I placed an order which included 3 pair of shoes. I only received one pair. They refunded me for the 2 pair I didn't receive; said they were out of stock. The one pair (sandals) I did receive, upon putting them on and taking several steps they came apart. I didn't get to wear them. I immediately took photos and sent an email with the photos to the company and have sent several since. They keep telling me they have already refunded the shoes . I have given them the product numbers to clarify that yes I did receive the refund for the 2 pair but not the 3rd pair which was defective. They keep sending me the same emails. One email stated to send back and me pay for the shipping. I told them I paid for the shipping for the defective shoes once and whoever sent them to me knew they were defective. When I took a closer look I could tell that they were dry rotted and they should for the shipping not me. I have repeatedly asked for my refund and they keep telling me they have refunded for the "out of stock shoes" ( which is true for the 2 pair but not the 3rd pair). I placed the order on July the 8th for $73.90. They refunded me $34.96 for the 2 pair that was out of stock, (# [protected], and [protected]-2). The sandals which were defective has not been refunded # [protected]-2.

I ordered 4 dresses, and I did receive them, but the sizes your so off, it was terrible. I have sent email after email, with no response. It says that the returns are free, but they won't give me any info on how to return them. I spent a lot of money and would like the free return and refund they offered. I would like to get this figured out. I know they are a scam company now, after the order. I ordered the dresses on March 8, 2021. The outfits I ordered were not as they described. I have asked for my tracking number to be sent to me again, to see if I can fix it that way, but no response.

I place an order 2 + weeks ago, they advertise 1-3 days order will be shipped. I am still waiting for order just to be shipped! Email is down they say for maintenance and they won't respond to anything! I even tried to contact them via Facebook & nothing! I have NO trust in them now! Too Shady! I ordered merchandise from dresshead.com on 10/11/20, order# 436931, in the amount of $67.90 which I paid with my debit card. This order arrived today, 10/21/20. I don't like the items I ordered and want to return the merchandise. I was unable to find or contact the Return Dept. on dresshead.com, nor was I able to substantiate a way to contact dresshead.com Customer Service as per their online instructions. No phone number is available for me to call DressHead directly. I'm concerned I won't be able to return the clothing and receive a full refund. Return policy
I placed 2 separate orders, when I received the first order, all of the items were the wrong size. The size chart indicated one size but when they arrived the sizes were not the same. I paid using my credit card and both payments totaled over $250.00 were paid and charged through PayPal on their end. I've emailed them for over 3 weeks requesting a return address but to no avail. They (Lucia) refused to process a refund but did offer $40.00, as a peace offer. I find this offer insulting and this company I feel is a scam operating here in California but all of their merchandise is coming out of Hong Kong. On their website it states "free returns unlimited". This company needs to be shut down by the Attorney General, The better Business Bureau has investigated and find this company not rated by them and over 21 complaints about the same thing.
Poor quality and no return address
I ordered three items, all the same size - medium.
I am actually small size but understand the sizing was likely to be smaller. Unfortunately the two dresses were way too small and the top too big.
Also, the quality is very poor.
I emailed if I could return and receive a reply from Lucia saying, yes, but I had to return to their Hong Kong warehouse at my cost. They did not provide the Hong Kong address and its not on their website.
I emailed again asking for the address but two weeks later I am still waiting for a reply.
If you check their website, each item has a 'Write a Review" but its been turned off. Then if you go to the Feedback page, it only has good reviews. They are obviously selecting which reviews to show.
I do not believe this is a very reputable company so, be very sure before buying from them.
Untruthful return policy
I purchased three articles of women's clothing that are made so small, they can fit my skinny 12 yr old granddaughter, ( girls size 10-12). When I inquired about a return, they emailed me a message that I'd have to return them to Hong Kong, and left no return address. They say on their website, they have an easy return policy, and now I see that's not true. After this experience, I don't think I will ever buy online from a company again, unless I know for sure they are based in the USA.

They do not do returns. As you can see from their site there is no return address. When you e-mail them they reply nice and say to return to HONGKONG address but they will never give you that address. I went back and forth over and over again but they will not give you the address in Hongkong. You need pay the shipping fee to return to us. u an address to send it to in HONG KONG this is their answer...

An item I ordered
These are the worst people to do business with. When you try to contact them it takes days for them to get back to you. Every time they reply it's like there just literally repeating themselves, they are not customer friendly. I didn't receive an item and they refused to refund the money, they just over and over again kept saying the same thing. Horrible.
They kept saying my item was delivered and I never received my item and I never signed anything from it. I contacted my post office and they told me to contact the company. I was going back and forth trying to get things solved and than today I get an email saying the post office needs to write and clarify the item was lost in the mail before hey can do anything about it.
Won't refund for 2 items
My daughter lisa laymon ordered me im her mother linda laymon it was billed to her debit card on sept 2018 I received the dresses I tryed them on they did not fit way to big so on dec 3 2018 I sent them back in my daughters name and we emailed them and told them that we was returning the dresses and we wanted the refund put back on her debit card jan 5 2019 we emailed them to find out about refund they said they havent received them I have a tracking number it says they received the package on dec 6 2018 I have the receipt that I sent the dresses back and tracking number from the post office
