The Apparel Group Levi’s Dubai Hills price on sticker different from charged

I purchased Levi’s jeans at Dubai Hills mall and after the transaction realized that I was charged more than the sticker price. The promo price on the sticker was 239 AED, while I was charged 239. The store manager Kareem said that the system price is 299 and he is not concerned about the sticker price. I felt deceived and very upset. The price difference was not given to me.

Desired outcome: Refund of 60 AED so that I pay the sticker price.

The Apparel Group Aldo bag

I bought Aldo bag from Dubai for my sister and she didn't like the color of the bag and I went to exchange in Dalma mall Aldo accessories, unfortunately I misplaced my receipt but the condition of the product was very good I didn't even open from the packet and I request them to help me but they are very rude and they were asking me where and when you bought the bag I gave all the information I bought it from deira city center on 4th of November but still they told me we cannot take receipt from DCC I don't know anyone there we don't have any friends out there how we could check but still I request them but they denied and one lady who is short height looks like Asian talked with me very rude way she told me go to other store so is this the service that your store is given ? Very disappointed 😡

Good Afternoon ! My name is Jessica
I m regular customer for Aldo, last time I visited Zahia mall.I got shock because of staff .One of your staff was assist me, I don't know her name but she is short and look like Asian! Her customer service was very bad, she was acting like if you don't want to buy just go.I was taking time to choose and buy for me and my husband, but even the way how she was behave to me I w not come back

its so sad, ur filipina staff or even the egyptian staff in birkenstock dubai outlet mall branch are taking the new stocks and selling it outside.
iam regular customer of outlet mall birkentstock now dissapointed that i cannot buy anymore good design...
even that nepali manager / supervisor they know what they are doing
and up of that... that filipina lady she was using her staff discount and selling birkenstock here in uae and philippines...
she is competing with ur brand..
i have proof for that filipina lady that she was doing this business... and that egyptian guy i dont have evidence but i can prove...

if u need proof i cam send and testify that whole truth

The Apparel Group Anta shoes

I went to ccc store around 10:30 to buy a shoes and when I found my need I have asked the sales to asset me to get the box of the second pair but he said he didn't found and I went to ask all the stuff but really everyone have no idea where's the other pair is it possible to display one pair of shoes and you don't have the bother pair I wonder which kind of customer service is it

The Apparel Group Aeropostale

Dear,

I want to complain about the Aeropostale Store in Nakheel Mall (Riyadh).
I did some shopping on 01/04/2021 Invoice # T3HH141CR113113EX4ATRM9 as attached.

Firstly want to mention about a jeans offer when i entered the store there was a tag of 99 SAR on the Jeans, but when i selected the jeans and went to the counter they charged me 114 SAR when i asked the sales person couple of times there was a 99SAR tag he said no sir it's 114 SAR and the tag in red was removed already which is in attached picture.

Second issue was with a T shirt which was damage (hole) i had to go back today to the Aeropostale store and exchange the T shirt which was done smoothly but it wasted my time and had to rush as today was the last day, to exchange, if i would have not seen it would have not got accepted later.

Was really disappointed with these 2 things.

Hi we were denied the entertainer discount when enquired at this particular branch.
The rules clears shows the exemption is applicable only for the national day and we came on the 3rd of December 2020.

The Apparel Group Athletes co

I visited athelets co store mirfiff city center few days back the indian lady there didnt attendet me properly her body language was one of the worst I ever saw busy in her cell phone she is not deserving to work in such a reputed company and brand no scence of customer service I will never ever visit that brand or buy anything from athlets co store any more

The Apparel Group The customer service

I would like to complaint about the service of Tommy Hilfiger brand in Mall of the Emirates. The service was provided by the Store Manager who didn't wanna mention his name even. He was very rude and unprofessional. As a loyal customer of this high brand I can't accept such service specially from the Store Manager who is handling such position and not able to be professional. I wanted to purchase a wallet with the discount and wanted to pay half cash and half through credit card. However they found out my cash is a bit damage. The explanation is very rude as well. Still I bow down and agreed to pay by credit card and just said what kind of service is this? And store manager take out my credit card asked me to leave the store without completing my purchase which is not acceptable at all. Therefore I would like to bring your immediate attention and take an action about this situation. If your Store Manager during this pandemic time treating customer like this, I can't imagine how he is treating the customer during rush hours.

I just want to complain regarding the all apparel staff here in al ain.even we are working in the mall we are buying too, but the staff keep telling us dont come inside because its counting?even we are staff in the same mall if we go and inter there shop we are customer also.but the attitude of the waiving and tell us dont come.!

