Had some problems on their site in finishing payment for items. Support staffer, *** worked quickly to fix it, and we were able to get it settled. Items now here.

The first product shipped to me was defective. Home Town Apparel responded promptly to my complaint and, with no hassle, sent a replacement which is of top quality.

horrible customer service. they do not take phone calls...instead directing you to the website. we have tried to contact them at least 6 times without a response. goods were delivered even though we canceled the order. sending them back. i don't know how they stay in business without communication.

Waited 2 months to receive shirt complained several times and only received a response after threatening to file lawsuit Finally received the shirt only to find the logo was only partially viewable I will never use the company again and the one star I gave was mandatory to leave a review true rating would be a minus star rating

The t-shirt ordered was defective so HomeTown Apparel sent a replacement which unfortunately, was defective as well. The front of t-shirts both had a large faded square (after washing) where the design was ironed on. I contacted the company making them aware that the replacement wasn't wearable either, they haven't answered my requests for a refund.

I wish all companies operated this way. My order came quickly - but with a small flaw that happened during printing. I notified the company and they made I right IMMEDIATELY and generously. Mistakes are normal and to be expected, but being willing to make it right and to follow through is exceptional. I will be ordering again. And I love my sweatshirt! Great quality and fit.

A great Company with great employees. They go the extra mile to take care of their customers.I run a charity football camp that gets 93% of our players college scholarships. And s9ince I scrimmage with them all summer in pads and helmet in 100-degree heat we expect competence and excellence from all of our players. Hometown Apparel and their employees have the traits we demand from our young players. A rare commodity in today's world.

Hometown Apparel was the perfect place for me to shop for a special T shirt for a special GF of *** order. The payment process was made simple and I received an email that the purchase was being processed and shirt was being printed. They advised me that I would receive another email when it was shipped. In a few days that was exactly what I received along with a tracking number.I was anxious for my GF to get it because I knew it would brighten her day and likely have her giggling. So I followed the delivery and it said it was delivered. My GF told me she had not received it. I contacted Hometown Apparel and they were on top of it. I received these personal emails that were quite exceptionally kind and courteous as well as they sent the documentation from *** that it was delivered. Needless to say my GF located the awesome T-shirt that triggered some great memories from our youth! All we ever want from a business when a mishap occurs is to be heard and a helpful hand to help identify what went wrong or in my case that my purchase *** or *** not have been delivered. So thank you to the staff at Hometown Apparel for following through and supporting me as the CUSTOMER.

I wish I could leave a favorable review, but my experience with this company has not been favorable. My husband ordered me a sweatshirt for a Christmas gift. It did not fit properly and a different size would not help the problem. I made arrangements through a customer service rep on their website to return the sweatshirt (value $50) for a t-shirt (value $25). I had to return the sweatshirt at my cost(another $10) and once it was received they would process the requested t-shirt. I would not receive the difference in value of the two items- which was not great, but I agreed to the arrangement. The sweatshirt was returned and tracking showed Hometown received the sweatshirt on January 13th. Here it is Feb 19th, and I am still without a replacement shirt and I also have had no communication from the company since Feb 7th. I have been asked for the replacement information twice- I have given it twice. I have had two "tickets"- one of which was closed by them, so I began another one. Now when I go to log in, it says, *** Address was not found in our records, please try again! " Very frustrating-I have been communicating with them using that email address. I can no longer log in and access the "ticket" which was created. I'm hoping they will see this review and begin communications again so this can be resolved.

We ordered shirts from this company to take as gifts to friends as we live overseas. The website says they typically deliver within 4-7 business days and boasts about their fast delivery. We ordered the shirts 14 business days and 20 total days before our departure. We heard nothing from the company for 7 business days. I wrote the company as i tried to call and they only have a recording that says you have to write them. I asked when the shirts would be delivered. They responded in 24 hours and said they should ship within the week but gave no specifics, only to say they would write me back and let me know within 24 hours. I waited 48 hours and no response came. I wrote back and asked again. I received the same vague response with a promise to write back in 24 hours. After no response for 48 hours i wrote back and explained we needed the shirts by August 6 and if they would not be delivered i wanted to cancel my order. They wrote back and disregarded my request to cancel the order only to say again they would be shipped within the week. 24 hours later i wrote again and said the same thing. Again they disregarded my desire to cancel the order if they would not be delivered on time and said they had messed up some shirts and we're trying to fix them. Then they said they would be shipped that day. I wrote saying they needed to be express shipped because they would not arrive Again no notifications and they were not shipped that day. The next day i wrote back and said i wanted to cancel the order. There was no response for 12 hours then a message comes and says the shirts were shipped. Then the customer service writes back and says they could not cancel the order because the order had been fulfilled and they were sorry they would not write in time and asked me to forgive them. They did not offer a refund or anything. I wrote asking how can I get a refund but of.course no response. So we are leave my the country tomorrow with no shirts and are out *** order from them.
