Cov.Care, whose parent company is Wooter Apparel Inc. is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They do not ship items on time, their customer service responses are slow and worse, they are never correct. They charge upfront, then keep delaying shipment. I had ordered masks to wear on a long flight and did not get them, now having to wear substandard masks on a long flight. I am contemplating on filing an internet fraud complaint. Stay away from this company.

Ordered 27 custom backpacks in October . Received at end of December . Notified the company in January that three were damaged upon arrival, which was within their policy to replace. Have emailed repeatedly, with a plethora of excuses (factory/shipping/QA/etc) and a promise that they would be shipped. It's now been half a year, and still no replacement backpacks. Placed on order for N-95 face masks through Covcare, reportedly a subsidiary of Wooter Apparel, on July ,, received email that confirmed order and purchse amount was instantly billed to my credit card. after 17 days attempted to call Covcare and left messsage--no response, emailed Covcare as per email guidelines--again no response. The only response has been emails stating to place orders as of the writing of this still no response from Covcare or Wooter Apparel confirmation of order indicated shipping in 14-15 days. It has been 25 days with no product shipped and no response to my inquiries

Ordered COVID masks on 5/, due to items would be shipped within 14 days. Called on 5/*** to check on order. Was told it would ship that week. Called on 5/, was told it would ship in 24-48 hours. Called on 5/, was told it would probably ship on 5/. Used live chat on evening if 5/, was told it was awaiting fulfillment, this was all the information they had. Called on 5/, Edna tells me that they are waiting on something, could not understand her. This is sad. Consumers are in need of thus type product and then you get scammed. Of all things to pull this on, masks for protection for my family. Why would they not tell me several weeks ago ? I would have had the chance to order somewhere else. No, they elect to keep my money and lie to me. Unacceptable. I am going to contact our AG, to report this, as well. Your help is appreciated.

My basketball organization ordered uniforms from Wooter
My basketball organization ordered uniforms from Wooter. They were very demanding for full payment before starting the order. As much as I thought this was odd since prior uniform suppliers at most asked for 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. Regardless, we paid the full $8000 upfront. First issue was the original delivery date was missed and the excuse was the uniforms were made outside of the US and Covid delayed delivery. The interesting part of this is the fact that they initially said uniforms were produced in America. When we finally get the uniforms we were missing uniforms for 2 players, several numbers were duplicated, sizes were off, and 2 players received 2 uniforms with different names spellings. I have contacted the salesman, customer service, and the owner. Not 1 person has addressed the situation. They need to fix their mistakes

We placed our team order on August 9th. We would have been able to place our order on 8/but their website platform was not able to accept hat sizing. We were told 3-4 weeks. We are at the 4th week. Here are the issues: 1. We do not have our hats (despite multiple attempts no one can tell me where they are/when they will arrive) 2. We do not have our bat bags (despite multiple attempts no one can tell me where they are/when they will arrive) 3. All of the adult shirts ordered do not fit. (17) total shirts. Coaches shirts and parents shirts. I have tried vigorously over the last 24 hours to get someone on the phone that cares enough and is competent enough and has enough authority to help get this resolved. I am out of patience and need to speak with a decision maker ASAP. We are scheduled to play in a tournament this weekend. We do not have hats, bat bags or coaches and parents shirts. The shoulder and sleeve length of the adult shirts is completely unsatisfactory.

We placed our order on March ***. We told the guy Christian everything we wanted including two separate uniforms not reversible. A couple of sizes were missing so we updated that. On March *** we received an email saying that the order was being made. Right away I tried to contact Christian because the order was wrong, the uniforms were reversible. Christian told me he no longer worked for the company and so I called the corporate number. I was told on around March *** that it was fixed and in the *** I was told I would get an updated invoice. Never got updated invoice. Then the factories were shut down because of COVID. I was very understanding with this just asked for updates in the process. Then I tried to get a refund since there was no timeliness on getting the items. All of sudden months later they were saying the items were in advanced production stage when shut down happened so no refund. I have asked to speak to managers, hasn't happened. I still don't have uniforms. No one gives a straight answer.

