like it was never even shipped. Today is November 13, and I have made several attempts to contact the company, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. I haven't received any updates or explanations regarding the missing item.

I am frustrated with the lack of communication and the delay in receiving my order. It is disappointing to have to go through this experience, especially when I needed the items for an important event. I hope that Perry Ellis International, Inc. can resolve this issue and provide me with the missing item or a refund as soon as possible.

On Sunday October 20, 2022, I did an online buy for a men's linen shirt and pants for $133.82. I got confirmation WPE694625. Today, they told me my order got canceled. I haven't got any refund notice. I tried many times to contact someone but no luck. I need help to get my money back in full, not store credit, but refunded to my credit card. Thanks.

I got this thing I didn't ask for, a Puffer Jacket in XL. No note saying it's a gift, so I'm like, who sent it? I emailed Support a bunch of times, sent 'em a pic of the thing and the shipping label. But they haven't bothered to reply. So, I'm here to complain 'cause they ain't paying attention. I just wanna know what's up with this jacket I didn't order. Thanks!

Perry Ellis International The clothes from Perry Ellis International, Inc

The clothes from Perry Ellis International, Inc. are not good quality. After wearing the same spot on all three pants just once, they started pilling a lot. I ordered the pants with the order number WPEXXXXX. I even got them tailored and spent a lot of money on that. But after just one wash, all three pants are pilling a lot on the right leg. I've been a loyal customer of Perry Ellis for many years and never had any issues before. But the material used for these pants is really bad and not acceptable. Considering the money I spent on the pants and the extra tailoring, I don't think it's fair for a loyal customer like me.

I made an order (EOP607461) for a wallet on 6/28/22, and it was supposed to arrive on 7/14. But guess what? The package got lost during transit by ***. They told me multiple times that the package was damaged and lost while on its way to me. I reached out to Perry Ellis/Original Penguin several times to let them know about the situation, but all they keep saying is that I should just wait longer. Can you believe it? They even refused to start a trace with *** when I asked them to do it multiple times. They won't do anything to replace my order or give me a refund. The package was supposed to be delivered on 7/14, and today is 7/27, and it's still nowhere to be found. Can you imagine the frustration?

Perry Ellis International So, I placed an order on February 6th with a $100 gift

So, I placed an order on February 6th with a $100 gift. The order number is ***. The total cost of the order was just a bit less than $100, so I tossed away the gift afterwards. But here's the thing, one part of my order never got shipped because they ran out of stock. I sent them an email, and they refunded the amount back to the gift card. They even offered free shipping for my next order, which was nice. BUT, here's where the problem starts. To use the gift card, you need a PIN number on the back, and guess what? I don't have it anymore. I've sent them emails on 2/17, 2/19, and 3/2, asking for either the PIN or a new gift card, but I haven't received any response at all. It's frustrating because they don't have a customer service phone number to contact, so I'm stuck with no way to resolve this issue.

I ordered a suit jacket, suit pants, and a dress shirt from Perry Ellis with 2-3 day expedited delivery. But then they sent me an email refunding the suit pants. I emailed them back, telling them I needed all the items together for a wedding outfit on Saturday, but they said they could only send a return label and ship the other items. They also refunded me $12 for the initial shipping. However, I still haven't received the suit jacket. I've been trying to get clarification on the suit pants for 2 days because the size I wanted (34x30) was running out of stock. So I decided to order the same suit pants (33x30) with overnight delivery, but I never received them either. According to FedEx tracking, the suit jacket has a label, but I haven't received it from Perry Ellis. They haven't responded to me all weekend. I returned the dress shirt via FedEx on Saturday.

The Perry Ellis International, Inc. website on July 18 had stuff for sale that I bought. But then, a day later, they canceled my order without telling me why. On July 18, I bought 8 things (6 button down shirts, 1 sweater, and 1 Tee Shirt) from the Perry Ellis International, Inc. website. They said these things were on sale. Then, on July 19, I got an email saying they canceled my order, but they didn't explain why. So, on July 19, I emailed ***@perryellis.com, and on July 20, Giselle *** replied. She said, "Hello, Thanks for your email. Sorry, but we had to cancel your order because the stuff was out of stock. We're having some problems with our inventory, and even though it might say the stuff is available online, we don't have it. We're trying really hard to fix this problem as soon as we can. Sorry for the trouble. If you have any questions, let us know." I emailed Mrs. again to ask if they would still give me the sale price for the stuff when it's back in stock or if they could do something else, but she hasn't replied. My order number is WPEXXXXX.

