Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order took over a month to get here and it arrived missing half the items and they still won't respond to me. I filed a fraud charge on my card so hopefully I can get my money back since they won't reply. Please do not order from them unless you want to wait several months for shipping and only receive part of your order. Believe the bad reviews this company is terrible.
Terrible return policies
Terrible return policies. I ordered the wrong size and notified customer service immediately. A couple days later, customer support said they can only cancel orders and not change sizes. The order was shipped within an hour or so, which was not enough time for me to make any changes. They charge very high shipping fees for very overpriced clothes. They couldn't make any exception even after I've spent > $500 with them. Never shopping with this company again. Be warned!
Missing multiple items I paid for with no response from the customer service in months. Shipping took 2 months to get into Canada even though I paid for shipping and then they cant respond to an email where I kindly asked if my missing items were being sent separately or if I should be expecting a refund.. Check the comments on their IG feed before you buy for the first time, I wish I did.
I made an AlphaleteEU order from EU country and toll still demands me to pay another VAT, since AlphaleteEU are unwilling to provide them the IOSS number. The fun thing is that the IOSS number exist, but AlphaleteEU won't answer me and provide the number. Time is coming up and I must pay another VAT (like 30 extra euros) soon, because AlphaleteEU support is hibernating. Nice.

I received an email confirmation of my return on 1/11 and was told the return should take no more than 7 business days. I emailed support on Tuesday 1/19 asking for an update on the refund and have received no response. It has been more than 7 days since my return. Due to the poor follow up and processing of my return, I will not shop here again.

Took forever to get a return shipping label created in which case these leggings sat in their original packaging waiting. Keep in mind a corner of the original packaging was destroyed in their initial mailing. I returned these leggings in the original packaging plus a box for added protection, and when I finally received a "return review" email I was told they were covered in multiple stains and I would not receive a refund. These were tried on once? They weren't even wearable? The only possible "stains" would be dust. First and only ever experience with this company and they are running a scam. Size chart isn't accurate either, I would suggest sizing up. I have never had this problem with a return before in my life, nor am I some disgusting person that wears clothes and tries to return for money.

Do NOT order from this company. Their customer service isn't just bad it actually does not exist. I ordered some leggings. They took a month to arrive. When I finally received them they were faulty and I tried to contact the company. I have been trying to contact them for over a month and no one has helped me or responded. They are happy to take your money, but don't care if you actually get a product for that money. I truly hope that no one orders from them and they go out of business so other people don't keep wasting money on overpriced leggings that never show up or show up months later with issues.

I purchased a pair of leggings for my wife on 1/6/2022 and 1/11/2022 said they were delivered. I was working from home that day and said they delivered at 11pm on 1/11/2022 and got the confirmation email at 10am. That is not a red flag, I do not know. I sent an email to the support team on 1/12 with no response, I followed up on 1/14, 1/16, 1/18, and 1/20 with no response. If I would have read the reviews on *** and other places about this company, I would have never ordered from them. After this experience, I am never ordering again from this company. I understand that shipping mishaps happen but to get no acknowledgement from the company at all, just blows my mind.

They informed me they could not help me and I needed to contact UPS, however UPS can't change an address until a failed delivery. I then contacted Alphalete again to cancel my order. They told me they couldn't cancel it because it had shipped even though it was less than 10 hours after placing my order and a Sunday. UPS customer service confirmed that my package was still in the Alphalete warehouse and had not been picked up yet. They also told me that when they tried to go in and change the shipping label, Alphalete had placed security restrictions on my package meaning the only thing they could do was misdeliver and have my package go back to Alphalete. I should be given a refund for this and their customer service is horrible. There isn't even a phone number to call.