Good afternoon, My name is John and I donated 10,000 KN95 masks to parts of Italy lacking masks. I bought these through Wooter Apparel/CoveCare, prepaying $25,000 on May 14th. The invoice indicated a refundable order if undelivered and an average shipping time of 5-7 business days. The masks were to ship in early April, with a CoveCare rep promising a 7-10 day delivery. They arrived on June 18th. Due to the delay, on June 4th, Wooter/CoveCare agreed to refund me $2,500, to be processed post-shipment confirmation. It's been over two months since they confirmed receipt, yet I haven't received my refund. Despite numerous calls and emails inquiring about the refund, I'm repeatedly told it's 'being worked on' and that I'll receive it soon.

I placed an initial in June. The initial contact was fine. Then, .it waivered A LOT. We placed a second order literally days after the 1st in early June. Jason forgot to place the order. Ok, fine. 3 weeks later is when he finally told me that it was not done. We got a new invoice started and paid. We're now in early July at this point. I emailed for weeks to get a status on the orders. He kept saying "it should be done this week" or "let me check on that for you." After I threatened with legal actions, he finally told me that the order was not placed and there was a delay at the factory. He said that he no longer works in that /department. I demanded that a refund be processed (7//2020). He assured me that the refund was processed on that day. Tday is 8//20, and I have not received notification that the refund has been processed, and of course, I don't have the refund. Jason will not respond to my many attempts. I have called customer service so many times, and either no one answers or I get hung up on. A few times, I was told that a call back request was placed and I never received a call. All I want is my money back for the orders that I have I have not received, so that I can order more uniforms.

I am a dealer for Wooter Apparel. I have had an organization place a order through me to wooter. The order seemed to be on track till sizing of what uniforms came in was off. There are close to 50 pieces in this order messed up. One my rep tells me that the jerseys in my sizing kit are mislabeled size wise, days before I fit the organization. So he tells me if they try an adult size med its actually an adult small. Mistake 1 on that. I dont have time to get a new kit here. He says it's ok I'll fix the sizes. I asked if he was sure on this he says yes. Problem # 2 pants dont fit at least 24 pair. I watched and sized these kids. With coaches and parents also made them sign off on paper stating thier sizes. #3 issues they wont fix with out pictures. Well I got a pic today they talked to the head of the organization and I still have no. Answer. This is a $15000 order. They play next week in Louisville Ky. I need and want what is wrong fixed. If it is not fixed this organization of 2 world series teams and top 50 nationally ranked will have to cancel a qualifying tournament. Also as the dealer I have made no money due to this issue. I have kept the sizing kit in my posession wich is my profit. As my customers have not been taken care of. Also no one can seem to connect me any management. This is unprofessional. They have the orginizations money. I am holding wooter accountable for this. I want higher ups involved and fixing this. A week and a half has gone by to fix this so. I need product in hand by next Thursday. They waisted time. If I lose this it will be because of wooter. Fix the issue. I want . I CANT AND WILL NOT LIE TO MY CUSTOMERS SO YOU THEY SHOULDNT EITHER. This order was 560 pieces.

In May I ordered 20 jerseys for my softball team through Jason L the account manager that we worked with to come up with a design. We received our order on June *** and had problems with the jerseys fit. I notified Jason and he asked for pictures so I e-mailed him pictures on June ***. After the pictures were sent Jason did not respond to the e-mail so we contacted Wooter support on June ***. After trying to get an answer from Wooter support Jason contacted me on August *** and asked me to ship one of the uniform shirts we received from them and one of our current uniforms to Alex Kagan the operations manager. After I sent the uniforms I heard nothing back from Jason, Wooter support, or Alex. In the past two months I have contacted Wooter support weekly and every time I speak with a new person who gives me different information. Jason dose not return any phone calls or respond to any e-mails I send despite Wooter support telling me he still works for the company. Wooter support tells me I will hear back from them by a certain time and I hear nothing until I call again. We love the designs that Wooter came up with for us but we can not use the jerseys at all none of them fit. Wooter support refuses to pass me onto a manager or anyone who can give me any answers. After trying to deal with Wooter support and Jason for over a year now we want a refund as it has been made clear that they will not fix this problem. I have told them that we want a refund and they said they started the process but I have heard nothing from them since I called them last on July ***. I have copies of all e-mail correspondence between Jason and myself as well as all the e-mails I have sent to Wooter support and received no response to.