I ordered a suit from Perry Ellis International, Inc. at 8:17 am on 4/18. I paid $25 for expedited shipping because I needed it for an event this week. The website said that orders submitted by noon would be shipped on the same day. However, I received an email saying there might be delays and that I would be updated once the package was shipped. Since I didn't receive any shipping confirmation or updates, I reached out for support on the evening of 4/18. I finally received a reply at 9:54 am on 4/19, stating that my package had been shipped and was out for delivery. The package arrived after 3:00 pm, but unfortunately, the pants were missing. I tried calling the number provided in their email, but it immediately hung up without even a recording. So, I decided to submit a support request instead. However, I didn't receive a response from a person. Instead, I received a 'shipping update' informing me that the pants had been canceled, followed by an automated email stating that I had been refunded for the pants. But, having only half a suit doesn't help me at all. I expected to receive a free shipping label to return the incomplete suit, and I also expected a refund of $25 for the expedited shipping. I even included my phone number, but I never received a call back. They didn't offer me any alternatives, like another suit in a different style. It's quite disappointing.

I placed an order on 11/27, order WPEXXXXXX. After 2 days, I got an email saying my stuff is on the way in 3 separate packages, but that was only for part of my order. 3 days later, I got another email for another part of the order, just 1 package. I got that last package before the first 3. When that 1 package arrived, 2 things, a robe and some pajama pants, were messed up. I sent pictures and got an email back 2 days later saying those things will ship in a few days. Maybe 3 days after that, I got an email saying the stuff from the package that didn't process fast like the first 3 said they refunded 7 things. The email didn't say why or what took so long to tell me or say sorry. I had to email a lot more than I should have just to find out why my packages weren't shipped right away or what happened with the refunds. What happened to being polite? Today, I finally got the 2 replacement things and I still can't believe this happened. They don't have a phone number on their website, it's weird. So I had to talk through email, which is really inconvenient. I don't think they put the right amount of money back on my card for the return. Part of why I complained was because they don't have a phone number for customer service. It took a lot of work to get in touch with them.

I ordered some work boots for my son from Perry Ellis International, Inc. on January 16, 2022. I never got any confirmation email or text or anything like that. If you wanna track your order on their website, you gotta have your order number, which I never got. The only way to get in touch with these guys is through email, and you can never talk to a real person. I had no clue if I was getting scammed or if the boots were actually ordered. About 10 days later, the boots finally showed up. But guess what? They were too big, even though the company says they're "True to Size." So, I needed to return them. But the only way to contact them was through email, and they didn't respond. I emailed them again after 3 days, and still no response. I called their International Office and managed to talk to a real person. They gave me the name of the customer service manager, but I could only email him. The first email he replied to right away and said he was gonna take care of my problem. The next day, I finally got a response to my first inquiry from a week ago. They told me I could return the boots and they attached a return address label to the email, along with my order number. But there was no order number and no return label attached. I replied to that email and told them I needed the order number and the return label. They replied with a fake order number. I reached out to the customer service manager again, but he ignored my email. Finally, I got an email with a return address label, so I dropped the boots off at FedEx. It took 5 days for the return to go through, and then another 5 days to get my refund. I paid $60.06, but they only refunded me $45.79. Why did they keep $14.27? They never told me there would be any costs for returns. They sent me a final email saying I could reorder the boots and they would waive the $6 shipping cost. But because of this company's terrible customer service, I lost my $14.27.

Original Penguin (a brand owned by Perry International), couldn't stock something I bought on November 29th, 2022 [order WOP659412]. I used $75 from two gift cards and $19.27 on my credit card *** ending in ***] to pay the bill. In an email telling me about the refund for the item that wasn't available on November 29th, they said they would refund $15.88 to a "gift card" (see attachments). I got a few problems with this: 1. If $19.27 was charged to my credit card that my gift cards couldn't cover, then why isn't the refund going to my credit card? 2. As you can see from the pictures, there isn't a gift card number that the $15.88 is being refunded to. I used 2 gift cards totaling $75 to pay for the order. They each have different numbers - which one is the refund going to? I thought maybe they would email me a new gift card with $15.88, but that didn't happen. 3. I don't have the original two gift cards anymore. On November 30th, I emailed Perry Ellis's support asking for a credit card refund instead or a new gift card with $15.88. The support person just said they couldn't refund the money to a different payment method without giving a reason why. I asked if they could transfer it to a new gift card since I don't have the old ones anymore. They said they just couldn't. I asked again for my case to be escalated to a manager, but they haven't answered my emails. I want either (1) a refund to my credit card, (2) a new gift card, or (3) a similar item in exchange. Since Original Penguin cancelled the item and not me, I think they should be flexible and give me my money back. Thank you very much
