shoeline.com Disappointing Experience with Shoeline.com: Incorrect Order Received and No Returns Allowed

I've been a customer of shoeline.com for a while now and I've always been satisfied with my purchases. I usually order nylons from them and they always arrive on time and exactly as I ordered them. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing.

I ordered 5 nylons in EE Black, but what I received was one EE Black and four B Nearly Nude. It was not even close to what I ordered. I was really disappointed because the packing list inside clearly showed what my order should have been. I was hoping to get the nylons I needed, but instead, I got something completely different.

To make matters worse, I was outside the 30-day window for returns. I always order my nylons in advance so that I am never without them, so I didn't realize the mistake until it was too late. I was really frustrated because I had spent my hard-earned money on something that I couldn't even use.

Overall, my experience with shoeline.com this time was not good. I hope they can improve their quality control and make sure that customers receive exactly what they ordered. It's a waste of money and time when mistakes like this happen.

shoeline.com Mixed Experience with Shoeline.com: Fair Prices and Good Service, but Returns Policy Needs Improvement

Shoeline.com is a decent website to buy shoes from. The prices are fair and the service is good. However, I had a bit of a problem with returns. Unfortunately, they did not accept my returns, which left me with two pairs of boots that I didn't really like. I'm wearing them now, but it's not ideal.

I have to admit that the boots were a little bit worn when I returned them. But I've had better luck with other companies like Zappos and Sheplers, who accepted returns that were clearly worn and modified. This allowed me to fine-tune which boots I really wanted.

Overall, Shoeline.com is a good company. However, I have to disagree with their claim of "Easy Returns." Compared to other companies in the same industry, their returns policy is not easy at all. So, if you're looking for a website with easy returns, you might want to look elsewhere.

shoeline.com Shoeline.com Review: Poor Customer Service and Confusing Return Policy

I recently made a purchase from shoeline.com and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered a size 8.5, but when my shoes arrived, they were in a W8.5 box and clearly too wide for my feet. I promptly sent them back, but was disappointed to wait three weeks for a replacement pair. To my dismay, the replacement shoes were also in a W8.5 box, even though the label said 8.5.

When I called customer service to inquire about returning the shoes, I was told that they were a final sale item. This was news to me, as I had not seen any indication of this during the purchase process or when I returned the first pair. After explaining that I had received the wrong size again, I was finally able to return the shoes.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with shoeline.com. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was frustrated by the lack of communication and clarity regarding their return policy. I will not be ordering from this company again, as there are many other shoe companies out there that offer better customer service and more transparent policies.

I recently made a purchase on shoeline.com for a pair of nursing shoes. I was excited to receive them and try them on, but unfortunately, after wearing them for only half an hour, I realized they were a half size too big. They kept slipping up and down my feet, making it difficult to walk comfortably. I was disappointed that I had spent $71.95 on shoes that didn't fit properly.

I decided to return the shoes for a smaller size, hoping that the next pair would fit better. However, when I received the shoes back from Shoeline, I was informed that they could not honor my return because the soles had been marked up. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from shoeline.com and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. The shoes were not wide enough for my feet and I could only try them on once before realizing they were too narrow. I promptly returned them and requested a refund.

However, I was disappointed to find out that my refund was not processed for weeks. When I called the customer service, they informed me that the shoes were damaged and therefore, they could not accept the return. This was frustrating as I had only tried them on once and there was no way they could have been damaged.

I was out of $98 and felt scammed by the company. I would not recommend purchasing from shoeline.com as their customer service and quality of products are not up to par. Be cautious and do your research before making a purchase from this company.

I waited for a response from them regarding the return but didn't hear back, so I decided to give them a call today. The customer service representative informed me that the warehouse never carried the shoes I ordered. However, I believe that someone may have returned them and they were sent out to me by mistake.

During the call, the customer service representative mentioned that they don't switch shoes, which I never accused them of doing. After reading other reviews on this website, I agree with the other customers who have had negative experiences with shoeline.com. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

In light of these issues, I plan to contact my credit card company and Amazon to file a complaint. I also received an email from shoeline.com advising me to return the shoes and contact my credit card company if I have any issues. I will be sure to follow their advice and let other sites they sell on know about my experience.

However, upon receiving the shoes, I realized that they were actually women's size 10 and not the men's size that I needed. My father always warned me about buying things sight unseen, and I should have listened to him. I recently made a purchase on shoeline.com and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. I ordered a pair of shoes and waited patiently for a sent notification, but it never came. I tried messaging the customer service team, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. They kept telling me to wait longer, even though the 2-3 business day window had already passed.

