I tried contacting Business T-Shirt Club, Inc. but they don't have a customer service line. It's really frustrating because I wanted to ask about a refund, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone. They won't give me my money back and it's really disappointing.

And when I try to call customer service, it's all automated, so I can't talk to nobody 'bout my problems that keep happenin'. Plus, I ain't that good with computers, so goin' back and forth in emails ain't my thing, especially when I gotta wait forever to get a response.

I'm not sure if this is a scam, but I paid a membership fee to buy T-shirts on a net 30 Account. After paying the fee, they told me that my first order would require a 50% payment. I paid the 50% and placed the order on January 29th, 2022. It's been 11 days and I've been trying to contact the company every day, but I haven't received a response. When I email them, all they say is that someone will get back to me soon, without giving me any answers. They already took the 50% payment of $174.40 from my credit card on January 29th. No one answers their calls, and everything is digital. Since this is supposed to be a net 30 account, the remaining payment should be due in 4 days. However, they are advertising it as net 30, even though the order hasn't been filled yet. This seems like false advertising.

I did everything I was supposed to for this company, like paying on time and telling them what I wanted. But when I tried to email the people who were supposed to help me, they never got back to me. It seems like they don't take me seriously because I'm black and they don't think I'm a real business owner. I think if I were white, they would have done more to help me. This is why black businesses struggle, because they get sabotaged.

On March 11, I ordered some stuff for my business from this company. But, because they can't keep good records, I still haven't gotten my order. And now, they're trying to squeeze more money out of me by threatening to give me a bad rep. Can you believe it? I even sent them emails and voice messages to prove that we had a deal. But guess what? They couldn't even give me the stuff I wanted. So, I had to settle for something else and I placed the order over the phone with one of their reps. The rep even sent me an email saying they would send me two options and remove the one I didn't like. That was supposed to finalize the order.

After waiting for a whole week, I tried to contact them through email and phone, but couldn't reach them. So, I decided to contact my bank and file a dispute. Eventually, I received an invoice and tracking information. When the executive manager, ***, got back to me, I was already on the phone with ***. She sent me an email that made me feel intimidated, warning me about the consequences of being an unhappy customer and criticizing their unprofessionalism and unsatisfactory customer service. I don't want anything from the company, I just don't want to do business with them anymore. I have all the emails and phone records as proof. It's worth noting that the company didn't inform me or take any action until I expressed my disinterest and filed a dispute with my bank, which can be confirmed by my records.

I ordered and paid 50% on July 27th, 2022. My order was split into 5 shipments with two different delivery services. Two of the packages were supposed to be delivered on August 2nd. They claim to have delivered them, but I never received them for some reason. On August 3rd and 4th, I left voicemails about this issue. On August 4th, a "manager" called me, but she wouldn't stop talking long enough to hear my complaint. She said, "You never said anything about not getting a package," even though I mentioned it multiple times. I told her that she couldn't talk and listen at the same time because she kept talking. She continued to interrupt me. I asked to speak with her boss since she's not the owner and didn't hire herself. She refused and said, "I am the manager. I am the supervisor." She wouldn't let me talk to someone with common sense. Now, I'm missing two packages because of this. Another one of the five packages is delayed due to a train derailment, and I don't know when or if it will be delivered. Today is August 4th, which is the 6th business day (not 5 like she claimed) out of the 7 they have to deliver my order. The service I received was completely unprofessional and terrible for business morale and customer service. It seems like this isn't the first complaint about this behavior, but the business chooses not to fix their customer service approach. This is costing people like me, who own a business, time and money because they blame the delivery services and offer no solution.
