I returned their items. Well over a month ago. And still waiting on my refund of $87.00. Nothing is wrong with it. It was too busy for me.

I bought stuff from Alloy on August 6th. I had to call them before they even sent my order. When it arrived, only one out of the four things I bought fit me. I sent back the other three items 15 business days ago, but I haven't heard anything back. I want my money back. They have the clothes and my money.

This store hasn't given me back the money they owe me for the stuff I sent back. They said they got it on 11/9/22 in an email, and they were supposed to give me a refund within *** business days. But they also deleted my account when I told them I would complain to ComplaintsBoard.com (I used my Alloy account to process the return). I sent the clothes back within the time they said, just one day after I got them, with all the tags still on and packed carefully. All I want is my money back. I have the tracking info and emails from the store, but they haven't told me why they haven't given me a refund yet.

I got the items a few days later, informed my bank, and returned the items to Alloy on 1/24. I asked for a refund and was told it could take up to 75 days. The bank returned the money to them on 3/4/22. I've reached out multiple times and keep getting the same response of "it can take up to 75 days". I tracked the package with FedEx and saw that it got to their warehouse on 4/27 and someone named DDavis signed for it. I called customer service and gave them the tracking number, date, time, and the name of the person who signed for it. I asked why I hadn't gotten an email saying they got the package. The lady on the phone checked the address and said they got it, but I won't get an email until they scan it into their system. She said it takes about 10 business days. It's been a while now and I still haven't gotten an email or my money back. I'm not happy about it.

I tried to cancel my online order just 5 minutes after placing it, but the representative said they couldn't cancel orders. They told me to return the package once it arrived. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery, so I called Alloy again. They told me to take the unopened package to the carrier and ask them to return it to the sender. I followed their instructions and dropped it off, but later on, the package went missing. I made several phone calls to Alloy, and they told me to contact the carrier to find the package. The carrier couldn't locate it and told me to ask Alloy to file a claim. However, Alloy refused to file a claim and said I had to do it because it was my package. I called the carrier again to file a claim, but they insisted that Alloy should do it. Alloy still refused and told me to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. So, I did as they suggested. Unfortunately, my credit card company denied my dispute. I reached out to Alloy once more, and they said that since I contacted my credit card company, it's no longer their responsibility. All I want is a refund of $208.81 for the returned order.

Being a long time customer of Alloy Apparel & Accessories, I have a serious issue with their latest business conduct where they are not honoring the advertised price. I spent hours gathering, shopping, and selecting these items today, November 25, 2022. Since I am a tall lady, most of my items came from Alloy Apparel. I would like them to take accountability for their bad advertising and honor the price that was advertised, booked, and confirmed. I set an alarm to wake up and get my items for Black Friday shopping. I completed this order in the morning at 8:30 am with a total of $515.24. Somehow, several hours later after I received my order confirmation, Alloy cancelled my order. I called and emailed searching for answers to what they advised as a system glitch on pricing. It is unfair and unacceptable to just cancel it after I placed a contract with you, I submitted payment, and then the order was successfully confirmed several hours ago. I called and spoke to a representative in the call center and she told me it was their fault and that they are now out of some items and my total should be higher. She hung up before telling me any new total, and there has been a delay in response via email leading me to believe they are not trying to address this issue. Please reinstate the order accordingly as it is unacceptable to break the confirmed contract I had with this company. Please do the right thing and honor the advertised, accepted, and confirmed prices from my order.

Money is tight right now and I really need that money.