The Apparel Group refund of money

According to their false promises unfortunately I took their membership, but soon I realised this is a fraud company, I tried cancel the membership becoz of their negligence and poor service before 6 months. still they didn't give us money back. They are not taking my calls after i cancel the membership. Now I am planning to complaint against them to Dubai police, as I feel no other solution.

The Apparel Group all about watches after sales service and wrong commitment for warranty

Hi
I bought a gshock watch in Dec'16 for approx AED 1, 200
I was told that it has a warranty for 5 years by the salesman
The date of expiry of the warranty was not mentioned anywhere and when i asked for it, the sales staff told me that all the info is in the stamp and no need to worry.
the watch had some issue & I went to the store on 24th August 2018
on the 1st instance, the lady was not accepting it at all saying that the then sales staff lied and it has 1 yr warranty.
then she accepted it as non-warranty & kept it for a month without repairing.
After 3 phone calls and without any positive response, I collected it back on 28th September in the same condition as it was given.
whenever I called, there was a different reason like "I have raised the issue to the brand manager", "G shock guys are not collecting it from our store"
that's brilliant after sales service to a loyal customer of apparel group.
I have bought at least 10 watches from All about watches in the last 3 years and this is what I get back in terms of after-sales service.
This is really not at all acceptable and somewhere the whole apparel group gets the same image for after-sales service.

The Apparel Group I didn't get the delivery, 15 days are over

I had purchased the sketcher shoes from mall of emirates store on 5 may 2018, and it was told to me by mr. San (salesman) that it will be delivered to my home address due to non-availability of size.

Now, 15days are over and no one in the store is confirming that when I 'll get the delivery for which I have already paid.

Whenever I am calling on landline number ([protected]), I am getting on hold and lastly, the recipient will tell that they will get back to me in a couple of minutes.

Is this the standard of customer service at the apparel group?

The Apparel Group I am so proud of birkenstock's lady in sahara centre sharja.

I always wear Birkenstock shoes only because of my health problem. I do shopping from UAE because in Kuwait they don't have many styles. When I reached Sahara center mall I saw advertisement as its opened in ground floor. I was really happy and I inter the Birkenstock shop. They was three people in side the store. One fat boy and two ladies. The one long, thin and have chocolate color so beautiful lady assisted me . She looks like happy. She helped me too much she bring me more than 15 boxes with different styles. She have fast movement in the floor. I was looking her co-workers no one tired to help her. Both was chatting in their mobiles. I guested her nationality but she have unique beauty I asked her "Are you from USA ?" She was laughing and told me as she is from Eritrea but her dream country is USA. She is so friendly girl she forced me to make surprise for my wife because of new collections. It was not my plan. But when she said the word "SURPRISED" I feel something inside. I bought to my wife and my kids also. And she brings me sprays. I asked her "Is it free?", She said " Ya its only 29 and 25 Dilhams" with her smiling face. I bought it I dont have time to do spray brush but am so happy about her help and the way she assisted me. When I tried all the shoes the floor was full of cartons and pair of shoes she dont care about it she focused how to sale it only. No one came and help her I feel bad because her budget is written in learning. I asked her why you are more experienced and you budget is IN'LEARINING ...she told me as she is new and she is in learning. When I saw her co-workers its written they names I feel shame of the managers. If she is in learning why they didnt help her even one box? whats the meaning of in learning in that store? They was chatting in their cellphones whose in learning? SHAME OF MANAGERS IN SHARJAH STORE.
When I was finished all shopping she thanks me in amazing way ...
Its my first time I saw hard worker girl in Birkenstock because I visited Abu Dhabi Deira city Centre Al GhuraDubai mall...almost all
But I am thinking still now all the staff gets they salary the same her? If I had power I wish I could give her all they staff's salary for her. She is shinning as sun as.

The Apparel Group On 50% off the item i bought it a few days before sale

hello,
I am living in Fujairah, UAE. And I purchased handbag from Charles & Keith on 15 Dec 2012 located in the Fujaira city center. It costed AED349. After a week (perhaps less than one week) I went to the same shop, I saw it's on part sale. I was relieved to see the same item I bought was'nt there. The shopper said new items are exclusive. But I went Dubai, I saw the same item I bought is 50% off sale. It's too much to be quiet. I don't understand that only only some days later you will do sale but no any information to be given to customers. you'll say that I don't have luck?
Let us wait some days, I think this is correct thing you should do. I'm really disappointed in your shop.