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. Let me begin by saying, I ordered during their birthday sale back in the beginning of February. I followed my package through the tracking number for about a month (understanding that due to COVID shipping would be delayed). About a month later I discovered that my order had been rejected at customs (due to Alphalete not properly filling out the forms). Then I found out that this is the case for THOUSANDS of Canadian customers. Since then, we have received one email letting us know we can request the items to be reshipped or refunded. As someone who still wanted the workout gear, I asked for reshipment. It is now over 2 weeks later and I still have not received a new shipping number. PLUS this company keeps promoting "new releases". Alphalete is being insanely discourteous towards the thousands of customers still waiting for their orders. I will not be buying from this company ever again, and neither should you.

I placed my order 20 minutes after the Black Friday launch
I placed my order 20 minutes after the Black Friday launch. The checkout process was confusing as there seemed to be like a quick pay option when there wasn't which caused me to lose two items. Shipment was scheduled for 7-15 business days and was shipped within the timeframe. I ordered 8 items (about $355 worth) and when I received my package not only was I missing 1 item but 5. Over half of my order was missing. For the first time through purchasing alphalete I had to contact customer service and was surprised to see no customer service line and all communication was done through e-mail. Each correspondence took almost 48 hours only for me to elect to get a refund ($255) almost a week after initial contact. I could have chosen to have them resend my missing items as stock allowed but did not want to go through another frustrating week of talking to customer service if all of my items could not be resent. Alphalte has some serious improving to do as far as customer service. If they have millions to invest for a new building those resources may be better spent on adding more employees to their customer service team or even their warehouse team. I am truly disappointed and will not be shopping there until I see an improvement in their customer service. I am not the only one who has experienced such issues with this launch as their entire social media platform is filled with complaints. Another recommendation I have is to include a packing list in their packages. I have never seen a company that doesn't send out a packing list and it makes me feel as a customer, very uneasy. This is unfortunate because I absolutely love their clothes but I will not be buying from them for the foreseeable future. I hope this enlightens the company to listen to the voices of the consumers and take the initiative to reform their customer service group.

I ordered the ***. I was not sure what size to order so I followed the exact measurement guidelines that Alphalete provided and ordered a Men's Medium. Once received, the joggers were too small and I could not wear them. I asked for a return label because they listed the incorrect measurements on their website. I was told that I had to ship them back myself. In order to ship them back, it would cost me $15 which I don't have due to being a full time student.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have ordered from this company many times before and just recently ordered on February 8. I just recently received this order on February 28th. I received two faulty products and I emailed them my concern 5 days ago and I have yet to get an email back about my issues but I continue to see them posting on social media platforms. I feel as if I'm being ignored and I am genuinely shocked at the zero assistance I have received with this awful experience. At this rate, I will be close to the return/refund period and the hundreds of dollars I have spent will be wasted. After much research I have noticed this is happening to many people and has times before, this shows their terrible customer service and they truly just don't care about anyone once items have been purchased. They have stated that the product I did order has been "fixed" so these problems wouldn't arise so with this statement to be false advertising I am unhappy. If I would have known these products would rip I would have never ordered to begin with. The leggings are now completely useless and unwearable. As I am in Canada we have to pay conversion, shipping, and duties for this company so I am spending all of this extra money on a product that should last me longer than 1 wear.

The package has not moved since April 9. Customer contacted UPS on May 2. UPS claims to have transferred package to United States Postal Service. Customer called United States Postal Service and they have claimed to never have received the package. Customer contacted Alphalete Support on May 2 to notify them that the package has been lost and to request a refund for the item. Company contacted customer on May 5 to state that there are delays due to COVID-19 but that the package has been transferred to postal service. Company ignored the details in previous email stating that customer had already contacted the PO and they stated they do not have the package. Customer re-contacted support via email (there is no listed contact number anywhere) to tell them again that the package was never transferred as per the PO. Company repsonded with a generic email stating that packages are just delayed. Company has not looked into the matter, has not provided any support and ignores the client's original support message. I ordered from them early January 2022. Received an order that was NOT MINE. Completely different sizes and products, I have done all I could on the website to get refunded & try and send these products back, but no one has responded to me. I have contacted them on ***. I am out over $100. This company is awful.
