I should have read the reviews before I ordered from ClothingMonster. I placed my order on June 16th and they took my money right away. Today is July 14th and I just got an email from them saying that half of my order is out of stock and will never be back in stock. I still haven't received the shirt they said they shipped. I ordered these items as gifts two weeks before I needed them and the company assured me that I would have them in time. Now the gifts are two weeks late and still haven't arrived. I'm really annoyed! I just checked my tracking and they didn't even ship the one shirt until July 9th, two days after I filed a dispute with Paypal. I wish I could give them less than one star. Be careful when buying from them!

I bought this dope XL Beagle Portrait T shirt from ClothingMonster on Feb 1 and it took like 10 days to get to me. But when I finally got it, it was like the size of a medium or something. I could barely get it over my head and the material felt like I was wearing a canvas tent. And the portrait on the shirt felt like it was painted on with some heavy duty paint or something. So I hit up ClothingMonster to return it and get my money back. But it took them like a couple oof weeks to even respond to my requests. And when they finally did, they said they were waiting for verification from who knows who. Like, what the heck? Finally on March 1, they gave me the go ahead to return it. But they didn't even give me a return label or any instructions on how to send it back. So I had to ship it back myself through UPS and it cost me like $12.59, which is whack. And then when I finally got my refund notice, they only gave me back $29.90, which means they didn't even refund me for the shipping costs of $19.59, both ways. Like, what a rip off. I'm definitely sticking to shopping at Amazon from now on.

I bought 7 shirts from ClothingMonster on November 21st for Christmas presents. It's now January 17th and I've only received 6 of the shirts. My credit card was charged right away, but only one shirt arrived before Christmas. They didn't communicate with me at all and the website only showed the first shipment as if the order was complete. The first shirt arrived on December 12th and it was shipped from Ukraine. Four shirts arrived on December 26th and they were shipped from New Hampshire. One shirt arrived on January 16th and it was shipped from Brooklyn. The last shirt is still missing. When I placed the order, the website didn't say that any of the items were out of stock or on backorder.
My teenage son loves the "Big Face" animal shirts and they're made of good quality, heavy weight cotton. We've ordered from ClothingMonster before without any problems like this. I'd like to order from them again, but waiting 2 months for a product isn't reasonable when their competition can get it to you in a day or two.
