Still haven't received tracking numbers for my products
I have been going back and forth with DressHead support, to the point where they aren't responding. I ordered from this site not knowing the products are being sent from overseas. There were no indications on their site, that would allow me to believe, that I was actually ordering from an overseas merchant.
The website states, that I would receive my products basically within a week, it has been over that, but yet, I still don't have tracking numbers for my other products that I have ordered, they only have sent out one tracking number, pertaining to only one of my orders. I am still awaiting two more tracking numbers.
I emailed support and they responded with some BS, stating that for one of the orders, they were waiting for the shoes to restock. I sent another email in response, telling them to go ahead and send the items and then once the shoes restock, then send them separately, they agreed, but yet it has been 3 days and still no tracking numbers.
I have ordered almost $200 in merchandise from this company and they aren't standing by their claims. Very disappointed in this and once the government reopen, I will definitely be emailing some representatives and filing complaints

I placed my order on December 20th it said 8-15 days I needed it for January 5th got an email saying it will be here on January 10th. I don't need it then the 50th anniversary party I ordered it for will passed by 5 days. I would love to have this overnighted to me for the event. It says in the tracking number that my package is in New Jersey tracking #[protected].

My dress has a whole on it soon as I open the package and tryed it on it also said I would have my dress before November 20 and I got it November 23 which the dress wasn't needed anymore but it's cute so I kept it but i don't want a dress with a whole in it the stitch was completely off I wish to get sent another dress as soon as possible that my mayor problem

Return, horrible product
ordered 3 swim suits. They took 4 weeks. When they arrived I opened packages, 1st one top was very thin and one breast cover larger than other. The bottom made of a nylon Halloween costume material almost. 3 sizes too small and I ordered a larger size. Next two items didn't even have elastic for the waist bands and straps very short. Very pool quality and also smaller by about 4 sizes too small. Very this Halloween material feel. Bad quality. I would never buy again. They do not know U.S sizing.
I ordered 4 pairs of high heels. I didn’t expect the highest quality based on the cost I was paying. But one pair looks entirely hand made...not in a good way. Very disappointed and will not buy from again. When inquiring about a return or their return policy, they (Lucia) stop responding after a short period of time, particularly if you question their response. One pair was canceled as “out of stock” but they didn’t refund me until I asked about it. They shouldn’t charge until they verify stock and prepare the shipment. Dresshead...TOO cheap...beware

Problem with this head once they forgot to tell me that a shirt was missing that I had ordered I emailed him and they refunded the money right away I have ordered three or four times if you order something and it's too small you have to think it's coming from China or Hong Kong those people are tiny you have to order sizes up they have always been good to me they email me right back after I email them and I've never had poor quality clothes the clothes are a little bit different than the picture but you have to understand that I think I get better service from them than Walmart Walmart sends me crap these guys take 16 days to get here but when it gets here it's always packaged nicely and it's a lot better quality than Walmart if you're having a problem with them talk to them nicely they're nice people they've never let me down

I placed a large order ($165, $70 was shipping & taxes) w/Dresshead. The items came and a package of 5 large rocks included.
I ordered about 10 items and 4 of them didn't fit me. I emailed the company (no phone/or other info) Lucinda emailed back. I asked for return info, address, auth number, etc. She replied w/an option to keep everything and give me 2 free gifts on my next order.
I responded, that I don't want there free gift, just a return address. She also said I would have 2 pay for shipping. Said fine, just give me an address where to send back. She wasted a week on ridiculous question.
After 4 additional emails complaining about their service, I still can't get a return address or any info from them.
They have just ignored all my emails. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM DRESSHEAD!

I ordered these items in the beginning of the summer. I have yet to receive either of them. It is the middle of August. I am not going to use these articles for fall and winter. I want a FULL refund forll the items by Tuesday Aug. 14. If this is not solved, I will be forced to seek other means. I should have checked your reviews before I ordered. I purchased several items, order #155274 and the total order was $152.72. I was dissatisfied with a couple of the items. When I inquired about returning the items, I was ask why I wanted to return. They then disputed my reasons and stopped answering my e-mails. I would love to return the items for a refund. I would like them to honor the 100% satisfaction and free unlimited return policies that are on their web-site. If they are not going to honor those policies they should remove them from the site.

I received the 2 shirts I ordered from DressHead and found them to be of substandard quality - the material as well as the sewing and sizing.I immediately contacted DressHead customer service in accordance with the guidance provided on the Terms of Use page on their website.
I was advised that their warehouse was in Hong Kong and in direct conflict with the information provided on their website under the banner "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED Free Returns. UNLIMITED" I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping. I responded asking for the name, address and a phone number of the warehouse where I was to ship the defective shirts. Although I followed up via email on 3 additional occasions, to date, I have still not received this necessary information.
Further, as I have followed all of their terms and conditions as outlined on their website I should not have to pay for the cost to return these shirts period, let alone the cost to ship these shirts all the way back to Hong Kong.Their web site clearly states that US buyers do NOT have to ship their returns all the way back to the country of origin.

I have ordered 20 dresses from you guys eight of them I have not received at all, the order before that I only received two of the three when I looked after I got the order for the white dress that I didn't get it said that it was sold out but I did not get a refund in my account and the other two were the same two that I got in the first order I placed they look like different dresses and had different pictures but were the same ones I already got in my first order, The first order one dress with completely see through and that is not how it was advertised and when I went back to look at this dress and read everything about it it does not say sold in two separate pieces and one dress was too small. Then I ordered one more dress like two weeks ago just to see if I would get that order then I finally got an email back out of the seven or eight emails that I've sent saying that I had to pay for two other orders that were already shipped. Everything I've ever ordered the money have came out of my Account and I have never been refunded for anything I went back and looked in my bank account last night to make sure I never got credited for two orders. So now out of the 20 dresses I never got nine of them plus the one I just ordered equals 10+ the two that were the same that I had equals 12+ the see-through one equals 13 plus the one that was too small equals 14 x 10 of them I have not received at all and four of them needed to be returned which seems impossible with this website. I am one very mad customer right now I need a refund for my 10 dresses and if you told me of a way to send back the four that have never been worn I would do that to! This whole thing is ridiculous that it took like seven emails to get back one reply that made no sense saying that I had to pay for two previous orders that have all been paid and on your website in my account it says everything has been paid. The fact that you guys that it re-find me on the water for three dresses for the one that did not get shipped because it was sold out is nuts and the fact that you guys don't have a phone number is also nuts. And I'm not even going to go there about the eight dresses that were ordered on October 4.

Yes, I just placed an order. It took forever to get a hold of them. Finally they said that I needed a letter written to clarify that my item was lost in the delivered and I didn’t receive it. I went back and forth with them and the post office, each time talking to a different person but every time it was the same thing repeated ridiculous. Horrible people to do business with.

The items I received were terrible and I wasn't going to keep them. So I wanted to return and get a refund.
Contacted them to find out what to do. They said that it was possible, but I had to ship everything at my expense. From the United States to freaking Hong Kong that's who knows where (I mean it's too far away). So the shipping would be too expensive. It's more money than I spent on the items...
