ugly christmas sweater
Do not order from this company.
I ordered an ugly sweater on November 9th for a December 16th party (today) and I still don't have it. They said it would ship next week, but that is what they said 2 weeks ago. They refused to cancel my order. These people are crooks. I don't expect to get this sweater, and if I do, it will be a piece of crap. Do not use this company.

All automated, no response when you have an issue. All I have is their email and that's all. Come on, guys, maybe it's the right time for you to get a phone number? Your customers won't leave you until you resolve all of the issues, why don't you understand it?
service - arrival 2 months delayed and wrong order
I ordered 5 rompers a month in advance for an event and paid for expressed international delivery. After many emails back and forth, i received my package two months later only to find that i didn't receive 3 of the rompers. My friends also ordered off the same company for the certain date and some are still yet to receive their order. my advice is to look around at other companies as it isn't worth the stress or price

Don't do business with this company. It's a scam. I ordered a romper for Halloween on October 4th. Process was easy. Got a confirmation email and thought I was set. The only information on shipping was that it was free. I ordered on the 4th and didn't need it till the 28th, so why worry? Well, on the 9th I received an email stating my order was in production. Wait, they make these as one-offs? Doubtful. Anyway, they had a "track your order" button, so I hit it. Said that the estimated delivery date was the 25th, but they are back ordered, so it will take an additional 15-30 days to receive. At no time during the ordering process or when I received the confirmation did they state it would take 2 months to receive the romper. They know these are for Halloween. I contacted support and they were less than sympathetic of course. They said they list the delayed shipping information on their Shipping and Returns tab on their website. Why would I check that before ordering? Should have shown estimated shipping time during the ordering process or confirmation. You have to cancel within 24 hours. I didn't find out I wouldn't receive it in time until 5 days after I ordered, so how could I cancel? They wouldn't refund the order, even though they didn't send it to me. I had to pay a 30% re-stocking fee. Yeah. Scam. Cost me over $30 to NOT receive the item. It's not something that I would ever use for another occasion, so I just did it. $30 to learn the lesson of not doing business with companies that aren't reputable? Yep. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering as many people are upset with Getonfleek. They don't even have an option to write a review on their Facebook page. Wonder why? Pitiful.
Refund my money
My complaint is typical. I ordered items one month ago and never received them.
Their customer service doesn't exist. I called them numerous times and wrote several emails. None of them was answered. No any sign of them. Very suspicious.
Tell me where did you go and where's my money? Is it possible to refund? Because you were so fast when taking it, now I want you to refund it in the same tempo. Thank you.
PS. Oh, I am not hoping they will see my complaint and answer. But the one who doesn't risk never drinks champagne.

I sent an email, which I got an auto-reply to, stating it would be addressed in 2 or 3 business days. I opted to call instead, but the recorded message states there is 24x7 customer service and live operators. It suggests I email. However I need an immediate response. That is why I prefer calling yet speaking to a live operator is NOT an option (?)

Never shipped the product
I ordered an item to arrive by the 4th of July, nine days before-hand, and paid extra for two-day shipping to ensure it would arrive. They charged my credit card but never shipped the item. They sent no confirmation email, no tracking number, no order number, so I had no way to reference the purchase other than the charge on my credit card statement. I tried to call them but their customer service line only has a recorded message saying they no longer provide phone support. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Don't order
I've ordered a lot of things from GetOnFleek in the past. They have really nice prices and things they sell are really cool. I never had problems with them until now. I made my last order in early September and received nothing yet and it is now mid October.
My order was in process for almost three weeks and then nothing. I don't know what happened but it wasn't even shipped. When I contacted GetOnFleek customer service they said they'll check on my order and will contact me as soon as possible. They never did anything! I asked for a refund and got another empty promise. I would not recommend GetOnFleek to anyone.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Only promises
I have ordered three items from www.getonfleek.com almost two months ago and received nothing! I sent them tons of messages, but no one ever bothered to answer. So I contacted PayPal and asked for help, and after I did that had emailed GetOnFleek finally replied! They started telling me some stories that my parcel was lost during the shipping and that they were very busy, but really wanted to help me and etc. So, they promised to resend my items, and what a surprise, they never did! I emailed them again and asked for a refund but they keep telling me foolish stories! Absolutely ridiculous! Please, stay away.
Terrible quality
GetOnFleek is a complete scam. The descriptions for their clothes on the website are inaccurate. When you check their site you see beautiful clothes, but they send something complete different. They use cheap materials from China, so actually you'll receive only garbage. Save your money and don't order anything from this company. I ordered twice and both times I was extremely disappointed with what I have received. I've wasted over $200 on their products. Well, lesson learned.
Not worth the money!
GetOnFleek is a complete scam! I made an order and bought some items from this company, but when I received my order I was pretty disappointed. Things I received were completely different from what I expected. The descriptions for the clothes on the website are inaccurate. They say that items they sell are made of a certain material, and then the one they send is made of something complete different. My shirts were very poorly made and material was very poor which was definitely not worth the price I paid. After one machine wash the colors have faded. I paid over $100 and when I ordered I expected something completely different. I definitely do not recommend buying anything from GetOnFleek.