After waiting for five business days, I decided to call customer service. I was promised a call back within 24 hours, but I never received one. To make matters worse, the money I had paid for the shoes was put on hold and then returned to my account, leaving me unsure if I would even receive the shoes.

However, to my surprise, the shoes magically appeared on my doorstep that day. Two days later, I finally received a shipping number and the money disappeared from my account again. The whole experience was odd and unprofessional.

This website ain't the best when it comes to returns. They make it hard for you to send back your shoes. I never got no email with a return label and when I tried to return my shoes after 30 days, they said no way. I tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times before the 30 days was up, but they didn't answer me. If you want better shoes and service, go to Zappos or Amazon. They're way better.

So, I was pretty disappointed when I got a coupon from shoeline.com that was expired. I mean, come on, it was from 2015 and I ordered in 2017! That's just not cool. So, I ordered some boots from shoeline.com and they arrived on March 14th. However, when I tried them on, they were too big for me. So, I sent them back the very next day, March 15th, in the original box as they had requested. I even have the tracking number to prove that they received the boots. But, to my disappointment, they refused to exchange the boots for a smaller size. They claimed that the boots had been worn, but I only put them on briefly to check the size before repackaging and sending them back. I am very unhappy with this experience and have had to ask my credit card company to dispute the charge. It's a shame that shoeline.com couldn't have been more accommodating.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on Shoeline.com. I mean, I was all excited to get my new kicks ASAP, so I shelled out the extra dough for "Next Day" shipping. But guess what? My shoes didn't show up until three whole days later! What a bummer, right?

So, I figured I'd reach out to customer service and see if I could get a refund for the extra shipping cost. But nope, they weren't having it. They basically told me that it was my own fault for not reading the fine print or something. Talk about a letdown.

Anyway, I'm not saying you shouldn't shop on Shoeline.com or anything. I'm sure they've got some decent shoes and whatnot. But just be careful if you're thinking about paying extra for "Next Day" shipping. 'Cause who knows when you'll actually get your stuff.

I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with shoeline.com. I bought some shoes online and when they arrived, they just weren't what I was expecting. So, I decided to return them. But when I sent them back, shoeline.com said they couldn't accept the return because there was a scuff on the shoes. Can you believe that? I never even wore the shoes!

I tried to get in touch with shoeline.com to sort things out, but they never got back to me. So, I reached out to Amazon, where I bought the shoes, and they're investigating the situation. It's just crazy to me that shoeline.com would try to pull a fast one like this.

I'm really disappointed in the whole experience. It's just not right to treat customers like this. I won't be shopping at shoeline.com again, that's for sure.

So, I was really excited to get my hands on a new pair of shoes from shoeline.com. I went ahead and preordered them, but the next day I got an email saying that my order was cancelled because the shoes were "out of stock". I was really disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation. It seems like this company doesn't have their act together and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer service, they were no help at all. It was like talking to a brick wall. I couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. It's really too bad because there are so many other companies out there that are much better at providing good customer service.

Overall, I would say that shoeline.com is a pretty sad little company. They don't seem to know what they're doing and they're definitely not worth your time or money. If you're looking for a good pair of shoes, I would suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that are much better than shoeline.com.

I had a bit of a problem with Shoeline.com recently. I cancelled an order, but the next day they went ahead and shipped it anyway. UPS put it on hold, which was a bit of a hassle. shoeline.com they never refunded

Hey, Shoeline, maybe you stop hiding from me and give me my money back? Didn't you think of this option, huh?
A couple of months ago I ordered Isola Women's Delta Boots, Style: 6415901, about 100 dollars worth. They were ok but too big, so I returned them and asked for a refund. It's been 6 weeks. No reply from them, no money. Hello? Did you forget about me?
Be ready for tons of emails from me, because I'm gonna piss you off until ou refund. I'm being serious.

Hi Susan.

Did you receive an R.A. (Return Authorization) number before sending the merchandise back? The assumption that a company may offer a refund, either full or partial, might be a mistake. Receiving such approval before shipping merchandise back is just a good way of clarifying that they're okay with the return and are expecting it on their end. It may have been that your package landed at some location without any way of tracing what was intended, thus becoming lost.

shoeline.com Never again!

I have ordered a pair of shoes from www.shoeline.com and returned them because of the incorrect size. Customer service rep assured me I'll get my money back but now they said they cannot accept the shoes back because I have already worn them!
How could I wear something that was at least two sizes smaller? I only tried them on and put back into the package.
I even paid some extra for the return shipping and they refuse to refund me! Never again!
